So I heard that a few starbucks were getting small plates, wines, and beers, added to their menu but I didn't know it would be a location so close to me! I made a trip to this location yesterday for their "Wine Down Wednesday" event, where they have live Jazz from 6pm-8pm. I haven't been here in a while so was pleasantly surprised to see they had revamped the place. It was nice before but it looks like a full on lounge now! As my friend and I enjoyed the Jazz music, we both tried the truffle mac and cheese was excellent! Very rich in taste! My friend also had the chicken skewers. She said they were good but something she could make at home, lol. We also had been anticipating the return of their pumpkin latte which we got and also enjoyed! The staff was very attentive and polite. It gets packed in there on Wednesday so make sure you get there early. I have started returning to this location. After experiencing some bad service in the past I was hesitant to bring my service back here. I can gladly say that for the most part I have been please. I am an avid user of the Order ahead app and will pick up a drink on my way to work. However they do have some new workers on the evenings that have not been on their toes and have also not been making very good drinks. I spoke with the manager about it and she was quick to fix it and remake my drink from the night before that I could not drink. read more

This locations also offers a box lunch deal for $10 with a variety of sandwiches, snacks and drink included. Oy, go inside. There is a line of SUVs twenty-five deep at the drive through. Get out of your car and go in for faster service. This is a Starbuck's, so you know the drill. Starbucks is nice and in a good location between OTP and Covington. Very busy with people who are using their wifi to complete various projects, but there is still enough seating. My only gripe was that when I ordered a large order for catering an office, I picked it up to find out they had zero bags. Which meant I had to carry 5 different sandwiches, protein boxes, etc. stacked on top of each other; as well as all the beverages. CAUTION: Hot sandwiches are served EXTREMELY hot. Ask them to not make them so hot or you will not be able to even handle the pastry bag when they drop it on the counter. They do have an interesting evening menu and serve wine for those of you that live or work late in this area. All in all, nice Starbucks. 2017 update: Wow, has this place gone south. I don't go here much anymore. Crowd has completely changed. Hard to even enjoy a visit with a friend here due to noise level and crowding and multiple people talking loudly on speakerphones. High tables around the front end are tiny and the chairs uncomfortable. There also seems to be zero system for ensuring orders are complete. You'll get your drink - but be left standing indefinitely (until you interrupt a barista and ask) at the bar waiting on your toasted sandwich. This is the only Starbucks in the Conyers/Covington area. The drive thru lines and counter can get very backed up. Mobile order is the way to go here, especially during peak morning hours around 8am as there will be a line and wait. Save yourself the time and hassle and have you drink made while you're on the way and earn rewards points! read more

As I write this, I am still waiting for my black coffee. 30 minutes and counting. Nothing complex or special, just a black coffee. After sitting in a line for 15 minutes, my ham & cheese croissant was not cooked all the way through. It felt really hard like it was fresh out of the fridge. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!!! We were passing through stopped for coffee, since the drive through was long we went inside. My husband got a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. It was Luke warm at best took them three attempts to get my husband hot coffee and at that it was just warm. I got a hot salted caramel mocha it was also Luke warm they double cupped it because the cup was sticky. No whip cream no sprinkles and so much chocolate I couldn't taste the salted caramel. If this was my first experience at a Starbucks I would never go to another store. This wasn't because of Covid this was the people behind the counters. We had a TERRIBLE experience at this Starbucks! We ordered two drinks. After waiting twenty minutes, the frappucino came out, but the simple iced coffee was no where in sight. Several families who had arrived after us came and went while my boyfriend waited. We had a family event to attend and could not wait any longer. When asked where the drink was, the employee at the counter said they couldn't give an update on time because they were too busy. We left without our other drink, pretty furious. No refund. We called corporate and received a $20 credit to our Starbucks card, which was above and beyond expectations. We simply wanted them to know how poorly we were treated at this location. This is the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever been in. First, the lights were out in the hallway & restrooms were filthy. The self service station was dirty, trash can overflowing. Cream thermos empty & there were no cardboard sleeves. Seven people were milling around behind the counter reaching over & around each other. Easy to do as all of them were moving at the slowest pace ever. Empty dairy containers on the counters & counters were dirty. Floor in the work area was wet & dirty with food and paper. I waited 45 minutes for one latte and found it had sweet syrup in it - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I would have taken it back but didn't have 45 more minutes to wait. This Starbucks is in the Conyers Crossing shopping center and gives Starbucks a horrible image. Hoping to save you from a miserable experience. read more

This is a Starbucks I frequently visit. I am a My Starbucks Rewards member. On my visit to this location today I bought a drink using my card, before leaving I went to the register to get a free refill on an iced coffee or tea beverage. While placing my order the cashier informed me that I was not allowed to get any other refill different from my original drink purchased. I explained to her the My Starbucks Reward Policy and that I've done it at countless locations including here. She called the manager over (Rob) who said the same thing, he added that it has never been a Starbucks' policy.It was not until I pulled up the policy on the website from my phone that he then agreed to give me the refill. I really like this location. Everyone I have encountered is nice. I love the rennovation. The changes flow better with the type of coffee house Starbucks purports to be. Very open, modern and eclectic. Love Starbucks new branding as well. So seemless most people didn't even notice it. That's how it's done. Anywho, this location is a hangout spot for high schoolers on the weekend nights, so if you're in need of quiet and concentration, beware. No chaos. It just gets a bit loud. read more

I go to the counter. Everyone sees me and no one tries to help. When I finally get someone's attention they take their precious time making my order.
