I visited the morrow location on Saturday September 26 2026 at 1:48 pm When I arrived the venue was not crowded it was maybe 4 tables with customers sitting down . My waitress came right away and took our order we ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes and we ordered our entree at the same time it took 20 minutes for the appetizer to arrived . We also ordered our beverage of Oj and coffee which we received almost at the end because it was forgotten. The entree consist of salmon croquettes meal and fish and grits with a side order of cheese and eggs . My eggs arrived by themselves nothing else then the salmon croquettes meal arrive minus the potatoes still no beverages just water. By the time my fish and grits arrived I had finished my eggs because I was hungry. I must say the meal was good but however there was no silver ware available so we ate from plastics fork and spoon but they did give us us a steak knife to cut the m fish and croquettes with . At the end of the meal I requested my coffee the OJ finally came earlier, My coffee after adding the creamer was a grayish brown did not drink it left it on the table my entire bill was 73.00/I felt that the waitress was not responsible for how we were being serviced so I gave a 20% tip. Visited for Mother's Day 5/11/2026, had reservations for a party of 12 at 2:00 PM. Upon arrival checked in and the hostess told me she would call my phone by 2:10 PM, and if she did not call then I should return to the hostess stand. Returned the hostess stand as instructed and was told our table was not ready and she was waiting for another party to get up. We were not seated until 3:00 PM. Upon being seated, our server yelled from the bar she would be with us shortly. However, in the meantime of her being with us shortly, we watched her make drinks at the bar, clean dishes, take dishes to the back, and continuously serve patrons seated at the bar. By this time, we had been seated for 30 mins with no service, no water, NOTHING. Another server attempted to take our order and confused our party with the table next to us. All of the sudden the bartender/server ran to accommodate us. After taking our order, we waited almost another hour for our food, however when brought to our table orders were wrong, and again our orders were mixed up with the people sitting next to us. The saving grace for the mix up is that although we were NOT in the same party, we knew the family seated beside us. After waiting an hour to be seated WITH RESERVATIONS and another hour for basic breakfast food, highly underrated. To the manager, please do not double/triple book reservations knowing your establishment CANNOT accommodate multiple large parties at once. Lastly, when customers order bottles of champagne, the to-go cups of juice are so TACKY!!! It's safe to say we will not be returning. Do not recommend. read more
