The establishment exuded potential, but upon arrival, I found myself browsing the menu unaided, as no staff member was initially present. Eventually, someone emerged from the back, albeit lacking in enthusiasm or helpfulness. While I understand that everyone has off days or personal matters, their responses to my inquiries were consistently negative, stating that certain ingredients were unavailable. In my opinion, Beefresh could easily achieve a five-star rating with improved customer service and ingredient availability. Furthermore, the actual bowl I ordered contained toppings that were not on offer, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the application of Nutella and peanut butter was overly generous to the point of excess, necessitating removal, which proved more challenging than expected. In conclusion, I would recommend Beefresh if executed correctly and if all ingredients are readily available. However, if not, I would suggest exploring alternative options for a more satisfying experience.

The service is always good. Everyone always seems so happy to be at work. Lol and that says a lot because most of the employees have been younger, either high schoolers or college aged kiddos. The inside is always clean and smells fresh like they use bleach and hot water to sanitize lol. But the bee theme is just too cute. I took my younger cousin one day before heading to the strawberry patch and he raved about how much he loved the place. And, he loved the boba ball samples too.

Trenton was very considerate in working out my order and my crazy food allergies. He asked good questions and used a second 'clean' mixer so there be no cross contamination. I got the Daily Warrior without peanut butter and my cousin got the Island Impact. Both were very good. I signed up on the app and did receive a discount. I'll definitely be back.

Nethtra and Star were fast and accurate for it to just be the two of them and about 12 people coming in while I was waiting.

After talking to a customer service rep she informed me that the driver messed up and left my mothers arrangement at the store and that's why it was not delivered. I requested an early delivery because my mom was going out of town. The manager at the Covington location called me and lied to me saying that it's busy because it's a holiday making excuses not knowing I already know the truth that the delivery driver forgot the order at the store. Terrible customer service. Do not order from here.

So I have to dock them at least one star for that. But the service there is amazing, the workers were super friendly, enthusiastic, and polite, and the library in the back is super relaxing so it's not entirely bad, so if you just need a place to relax with a coffee, then it's not the worst, but keep in mind there practices, and research it yourself.

I go to Olive garden and get a meal that I will take home and fill up on the soup, mainly because I…read morereally do love the Zuppa Toscana, thats the main reason I go there, the meal is just a bonus. So I'm a big boy and usually dont eat anything all morning, so I can eat 4 or 5 bowls, especially as they fill it less and less with each bowl to trick me I guess. I would actually be out of there sooner if they filled them to the top as I am eating that Zuppa Toscana deliciousness till I cant. Here is the kicker, the last couple bowls are awfully watery, you can tell they pour some water in there, or add less stuff to the broth, or something as the broth is even mostly clear and you can taste the difference. That may only be the one in Covington GA that does it, but they have done it several times with different servers, so I am convinced its a policy or directed by the manager. Another thing, from what was mentioned to me by a server who asked me to pay for the meal early and she would still serve me, the servers get dinged if the person is at the table more than 29 minutes, so they have a big incentive to brow beat and avoid your eyes for refills hoping you will leave. Still the service is super good, I haven't had a less than stella experience from the people that work there. The watered down last couple bowls still tastes alright so I would still recommend going here if you like Olive Garden.

We stood there for a full 10 minutes while four employees were working -- and they were clearly looking right at us. They made eye contact multiple times and still didn't acknowledge us. Not a single "Hi," not a "We'll be right with you," absolutely nothing. Then a lady came out from the back who looked like she wasn't doing anything at all -- maybe she was coming back from break -- but she looked directly at us and still said nothing. At that point it felt completely intentional. We were standing there patiently, making it obvious we were ready to order, and they just continued on as if we didn't exist. It is honestly beyond frustrating. Basic customer service is the bare minimum, and we couldn't even get that. Being ignored like that is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful.
