My daughter and I stopped by 2 Eggs in Stockbridge and let me tell you--it was love at first bite. We had the chicken & waffles and the fish & grits, and both were chef's kiss! The waffle was golden and fluffy, the chicken was seasoned and crispy, the fish was fresh, and the grits were creamy perfection. And let's talk about the biscuit--buttery, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The breakfast potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. Just so good. I brought this to their attention, but it wasn't corrected. I want to warn other customers to check their receipts and be aware of extra charges. If you've experienced this, you can file a complaint with the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Division at consumer.georgia.gov or call (404) 651-8600 to report unfair business practices. Businesses in metro Atlanta have been getting ridiculous with extra fees over the past few years. From credit card surcharges on cash payments to charges for water, extra ice, excessive parking, reservation fees, service fees, and even automatic gratuities on small parties--it's getting out of control. I refuse to patronize businesses that inconvenience their customers with unnecessary fees (regardless of the amount). I use to order from the one in McDonough all the time but stopped because the service was lackluster. I did an online order for the Stockbridge location. Thankfully I checked my order. They advised that they no longer serve one of the items but still charged me for it. Nothing would've been said if I hadn't have checked my food. So, I just move in the area, and I was asked by my cousin to check out this spot. Parking is horrific on a Sunday. But, the wait list was not long. We parked in Wendy's parking lot and walked over. The music was a mixture of young and old. Now, the food was good for the exception of the Kroger's portion salmon in the salmon and Grits. The toast was sourdough;therefore, tough unlike honey wheat bread with a light crunch. We ordered an appetizer. Well, it came out with our main course. Go figure. Ate at two eggs and had something different than my usual. The salmon patty with grits and 2eggs over medium. Everything was good but I was a little disappointed on the patty. It had a great flavor but there was soooo much filler and little fish. Not really sure what kind of patty it was . But it was flavorful! It actually had the color of tuna or mackerel. They reminded me sooo much if my mother's version I grew up with. To stretch it she use one can salmon and one can mackerel. But all in all it was good. read more

Don't let the parking lot fool you. It was a little pack on a Monday mid morning. However they were able to seat us immediately. First time coming and definitely will be back sooner than later. They have delivery food services so this makes the lot pack but not too packed. Service was excellent our waitress Jade was attentive. The establishment was clean and the vibe was on point. The music played everyone was doing a little singing or shoulder dance (lol). I overheard a server tell a group "oh you back" which tells you good food and good service. Prices are reasonable and food came out hot. They do have lunch options and a bar. Stop by when you can or order food delivery. I have to give kudos for the food delivery operation. I am having such a hard time writing this review. I have always had a great experience until today. My husband and i usually go around the same time each time we go today was no different. 12noon ordered something different salmon with grits replaced grits with eggs. After waiting almost 20 minutes i expected my food to pipping hot. Food was cold, and salmon was as small as my thumb(too embarrassed) to say that i who don't eat a lot this was way too small for me. I should have stuck with my fried fish and grits smh I asked for silverware because we were never given any. Manager came and plainly told me salmon is measured so they all are the same size, she could make me another plate but being short on time since we have now been there 40 min and cold food absolutely not!. So i ate cold food and my husband said his was cold as well. He had pancakes no joke we left most of it behind. Paid our bill and will not return. I've been so happy with this restaurant , so much every time my sorority sisters come in from NY, Philadelphia and Jersey and Delaware we always go there. No more I'm so sad #Sororitylife read more
