It's a quaint, tiny drive-thru hut-style spot sitting in a strip mall parking lot--super cute and convenient with a solid menu of all your coffee favorites. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin. The coffee was perfect--smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Customer service was top notch! The young lady who helped me had such a warm, friendly smile--it really stood out. The muffin was tasty, but a bit colder than expected (they don't warm them), so just keep that in mind. I sped all the way home because I could just smellllll my steak and cheese through the wrappings lol. Steak and cheese was really good. I would have preferred more meat though and kinda was expecting more because of how big the sandwich was. Like a lot more. But it was seasoned wellll. The Italian on the other hand was extremely salty. I was surprised because everyone talked about how good it was, but the saltiness was too much for me. I ate half of a half and had to discard the rest because I could stand the saltiness. I did eat the whole steak and cheese though. That chocolate cake was bomb though. As someone who bakes cakes all the time, it was nice and moist. It was in the fridge there but it didn't taste refrigerated at alllll. I wish I had gotten two of them instead of the Italian sub, but hey you live and you learn.

I'm writing to express deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced at your establishment. It's clear this may be the first time the current manager has had to run a business, as the way I was treated was both unprofessional and dismissive. Despite placing an online order before your posted closing time of 2:00 PM, I was denied entry to pick it up--even while customers were still inside, dining and finishing their meals. Logically, if the store is still serving seated customers, it makes no sense to refuse service to a paying customer who placed an order on time. Instead of resolving the issue with basic empathy or even common sense, the manager chose to argue with me, claiming I was merely "giving my opinion" when critiquing the situation. Let me be clear: a paying customer's feedback is not "just an opinion"--it's an essential reflection of your service that any competent business should welcome and take seriously. I had to call twice just to try to get someone to help me, and during the first call, the staff member hung up on me without offering any kind of support or resolution. This type of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a business that depends on community support and repeat customers. Policies aside, customer service should never feel combative, disrespectful, or dismissive. Ignoring logic and basic hospitality for the sake of rigid "rules" only alienates your customers and hurts your business long term. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because as it stands now, I have no reason to return or recommend your establishment to others. read more

The hashbrowns were not great but they were good it seem to be a little too crispy but nonetheless it was still good. The French toast Was not bad I could've made that at home but I did like them they were a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside not a remarkable type of toast maybe some regular brand Wonder Bread or something like that but outside of that it was really good. The syrup did enhance the flavoring of the French toast so it was overall delightful. My husband stated that the country fried steak tasted like an older cut of steak. I tasted it and I have to agree but overall it wasn't bad. The combination of the soft scrambled eggs with cheese and the hashbrowns paired really well with the country fried steak. The eggs by far were the star of the meal. They were cook so perfectly it was like a chef said that's my specialty. They were great!! We went to another place a couple of weeks ago "Atlanta Breakfast Club", paid twice as much for the food that was nowhere near as good as this place. Would we go back. ABSOLUTELY!!
