We have lived in Stockbridge for over 2 yrs & live 7 minutes from this place. This is the first…read moretime we ate here. Initial impression: Skeptical but hopeful Warm environment Friendly people Not packed but good amount of patrons Safety measures in place. As we were walking in another couple was coming out and they had two to go containers with them. That's always a good thing because people who like what they eat take what they can't finish. We took a moment to review the menu they have a lot of good selections. Yes you could probably find a good majority of it at IHOP but we figured let's see how the chef does. Our order: *Country fried steak with white gravy soft scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and English muffins *Pork chop breakfast, soft scrambled eggs with cheese hash browns and English muffin. *French toast. *coffee *regular water and lime *orange juice. It's always a risk when you're ordering pork chops because sometimes in restaurants they overcook it and it tends to be dry or they don't select the best cuts of pork chop and it's too thin and is dry. I was really impressed at how well the pork chop was cooked it was tender, moist, seasoned very well, hot and paired with The soft scrambled eggs and cheese nicely. The hashbrowns were not great but they were good it seem to be a little too crispy but nonetheless it was still good. The French toast Was not bad I could've made that at home but I did like them they were a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside not a remarkable type of toast maybe some regular brand Wonder Bread or something like that but outside of that it was really good. The syrup did enhance the flavoring of the French toast so it was overall delightful. My husband stated that the country fried steak tasted like an older cut of steak. I tasted it and I have to agree but overall it wasn't bad. The combination of the soft scrambled eggs with cheese and the hashbrowns paired really well with the country fried steak. The eggs by far were the star of the meal. They were cook so perfectly it was like a chef said that's my specialty. They were great!! We went to another place a couple of weeks ago "Atlanta Breakfast Club", paid twice as much for the food that was nowhere near as good as this place. Would we go back. ABSOLUTELY!! Now where should I begin with this treacherous place? Amongst my family we consider local breakfast…read morespots as a rendezvous of sorts not just for the enjoyment of food but--to enjoy our connections. Our time of arrival was around 10:40-10:50 am and the time of we had left was 12:04. Of course socializing with family takes a large portion of this time but the comparable difference from the socialization to the waiting truly felt like it was interminable. In my opinion the place was slightly above average of what it cookie hold: my family (table of 7), around 30 people including us, 5 waiters, 1 cleaner, and from what I saw 2 chefs. I had ordered 4 sausages with scrambled eggs and crepes with cream cheese; I would say I hate cream cheese and that was an error made by me but other than that the food truly was splendid. I had ordered another portion of crepes (emphasized with Nutella instead of cream cheese this time.) I had done this due to the portion sizes: be aware the portions may be small for someone with a big appetite. I had waited 30 minutes for 2 small crepes I would say the size of my hand. While waiting I observed my area, multiple people sitting alone and no group was larger than 4 besides us; however, every group was waiting longer than we had as well. I find it truly absurd the service was truly lacking in chefs. I personally would not come back here due to small portions, inadequate service, and a fluctuating amount of people walking in and out ruining service time.

It was packed with flavor and served with a generous side of homemade guacamole. We also tried the steak quesadilla, which was filled with steak, onions, and peppers--absolutely delicious. This was actually my second breakfast visit, and the experience was outstanding once again. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. I ordered the Dutch Baby both times because it's that good! My husband enjoyed his skillet meal, and the grandchildren loved their freshly made chicken tenders. My grandson also raved about the mini pancakes and French fries. Whether you visit for breakfast or lunch, the food is amazing. Combined with the friendly service and attention to detail, this is a place we will definitely keep coming back to!

We used to have family in the area, but unfortunately haven't been down here in 5 years as a result of them not being in the area anymore. When we used to stop in, the service was unbeatable. Everyone would treat you like family, and would get you your food fast. Now, since the restaurant is under ***new ownership***, we are not sure if that is still the case. Our server was great (she remembered our family even after 5 years (connected the dots to us)), but the rest of the employees and the community within the restaurant felt a bit stuffy. They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. What a great guy!
