First time visiting this location. We tried to order on line, waited the time that we were told that our food would be ready. Only to go in and be told that it wasn't ready. Total wait time was about an hour from our initial attempt to get our order. With that said the facility was clean and orderly. Friendly staff was apologetic to our having to wait as long as we did. We ordered the Scrambler our way with grits and one order of plain pancakes. The scrambler did not meet our expectations as the taste of the vegetables were flat and lacked taste. The grits were flat in taste as well. The pancakes were as good as I had expected. Nothing spectacular.

I have eaten here MULTIPLE times and they are consistent!! The food is always hot and made to order. The wait times aren't that bad and prices are reasonable. They also always offer weekly specials which is something that I love and look for when I become a regular at a restaurant.

This spot has been on the list for a while now. We went on a Saturday around 1pm. There was no wait and plenty of seat. Our waitress was hilarious! She gave real recommendations and kept us laughing the entire time. We got the Situation to drink per her suggestion. You really only need one! We were brave and had two. It is strong! We shared the deviled eggs and they were delicious. Just like ya momma makes them. I got the salmon croquettes with potato's and eggs! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Seasoned to perfection! I didn't even get a picture before I gobbled them up! The space was nice and clean. Plenty of TVs to catch the game while you brunch. I have no complaints. Check them out!

I finally tried this place after seeing it several times on social media. I reserved a 10:00 AM time slot, but when I arrived at 9:55 AM, there was no wait. The hostess seated me directly under the music speaker, which was a bit annoying. However, the waitress made up for it with her excellent customer service. The honey butter croissants tasted store-bought, but the chicken and waffles were fairly good--the chicken was well-seasoned and the pricing was reasonable.

My daughter and I are having a mother/daughter day. So we chose this place since we had never been there. We walked in and waited to be seated. And we waited. And we waited. And we waited. A woman who may have been the manager(I am assuming because she wasn't in a uniform) came and cleared items from a table right where we were standing and she didn't even acknowledge us. Even if she wasn't the manager, clearly she was working and could have said something to us. We continued to wait. So we left without ever being acknowledged and are now headed to Two Eggs. Sad and ridiculous. Poor service and I am going to talk down on Linq every chance I get.

yeah, service beyond subpar. slow service. being informed that the order I placed 30min ago is "no longer available". being charged for coffee creamer? (even though the brewed coffee is $5 alone). $1 up charge for "cheese in eggs" (pictured below)??? food came out slow, room temperature. not impressed. i always jump at the chance to support Black owned, but this wasn't it. I'm hoping i just caught them on an off day.

Such a nice surprise. I typically don't do anything outside of an original waffle but the strawberry waffle was SO GOOD. Service was on point. Our server was attentive and accommodating. Would definitely be back.

Nice vibe! The place was a nice size and not too much. The service was kinda slow but they were kind. The music was really good and our party enjoyed it. The food was awesome. I got the pancakes meal. I also had the tequila sunrise. It was amazing especially for $5. My only complaint is the service fee and gratuity. That was just too much honestly. Not sure if I'll visit again but it was cool.

As a visitor from MD, this place was recommended to me by a local. From the initial greeting by the hostess I just knew my experience would not be a good one. Issue 1: Hostess tried to get us to sit at the bar so as not to take HER empty table next to hostess stand so she had somewhere to sit. I'm sorry what??? Issue 2: sat down, ordered a $30 bottle of champs and 2 juices for mimosas as the juice came out in ramicans generally used for condiments. I'm sorry in what ghetto is that appropriate?? Deviled eggs were just ok. Flavor was overly sweet from the sweet relish used. The shrimp and grits were pretty good in the first order however flavors are inconsistent as second order the grits were bland. Issue 3: Me and my frnd order two entrees and an hour later we still had not received them. The restaurant was understaffed, food from the kitchen was extremely slow and the flavor of the dishes very inconsistent. If I lived in Atlanta, this would not be a place I would return to anytime soon. Definitely have areas of improvement, the manager was very nice and professional so I believe they could be better in the future with more reliable and efficient staff and menu offerings.

Visited Saturday with my family of 4. The food was good but the amount of time to wait for the food was not. Additionally, only one person got their food at a time. The rest had to wait. First person was done eating by the time the next was ready. During the wait, we had two separate orders brought to our table that did not belong. Boy was I surprised when the bill came up to $140, without the tip. Nice servers though.

Me and my son like to visit restaurants on Sundays as our mother & son time because we both work long hours therefore don't get much time together. Unfortunately I chose this restaurant. I should have known from the initial encounter this was a great restaurant with horrible customer service. When I tell not ONE time did ANY of the staff smile, trust it killed our vibe immediately. No matter how nice I was with 'Thank you' and friendly energy, I thought I was at my grandma's wake. The energy was so bad we couldn't eat our food. We tried to eat but the energy was so bad. The guest that came after us left as well without even ordering. We took our mediocre food to go and left. I see why you charge 8% Service charge, it's the only 'tip' you deserve! Great ambiance PLZ work on your customer service this restaurant has soooo much potential!!

After a long wait we received our Catfish nuggets were tasty but very greasy and needed to be fried crisper as well. And blueberry Biscuit bite which reminded us of New Orleans beignets. Then the entrees arrived Waffles and Chicken Wings were tasty and crispy but chicken needed seasoning . Catfish fillet and grits entree was a tiny (1/2) piece maybe of catfish fillet. Grits good and creamy. We were in the restaurant 2 whole hours. Too much time spent waiting for food.

They have a few locations on the Southside and a robust menu. It was after 12 PM but they only serve breakfast and lunch. I was on the fence with ordering a burger or a breakfast plate. I also wanted to try their flights at the bar so I did just that. I decided on the Crab Cake Benny and the mimosa flight. For the price of 2 drinks, it's a better value to get the flight. The bartender was attentive, yet busy and service was fast. The food was presented very well and the drinks were great. I had a simple one flavor for the mimosa flight then asked for the rose mix for just one of my drinks. That caused my flight to go from $19.99 to $24.99. Wow. It was literally a shot size! The Crab Cake Benedict with grits was delightful. I mean, one of the best I've eaten in ages. I had it prepared on a biscuit versus an English muffin. The best choice! The grits were flavorful with just the right amount of butter and salt. Overall, it was a great lunch but the up-charge on the flight was the only low-light. Took a star off for that. *SENT THIS TO THE BUSINESS INBOX 8/31/25. NO RESPONSE SO I AM POSTING IT HERE*…read more I got to your establishment shortly after placing my name on the waitlist. I followed the on-screen instructions to check in with the host upon arrival. I walked in a packed, very hot restaurant (later learned that the A/C was broken) and explained to the hostess that I was on the waitlist and she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming and kept telling us "we aren't taking reservations right now" - I reiterated I didn't have a reservation but an active waitlist spot through the yelp app. She rudely asked for my name I gave it to her even spelled it out for her after she acted like she didn't hear me. She didn't even check her computer for my name, she flapped her huge blue-colored eyelashes and just said "well we aren't taking reservations" ... so after that I'm upset and my boyfriend asked to stand at the bar at a seat behind her. She says "you can order a drink from right there" but little did she know that my boyfriend knows the owner personally who frequents his bar that he works at each week. So he was going to let him know about the hostess and her rude service, but instead I said forget it and we left. We ended up going to Noveau a block away and was seated immediately, it was a complete 180 as far as environment and service. We ate and left, I checked the waitlist I was still on and it said I was 4th place in line. I drove all the way from Brookhaven to be talked to like I did something wrong when all I did was join a waitlist on yelp and check in as instructed. As a Black business owner myself I took this encounter very personally, as everyone else in front of us was being helped but us. Your hostesses are supposed to be the face of your business and this one was not it. This put such a bad taste in my mouth that I told my boyfriend that I will never return here and to make sure to let the owner know about this experience when he sees him. This is probably not the only complaint that this restaurant has received about this individual, and because of her, Noveau down the block now has a new loyal customer now. I see why our own people find it hard to support other black-owned businesses because you have people like her representing your business and treating us like we owe them something for trying to come in and spend money in your establishment. Then I later learned that she's actually a "family member" representing this business acting like that. I understand that you were operating that day with no A/C and no plumbing (ew) but don't take it out on people who showed up to support your business...again and again. Sad and ridiculous. Signed, byyyeeee never again.
