This locations also offers a box lunch deal for $10 with a variety of sandwiches, snacks and drink included. Honestly this is the worst Starbucks. They are so freakin slow at ANY and ALL times of the day.

The cashier was very kind but I waited forever to receive a basic iced black tea. A wasted 20 minutes and money for a watered down iced tea that was sitting near the drive thru window for several minutes before they realized it was mine. It seemed that they were understaffed, so I have some sympathy toward that but I won't be making another pit stop here anytime soon. read more

Don't even bother with a mobile order. They do not have a pick up area. I waited 15 minutes past the time they said it would be ready and had to leave. I literally got one coffee and paid $12. The bakery items still weren't ready 20 minutes past order time. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Got to another one. read more

Love Starbucks, go daily. This one I would not go to again. The bathrooms were extremely dirty. Not just one person made a mess, it was an accumulation of issues. The floor was sticky gross... Oy, go inside. There is a line of SUVs twenty-five deep at the drive through. Get out of your car and go in for faster service. This is a Starbuck's, so you know the drill. On my visit the staff were friendly and made the drinks as requested. No snarkiness or self-indulgent attitude here. Also they seemed to be working very hard and were serving people at a brisk pace. Starbucks is nice and in a good location between OTP and Covington. Very busy with people who are using their wifi to complete various projects, but there is still enough seating. My only gripe was that when I ordered a large order for catering an office, I picked it up to find out they had zero bags. Which meant I had to carry 5 different sandwiches, protein boxes, etc. stacked on top of each other; as well as all the beverages. CAUTION: Hot sandwiches are served EXTREMELY hot. Ask them to not make them so hot or you will not be able to even handle the pastry bag when they drop it on the counter. They do have an interesting evening menu and serve wine for those of you that live or work late in this area. All in all, nice Starbucks. Just annoyed that a Starbucks could be out of large bags for three whole days (the barista said they wouldn't have any until Thursday; it is Monday) read more

I have started returning to this location. After experiencing some bad service in the past I was hesitant to bring my service back here. I can gladly say that for the most part I have been please. I am an avid user of the Order ahead app and will pick up a drink on my way to work. However they do have some new workers on the evenings that have not been on their toes and have also not been making very good drinks. I spoke with the manager about it and she was quick to fix it and remake my drink from the night before that I could not drink. read more

2017 update: Wow, has this place gone south. I don't go here much anymore. Crowd has completely changed. Hard to even enjoy a visit with a friend here due to noise level and crowding and multiple people talking loudly on speakerphones. High tables around the front end are tiny and the chairs uncomfortable. There also seems to be zero system for ensuring orders are complete. You'll get your drink - but be left standing indefinitely (until you interrupt a barista and ask) at the bar waiting on your toasted sandwich. This is the only Starbucks in the Conyers/Covington area. The drive thru lines and counter can get very backed up. Mobile order is the way to go here, especially during peak morning hours around 8am as there will be a line and wait. Save yourself the time and hassle and have you drink made while you're on the way and earn rewards points! read more

As I write this, I am still waiting for my black coffee. 30 minutes and counting. Nothing complex or special, just a black coffee. After every single person before and after me was gone, they asked if I was waiting for anything. Yeah dude. No joke, they just wrote my name on a cup, left it by the machine, and left. After sitting in a line for 15 minutes, my ham & cheese croissant was not cooked all the way through. It felt really hard like it was fresh out of the fridge. I told the drive-thru man and then he felt it and went and put it back in. 1 minute later he came back with the same cold croissant. Never again. read more

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!!! We were passing through stopped for coffee, since the drive through was long we went inside. My husband got a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. It was Luke warm at best took them three attempts to get my husband hot coffee and at that it was just warm. I got a hot salted caramel mocha it was also Luke warm they double cupped it because the cup was sticky. No whip cream no sprinkles and so much chocolate I couldn't taste the salted caramel. If this was my first experience at a Starbucks I would never go to another store. This wasn't because of Covid this was the people behind the counters. We ended up throwing both out because the coffee was so bitter we couldn't drink it. read more

This is a Starbucks I frequently visit. I am a My Starbucks Rewards member. On my visit to this location today I bought a drink using my card, before leaving I went to the register to get a free refill on an iced coffee or tea beverage. While placing my order the cashier informed me that I was not allowed to get any other refill different from my original drink purchased. I explained to her the My Starbucks Reward Policy and that I've done it at countless locations including here. She called the manager over (Rob) who said the same thing, he added that it has never been a Starbucks' policy.It was not until I pulled up the policy on the website from my phone that he then agreed to give me the refill. When I asked for the contact information for the store manager he told me I could google it read more

We had a TERRIBLE experience at this Starbucks! We ordered two drinks. After waiting twenty minutes, the frappucino came out, but the simple iced coffee was no where in sight. Several families who had arrived after us came and went while my boyfriend waited. We had a family event to attend and could not wait any longer. When asked where the drink was, the employee at the counter said they couldn't give an update on time because they were too busy. We left without our other drink, pretty furious. No refund. We called corporate and received a $20 credit to our Starbucks card, which was above and beyond expectations. We simply wanted them to know how poorly we were treated at this location. This is the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever been in. First, the lights were out in the hallway & restrooms were filthy. The self service station was dirty, trash can overflowing. Cream thermos empty & there were no cardboard sleeves. Seven people were milling around behind the counter reaching over & around each other. Easy to do as all of them were moving at the slowest pace ever. Empty dairy containers on the counters & counters were dirty. Floor in the work area was wet & dirty with food and paper. I waited 45 minutes for one latte and found it had sweet syrup in it - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I would have taken it back but didn't have 45 more minutes to wait. This Starbucks is in the Conyers Crossing shopping center and gives Starbucks a horrible image. Hoping to save you from a miserable experience. read more

I really like this location. Everyone I have encountered is nice. I love the rennovation. The changes flow better with the type of coffee house Starbucks purports to be. Very open, modern and eclectic. Love Starbucks new branding as well. So seemless most people didn't even notice it. That's how it's done. Anywho, this location is a hangout spot for high schoolers on the weekend nights, so if you're in need of quiet and concentration, beware. No chaos. It just gets a bit loud. read more

Vastly improved service over the past few months. Decreased wait times and increased attention to detail.

There's no Octane or Parkgrounds out here in the sticks where my parents live, but the drive-thru is convenient and with a chain, you know what you're going to get. It's a quick&easy jump off of I-20 and it was open on Christmas so it gets a thumbs-up for that. read more

Sorry, I didn't taste my drink before I left. It was too hot. When I did taste it, I was disappointed. The signs on the door and in the store said their espresso machine was down and they were only serving "regular" drinks. My tea was bland and had an odd slightly sour milk smell and taste. read more

This Starbucks has a great layout! It's large with plenty of club chair/comfortable seating and also plenty of seating space at tables -even for large groups. I just picked up a mobile order, which was ready when I arrived so can't speak for ordering experience. read more
