When they first opened, it was a much better experience... Since then, customer service has gone downhill and they don't honor the apps, rewards or their signs. I pulled up this morning hoping to use the Tim's trio deal. They had the sign still on the building and the offer was still activated in my app not set to expire for a while. After waiting at the speaker for about five minutes, I attempted to order and was told "we stopped doing deal two days ago". If that's the case, the sign should reflect it and all the information should be out of the app. The fact that they wouldn't honor it was honestly disappointing.. Finally in the south. This is my Starbucks lol. I really love TH because it has something for me. I remember when I went while visiting in Canada and thought we needed one here so bad. Even though I have to come to GA to visit, it was so worth it. The place is quiet and great if you want a quick breakfast run or study session. The food was good and I'm glad they had turkey sausage my mom ordered coffee and said it was made perfectly. The service was quick and the food was hot. First time trying this place and thought it was brand new but had been there for about 7 months. The barista was very nice but not too knowledgeable about the coffee. It wasn't a premium coffee shop but pretty basic. They didn't have something to make the drink I wanted so I just got an iced caramel macchiato but it was way too sweet like a sugar donut. I'm a hockey fan. New York Rangers all the way. Don't ask me how I wound up in Atlanta. Anyway it was great to see a Tim Hortons down here. Looks like some are opening up in the area recently. I used to go to the one in Madison Square Garden back in the day. This one was OK. Didn't have a lot of donut choices, but not their fault because I did go there at about 4 PM. But I would say overall as a franchise, not just this location, they're not going to ever be as good as a Dunkin' Donuts or Krispy Kreme. Even Publix has better donuts. But this is definitely a top 10 donut. Nothing wrong with that. It's just a little bit on the basic side for me and not a fan of their coffee. read more

My husband and I came to try this new location because we heard good things from our friends from other locations. The drinks were amazing, we got hot chocolate and a Frappuccino. The donuts were not so good, they tasted a bit chewy/rubbery. Not sure if they were done all the way and they were cold. The app was not updated to their menu though, there was a Frappuccino that we ordered and they didn't have it at store and looking at the menu once at the location they had different donuts on the menu as well. Staff seemed nice going through the drive thru. I will be back especially for the hot chocolate! Other places usually make it with Mocha flavor and this place, it seems, like it's made with actual chocolate. read more

This is a well known coffee and bakery to us from our time we lived in Michigan, we frequently went, and always loved it, so when we were visiting Georgia and we came across Tim Hortons, we treated everyone we had with us!! I was shocked there was no line at all. We were in the area and decided to give this a try since we love coffee. We got the mocha and Oreo ice cap. They tasted good, but I do wish the mocha had more of a sweet coffee mocha flavor and the Oreo need more Oreos. They were still good overall and I want to come back to try the hazelnut mocha ice cap with Nutella and pair it with the Nutella cream croissant. I like that this coffee shop has some different options than the others. read more

Since I'm from Arizona I was super excited to try this coffee place. I have heard great things. First off let me say the customer services was exceptional. The lady was very nice and helpful. However the coffee on the other hand was NOT the greatest. Ordered the ice coffee and Carmel macchiato and BOTH were not good at all. The macchiato had an aftertaste and I can't put my finger on it. The ice coffee itself lacked flavor and tastes just like water. So disappointed I threw both drinks away. 3 STARS is for the service. I will probably never be back again. read more

Was super excited to try this place while visiting GA as we live in New England and there's not a Tim Horton's around despite being near Canada. In hockey parlance, this Tim Horton's is a solid assist. If we were naming the three stars of Tim's, the Coffee would be the first star. The coffee is strong enough without being overpowering. I ordered a basic coffee with cream and sweetener. They also have fancy coffee- Lattes, Americanos, etc. I was mostly interested in the doughnuts. There is too small of a selection of these, and I missed out on the basic glazed. I had a Boston Cream and it was solid, but not spectacular. I would rate the doughnut on par with QT. Now that is a fine comparison in my view. QT does a good job with doughnuts and if you catch a fresh cinnamon roll there, you are in heaven. So I am not going to give the doughnuts a star of the game until I try some other flavors. The service gets the next star of the game. It was fast and friendly, eh. Would you expect less from a Canadian business? The final star goes to cleanliness at Tim's. Overall, Tim's is a nice addition to the southside, which has far fewer amenities than the northside. The food is amazing and fresh, wish it was the whole menu as it is in Canada but this will do! The manager goes above and beyond for customers. Over heard manager telling an employee about how to make a certain coffee and just thought it was really nice of him to make sure that his employee didn't feel what they did was their fault , just a mistake everyone makes and's it's okay, he remade someone's coffee and he brought to them apologizing to the customer.
