Food was sooo good I had the customizable big grit bowl. Grits were amazing. Ingredients were fresh. I loved it.

I am having such a hard time writing this review. I have always had a great experience until today. My husband and i usually go around the same time each time we go today was no different. 12noon ordered something different salmon with grits replaced grits with eggs. After waiting almost 20 minutes i expected my food to pipping hot. Food was cold, and salmon was as small as my thumb(too embarrassed) to say that i who don't eat a lot this was way too small for me. I should have stuck with my fried fish and grits smh I asked for silverware because we were never given any. Manager came and plainly told me salmon is measured so they all are the same size, she could make me another plate but being short on time since we have now been there 40 min and cold food absolutely not!. So i ate cold food and my husband said his was cold as well. He had pancakes no joke we left most of it behind. Paid our bill and will not return. I've been so happy with this restaurant , so much every time my sorority sisters come in from NY, Philadelphia and Jersey and Delaware we always go there. No more I'm so sad #Sororitylife read more

The food was good. In my opinion breakfast is the most boring meal of the day, but they have a great way to spice it up. I really enjoyed the "Big Bowl". The only complaints would be that the biscuits were not a "southern" buttery biscuit. The only big complaint is that the music is too loud. It's hard to keep a conversation. read more

I ordered pickup & it's my first time here. I ordered the French toast plate & the toast was a lil overdone but it was still really good & the eggs were so-so. What confused me was I ordered crispy bacon & nothing was crispy about the bacon & then I also ordered a large orange juice & I got a small Minute Maid oj. How in the world is it 2024 and you won't take an order over the phone? They'll only do DoorDash Or their online service according to staff. You want me to pay like a 25% up charge to pick up the order placing it on the app. It was recommended to order a BEC biscuit and type in that I didn't want bacon on it. Up charge, and over pay for an egg and cheese biscuit. This place is run by idiots. Yeah, not spending my money with a place that doesn't understand the thought process of we could have the food made already instead to troubling shooting your overpriced online ordering platform. This is a great spot food was great the staff is friendly and welcoming. Went on a Monday morning around 10 am got seated quickly. Took a friend on Saturday around 11 am still got seated quickly, when we left around 12:45 people was waiting to be seated. Please try the Fried Green Tomatoes + the Grits so delicious. read more

We visited this restaurant on this Sunday and was kind of disappointed at the service and the food we received. The food for the 2nd time did not come out hot, we ordered the waffle and french toast plate...As we were trying to eat our food, the waitress kept coming to the table to remove items and replenish the condiments that were placed on every table. Food and ambience was on point. They even have an old school DJ. Manager on duty less to be desired. I found a top of condiment container in bottom of my coffee after drinking. I pulled her to side and said I like the food here and will continue to come back. I told her I will also pay for my food. I asked her to rectify the problem. I said I don't want another coffee, but having a mimosa. She asked how would I like to fix it. I said for her to decide and let me know. She never returned. The food was delicious, but served cold. I would have given a 4 but the lid container in bottom of coffee was never rectified by manager on duty. Nice place for brunch and never had an issue until now. I would return ,but next time will double check my coffee or just skip it for orange juice. read more

VERY crowded on Sundays. Staff is good at what they do, though. DJ is too loud for the small building. So loud you can't have a conversation. Grits were tasty but very runny. Parking is a nightmare. This place is terrible, they took my money. I ordered food online from them and never received. Their food is good but their customer service is terrible and trash. They didn't say sorry, they didn't accommodate. They didn't even call to tell me that my ordered isn't going to be made because they turned it off. Taking someone's money is wrong and shows bad service. I will no longer be eating from here or recommending my friends or family member. read more
