6 pk of donuts.
Ahmad W.

So I visited here once years ago when I didn't live in this area. I had to come back and visit since I'm in the local neighborhood not to far like 1.6 miles away. The first time I visited it might have been late in the evening not early in the morning at the time so I really don't remember what I got at the time and how good it was. This time I visited it was early in the morning and the donuts are delicious and fresh. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment. I visited on 12-29-2025. I got a 6 pk of donuts.

Ray's Donuts is fantastic! Fresh donuts and food, prepared and served quick at a great price point. Love that it's family owned.

I stopped by a couple of times during a recent trip to Decatur and was pleased overall. The chocolate frosted raised donuts were light as you'd expect for a regular donut, the frosting a little on the sweet side and the frosting could use more chocolate. Beware as the frosting tends to crumble and fall off when you take a bite. The strawberry cheese croissant was disappointing, the strawberry seemed to be a mass produced strawberry flavored jelly of poor quality and no identifiable strawberry flavor. The pastry was delicate, but its features were overpowered by the disappointing flavor. The cheese filling wasn't much better. After a couple of bites, I tossed the rest of the croissant.

I love mom and pop donut shops. This one in Decatur has some great selections. Of course they have an amazing classic glazed donut. Service starts early in the morning until they are out of donuts. They are made fresh each day. They have a diverse beverage selection ranging coffee, to Thai tea, and everything in between. Check the out if you're ever in the area!

This perfect little spot is a great place to grab a small bite to go. They Have amazing breakfast items as well as donuts and coffee. The breakfast items are made fresh. The prices are perfect! There is no seating at all so it is just pick up and go no drive through either. The staff is so nice and friendly. Service was quick as well.

Solid morning donut stop! Sometimes the best donut shops aren't the ones that try to get too fancy, but instead stick to the basics. That's what Ray's does, and boy oh boy do they do it well! These are the perfect accompaniment to a steaming cup of coffee. They had a great variety of cake and yeast donuts and also had multiple flavors of fritters, which you don't see everywhere!

We went to Ray's Donuts at 11:45 am on a Monday. They had most of the donuts available, but they were running out - even on a Monday! So get there early! The person working was so sweet and patient! We ordered a half dozen, but she gave us one for free! She was wearing a mask, but masks are not required for customers. It's SO cheap! We got 6 donuts (plus the one for free) for $6.47! Here's what we got, in order of preference: - Cinnamon Sugar: Soo good. Perfection. - Blueberry Fritter: Very good!! - Glazed: Quality original donut! - Sour Cream: The one we got might've been a little overdone, burnt even, but I still liked the taste of it! - Boston Cream: The filling was good and I normally don't like filled donuts that much. - Chocolate Sprinkle: I didn't like the chocolate icing on top. Wouldn't recommend. - Strawberry Cake: Tasted very processed. Wouldn't recommend. Maybe the Blueberry Cake might've been better, but we didn't want to get two blueberry donuts. I definitely recommend Ray's Donuts! There are multiple locations, so find the one closest to you!

Very kind people working here. Service was very quick. All types of people stopping in for quick breakfast. Donuts were really good. Bacon egg and cheese on a bagel is wayy better than stop to any regular chain restaurants. Nice cut bacon and comes out quick and hot. Not very busy on a Wednesday morning. Relaxed energy.

Hell Yeah Gluten Free - Outside

Wow, Hell Yeah Gluten Free is amazing, and a gift to the gluten-free & vegan community. We drove 45…read moreminutes to try their offerings, because we have a celiac family member who is always on the hunt for "normal-tasting" items. I can confirm, they have only gluten-free items, but are also very conscious about other allergens. We enjoyed a massive cinnamon roll, one of their vegan berry pop tarts, a vegan breakfast sandwich (warm), a fun-fetti donut, and a sugar cookie. The flavors were amazing, textures were great, and service was fantastic. If I hadn't known that the items were gluten free/vegan, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. Absolutely worth the drive, and we will absolutely be back!

I've only had Hell Yeah one time and from the other location in Inman Park. That was a while ago,…read morebut from what I understand, they are still really prone to selling out and it's best to order ahead online. I had planned to meet a friend who's gluten-free for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 9 am, and I thought we should probably order ahead when they open at 8. Their online ordering didn't open until maybe closer to 8:30 (it said it would open when they opened at 8), so that was a little frustrating to have to keep refreshing the page. But it did end up opening and we were able to place our orders. When we got there at 9:15, there was not a line and it seemed like they had plenty of inventory, but not sure if it was just a weird day? I had cookies and cream doughnut, and and oatmeal cream pie, and both were heavenly! My friend had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and said that it was amazing. You order inside, and they have two tiny tables out front, but there's no other seating besides that. So it's more of a take away type place!

The husband loves sweets so he had to look up places to go for our dessert after our anniversary dinner. We came in around 9 PM on a Friday night. The place was empty but then a few folks wandered in. Though I suppose the pastries wouldn't be the freshest at this time of day, we were still impressed. We purchased the banoffee pie ($4.75) and pistachio cannoli ($4.95) donuts. Banoffee pie: With such an impressive name, the first bit did not disappoint. Though this donut looked more plain, the flavors were impressive. I guess the flavors were a mash of banana and coffee so hence the name. It was really delectable. Even the dough at this hour was still chewy and anything but stale. Pistachio cannoli: Impressive in presentation, but it's still more like a donut than a cannoli. Once you bite into it, you'll know it's more of a donut consistency than cannoli. The chocolate and pistachio coating added nice textures and flavors, but I wasn't a true fan since I was eyeing to have a true cannoli. The flavors were there, but it's just a donut dressed up as a cannoli. The Salty Donut is located in the Krog Street Market space. It's more on the street level around the perimeter than inside the market.
