Everything that came out was freshly fried and made with well maintained toppings/ingredients. So no complaints at all there. Burgers-My only note would be to season the meat with some burger seasoning once it's on the flat top. The bun is perfect, the veg is cold, the sauces are saucy and you take a bit of it all looking for the juicy flavorful combo but the meat just misses that mark. It doesn't need much...just a little shake of seasoning to round it all out. Mozza sticks and mac&cheese bits...have no notes, they were fried to order and came out screamin' hot...dipped in GGs sauce or the White Sauce was perfect. Sauces- GG sauce is a mayo, sriracha and sweet chili sauce mix...there may be other things in it too, but those are the top 3. White Sauce is their take on an Alabama white sauce...but this one is less vinegar and more creamy because of the mayo. Little bit of heat, but not what I would call spicy. I-75 Loaded fries...were loaded up! How the fries managed to stay crispy for as long as they did-with all the cheese and sauce defies logic. The jalapeños make this dish on the hotter side, so if you don't like heat...you should order it without them-because they don't skimp on them. Honestly this could have done without the hot Cheetos-they didn't really add to it other than color and they got mushy quick. We also got the beefy/steak rice bowl, but it was for my husband's meal prep the next day. It wouldn't be fair to review based on him eating it a day later...so I'm going to leave that review out. We did see several people ordering it while we waited...so I'm thinking it's a favorite. It's a food truck-not fast food so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our order. The crew working it were all nice and our food was well packaged so we suffered zero losses. We will be stopping by and trying all their chicken options for our next round!

The area is small and the crowds are getting bigger as the Summer comes to an end. I have gone 8 times this year. The food truck vendors and the other vendors seem to change on a weekly basis. I have seen the Chef Q's, Sugar Rush, Hibachi World Catering, Philly Connection and a Sweet Tea truck there each time. You will occasionally see politicians out there and also voter registration people out trying to make sure that you are registered. So far I have had a good slice of cheese pizza, a tasty hamburger (needed a little more seasoning but it was still good, from Sugar Rush), a delicious Gyro, a horrible Cajun Turkey Wing and fries, a delicious Strawberry Lemonade (Sugar Rush), some okay fried fish and a small but wonderful tasting Philly Cheese steak (Philly Connection). DJ Vann(?) plays some great music. NO Alcohol or Pets allowed. But there are plenty kids there having a great time and even some of those little bouncy things for them to play in. Overall it's something that you can look forward to doing on Tuesdays to get out of the house and not have to cook. But keep in mind that you will be outside. So it is HOT, and there are BUGS and there are a LOT of people. All kinds of people! I think they need more Food Trucks like the Fillapino Tacos. They sell a s'mores kit for $3 which isn't bad. I also liked the fact that they have a drink shack with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. I really love that there is something like this in the African American community! I think that it gives those who live in and around the community a safe place to have fun and experience other minority small businesses that they can support.
