We had about a 20 to 25 minute wait which was expected for a Saturday afternoon. I love the decor in the inside and the tables. The DJ was on point with the music. The vibe was very jovial. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy to see that they have a little bar. That's always great for single people. Today I decided to get the French toast plate and it did not disappoint. If you want a little afternoon delight, make sure you order a margarita flight! September 13, 2026 Highway 138 location the service absolutely horrible. The food was absolutely horrible. We placed two orders. waffle platter one with sausage one with bacon. The waffles were cold as ice. They were so cold the butter never melt on either order, but even before we even received our order, the server brought out the wrong order to our table and apparently it must've been written all over my face because looking at the order and realize wrong table. No judgment there. It took 1 hour before we receiving our order. After our order receiving the food COLD The only thing that was warm the eggs and a coffee. Nic,, our server never came back to ask if we needed anything or ask if everything was OK. After registering my complaint with the manager, her first response was normally we don't have any issues with the food and then next response I apologize. I think the apology should've came first. As a manager part of your job is to make sure orders being delivered quickly. I would not recommend this location. read more

They have a few locations on the Southside and a robust menu. It was after 12 PM but they only serve breakfast and lunch. I was on the fence with ordering a burger or a breakfast plate. I also wanted to try their flights at the bar so I did just that. I decided on the Crab Cake Benny and the mimosa flight. For the price of 2 drinks, it's a better value to get the flight. The bartender was attentive, yet busy and service was fast. The food was presented very well and the drinks were great. I had a simple one flavor for the mimosa flight then asked for the rose mix for just one of my drinks. That caused my flight to go from $19.99 to $24.99. Wow. It was literally a shot size! The Crab Cake Benedict with grits was delightful. I mean, one of the best I've eaten in ages. I had it prepared on a biscuit versus an English muffin. The best choice! The grits were flavorful with just the right amount of butter and salt. Overall, it was a great lunch but the up-charge on the flight was the only low-light. Took a star off for that. This place is incredible! I've been here twice in the last month--once with my son and once with my cousin--and both experiences were outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious each time, the service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. It's rare to find a restaurant that's this consistent, but they've nailed it both visits. I'm honestly considering going back again today while I'm writing this review! My family and I had a great time here! The parking is rough so you have to basically stalk other patrons coming out, but outside of that, it's a great breakfast/brunch choice! The inside is cute and they had a dj so good vibes all around. The menu is extensive and has plenty of options! My mom is a strict vegan and she was able to find something suitable as well. Highly recommend the mimosa flight with the different flavors! There were a few hiccups with our orders, but understandable as the servers seemed stretched a bit thin with the crowd. My family of two and a half showed up for the first time at noon on a Saturday. We were immediately brought to a table and given an option of a booster or a kids seat! We placed our order and were brought drinks and an expresso. The espresso was actually enjoyable without any added sugar or flavors! That's rare. Where can I start, The service was spectacular. Very warm and inviting staff. I came with a party of 10 so because it was a Saturday and a holiday weekend, I arrived 45 minutes early to reserve a spot for our group. The staff was very accommodating as they were able to get everybody in the group seated at the time I quoted everyone to arrive with no waiting time. Myself and three grandsons, very young in age, went to the restaurant today and she ensured the children were fed quickly. She was very attentive to them and they enjoyed the experience. Two eggs is always a great choice for breakfast. The only issue is they are always packed so we've never eaten inside. The pancakes are so good I always forget to take pictures! They give great portions at a reasonable price. The only negative is that sometimes if they are too busy, the online site will let your order/pay although they have turned the system off on their end and aren't taking online orders. I love this spot. It is minutes from my home. I have never been disappointed when arriving. I've only sent the pancakes back once because it wasn't hot enough to melt the butter. The salmon croquet breakfast only comes with one. I find this to be unusual because most breakfast spots offer two of comparable size. The bacon was burnt. Everything else was ok. When I politely complained about food quality the other day, the manager said he could replace it but his tone was off putting and he was a bit condescending. We ordered two waffle plates, a big bowl, and a cinnamon roll. The waffles were extremely tough -- so much so that they were difficult to cut with a knife and ultimately not edible. The cinnamon roll was also very hard and disappointing. I have no complaints about the big bowl. It was satisfactory. Overall, the food quality just wasn't there during our visit.
