First time visiting this location. We tried to order on line, waited the time that we were told that our food would be ready. Only to go in and be told that it wasn't ready. Total wait time was about an hour from our initial attempt to get our order. With that said the facility was clean and orderly. Friendly staff was apologetic to our having to wait as long as we did. This spot has been on the list for a while now. We went on a Saturday around 1pm. There was no wait and plenty of seat. Our waitress was hilarious! She gave real recommendations and kept us laughing the entire time. We got the Situation to drink per her suggestion. You really only need one! We were brave and had two. It is strong! We shared the deviled eggs and they were delicious. Just like ya momma makes them. I got the salmon croquettes with potato's and eggs! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Visited for Mother's Day 5/11/2026, had reservations for a party of 12 at 2:00 PM. Upon arrival checked in and the hostess told me she would call my phone by 2:10 PM, and if she did not call then I should return to the hostess stand. Returned the hostess stand as instructed and was told our table was not ready and she was waiting for another party to get up. We were not seated until 3:00 PM. Upon being seated, our server yelled from the bar she would be with us shortly. However, in the meantime of her being with us shortly, we watched her make drinks at the bar, clean dishes, take dishes to the back, and continuously serve patrons seated at the bar. By this time, we had been seated for 30 mins with no service, no water, NOTHING. Another server attempted to take our order and confused our party with the table next to us. All of the sudden the bartender/server ran to accommodate us. After taking our order, we waited almost another hour for our food, however when brought to our table orders were wrong, and again our orders were mixed up with the people sitting next to us. The saving grace for the mix up is that although we were NOT in the same party, we knew the family seated beside us. After waiting an hour to be seated WITH RESERVATIONS and another hour for basic breakfast food, highly underrated. To the manager, please do not double/triple book reservations knowing your establishment CANNOT accommodate multiple large parties at once. I'm an so disappointed in this place and how they handle their customers. My first time going was when they first opened food and service was great this last time they have declined significantly. My husband and I went for brunch today and he had his food and finished it before I even received my food. Their excuse was that they had a big table (that came in and ordered after us). No patron wants to hear this sort of excuse but ways to make the situation correct for its customers. The server and runner both looked displeased with how things were handled and we only received a discount for our inconvenience. The shrimp and grits were pretty good in the first order however flavors are inconsistent as second order the grits were bland. Issue 3: Me and my frnd order two entrees and an hour later we still had not received them. The restaurant was understaffed, food from the kitchen was extremely slow and the flavor of the dishes very inconsistent. If I lived in Atlanta, this would not be a place I would return to anytime soon. Stopped by for brunch and the hostess said it would be about a 10 min wait as there were 4 people in front of us which was very odd considering the 3 empty tables right in front of us. Anyway, we put our name down and go outside to wait. 35 mins later we go back in to inquire and she tells us the kitchen is backed up and it will be about 45 more mins before we could be seated and even longer to get some food. Visited this place today since I was off a little early. My coworker and I decided to get something to eat. Place is overpriced, nothing special about the food, and service was blah. The hostess was horrible and the waitress we had seemed to be the only one working but she was nice. Everybody just there with the exception of the young man serving the food. My second visit after the gym. Customer service is top tier from staff and owner Sanchez. I observed him visiting with each table to ensure their meal and experience was perfection. Needless to say, the food is excellent! Loved the waffle tower, and my honey loved the scrambler it your way meal. Today, I will try the waffle meal with lemon flavor. Came today, still short staffed. This made the food come out slow and one by one. My potatoes came when I was almost done with the rest of my food. The syrup came after my pancakes were cold.
