Really just stinks. Customer service is not the best, most employees seem to not be friendly unless its Kim or Kevin the AM crew. Drink orders are always make inconsistently and incorrect and the drive thru line is always longer than a 30 minute wait, no exaggeration. read more

I remember sitting at the drive thru for over 10 min one night during the hours of operation, the car in front off me pulled off and told me they have been there for 15 min. We pulled up to the window and the woman that night acted as if she didn't see us (this happened about 3months ago). I went back last week and they didn't have what I was asking for so I just left. Nice Starbucks in Conyers. It is pretty large with a lot of seating. It get's pretty crowded in the evenings. Saturday nights there are usually a lot of teenagers in the parking lot and in and out of the establishment. Seems to be a big hang-out among the teenagers on the weekend. I stop at this location a few times a week for my latte or iced coffee, which are always perfect. The most recent time I visited, I also asked for three "puppaccinos" which are little cups of whipped cream that Starbucks gives out for customers' dogs. The guy that took my order was SO friendly and nice, and put the puppaccinos in the holiday cups and added milkbones to the top of each drink! It was so precious. The customer service at this location is always exceptional. His name was Luca, and I just wanted to make sure his manager knows how awesome he is. I asked ahead of time if they could make a certain drink decaf and was told by two different people that they could. They rung up my order and was told after the drink was already made that it couldn't be made decaf. Why not ask if that's okay before actually making it? To make matters worse, the floors and tables were dirty and gross. Almost all of the staff seemed unfriendly which was off putting. Driving through the night and passed up many other establishments for coffee because this Starbucks is listed to be open until 11pm. GPS showed we would be there at 11:02pm so I called to put my order in as to not keep them past their open time. Where do I begin? The issue is NOT with the quality of the products. This issue is with the staff ratio. Clearly enough folks running the joint....but who's working? What's the use of having 2 registers, 8 employees and you only have 1 register inside open, And staff picking/choosing what they want to do? To add-Customers need to be reminded the drive thru has a limit...no more than 4 drinks, per order, per car OTHERWISE COME IN FOR LARGE ORDERS! On 2 separate occasions at this same spot, 2 different orders- and the cashier got 1 order all wrong- so she had to make all 6 drinks over again from that same drive thru customer, like wtf? Folks driving off and some folks waiting. Just too much for me. I went in as I always do. I NEVER do drive thru anymore. You just dont know what ur getting. And it's neat to see them hustle to get those orders out. And, it's also eye catching to see how much ice is loaded in those drinks too! Folks, let's realize we have a voice here. While they can SOMETIMES get a coffee order right...the bathrooms here are almost always disgusting. I come here for the wifi and coffee while I study and do paperwork for work and that generally means a long visit. Given that this place sells coffee, you'd think they'd at least keep the bathrooms stocked with toilet paper. There have been numerous visits here where BOTH bathrooms have been out of toilet paper. I literally just left because I had sat there 2 hours drinking coffee and what do you know, I HAD TO PEE! So I went to use the bathroom and one bathroom had a clogged toilet with paper everywhere AND the other was completely out of toilet paper. Compared to other Starbucks stores in the surrounding area, this store serves smaller portions, the cups are smaller. I'm not sure if this is due to new management, but it's ripping people off! Customers deserve a nice size cup of coffee for the money they are being charged! read more

Drink was well made but the bathrooms are FILTHY & they weren't all that busy when I arrived (1 other person in line, 1 car in drive thru, 5 occupied tables). I arrived at about 630pm so maybe they'd had a recent rush which is why I'm only deducting 2 stars but both bathrooms were so horrendous, had I attempted to use the restroom before ordering I definitely wouldn't have ordered anything due to sanitary concerns. Polite but slow! Coming from a barista 's POV I recommend moving with a sense of urgency. Everyone was friendly however, they moved slow.

I understand it was busy, but they were making drinks out of order, customers waiting for long periods of time were getting frustrated that people who came in way after was getting their drinks first. The cashier was very kind but I waited forever to receive a basic iced black tea. A wasted 20 minutes and money for a watered down iced tea that was sitting near the drive thru window for several minutes before they realized it was mine.
