Worst Dunkin I've ever been to! Y'all, listen. I got a gift card for Christmas, so of course I'm going to wait to use it until I'm on a road trip. We pull up to this location, and wait in line for a few minutes. The cashiers rushes you SO badly, and apparently any food you want takes 20-30 minutes? For fast food? So we ordered sprinkle donuts, a large iced coffee, and a large pumpkin cold foam brew. Well, when we get out stuff...the 4 donuts are thrown on top of eachother in a bag (half the frosting is scraped off) with no sprinkles? LOL. And one iced coffee was a medium, the other was an iced coffee with pumpkin shot in there- so cold foam. It was laughable! Takeaway- I'm glad I didn't "pay" and used a gift card. Downside... The inside of Dunkin' Donuts was closed. I'm assuming it's because of the staffing. I drive a truck that is over 11 feet tall so I could not make the 8.6 foot clearance. So I parked the truck and I got out and I waited in line on foot for the drive-through. Then when I got to the window I explained why I was in the drive-through and a very nice woman said to just come to the door they would unlock it and let me in and take my order there. I was so glad that she was able to accommodate me because I had stopped at another Dunkin' Donuts around seven in the morning, and they refused to serve me at the drive-through without being inside a car. When I try to explain to them that my truck couldn't make the clearance they didn't care. But this particular location did and they served me! I don't know what's going on with management but some of the people they hire don't know what their doing. Either there too young and can't make coffee. Or their older and have attitudes. Early morning, they are busy, but they have a gang of staff there so I don't know what the issue is. Couple times I've gone after 3, and my coffee, was burnt and bitter. My most recent visit today (3/22/21), I had a nice size order, two coffees and two maple donuts. One of the coffees, wasn't filled up, the other cup was sticky and dirty on the outside, and my donuts were stuck to the bottom of the bag, must of the frosting is attached to the damn bag. So now I have plan donuts. COME ON GUYS!!! I come there, I'm regular, I'm respectful and this how y'all treat me??? Only saving grace is the is the two lovely employees they have, usually they work after 11am, it's a mom/son duo. They are always courteous and respectful, their customer service is amazing! I have ate here hundreds of times , due to the fact that not only is the store clean & the employees are friendly, the food and coffee is much better than Starbucks. I come to realize that for the price of a venti iced coffee in Starbucks (which will be watered down ) you could get a large iced coffee here. Their coffee is one of the best coffee i have ever tasted & definitely will be going there today for a cup of coffee. The mom and son duo that closes during the week are amazing. They will make my order even if they have cleaned the oven and my coffee is on point. I stop here several times a week on the way to my 3rd shift job so it's around 9:30 at night. BUT the two ladies that close on Fridays are horrible. Last few weeks I have gotten lukewarm if not cold coffee that tastes horrible, won't make my sandwich, and already threw out all the donuts. If you going to close early...close. Dunkin' is one of my favorite coffee/breakfast places to go. However, this experience wasn't the best. I went through drive-thru and the wait wasn't terrible. My coffee was just how I like it, but my food was not great though. I was given luke warm, old hash browns. I asked for some fresh ones and was given the same ones back just warmed up. One of the hash browns looked eaten or something and they were hard. Also, they looked exactly like the ones I returned. My turkey sausage looked as if it had been out for a while and they just warmed it up because it was hard. I called to speak with a manager, but no one answered after calling 5 times. I really liked this location but they never make my drinks as ordered. I use to go daily but I have to much trouble with my order. How hard is it to put sugar if it says sugar! This happened about two weeks ago at the Hudson Bridge location-It was early afternoon on a Saturday I was our running errands. So I thought I would stop by Dunkin Donuts for a coffee. I parked and went inside to order. It was not busy inside, there was a young couple sitting at one of the tables, there was nobody else inside the store. The drive through may have had one car making an order at this time. So I was standing at the front register for a while when it occurred to me there was nobody working at the window, and I had not been asked to be helped for a long while. I did hear several people talking and laughing from behind the counter. I thought this was odd. So I walked along the counter to the order pick up area and I saw four young people standing back by the kitchen area talking. I asked if anyone was working the front counter area. The four young folks seemed putout I've me asking them that question. So I walked back to the front register again, and waited for a few minutes. Nobody came out to help me, and none of these four folks went to the drive through window either. So becoming very irritated, I just walked out! THIS IS MOT HOW THE SERVICE INDUSTRY STAYS IN BUSINESS!!! This is the beginning of the end for steady business at this Dunkn Donuts location...sad...very sad ! This DD deserves no stars. Refused to serve us anything 15 minutes before they closed because it's "down for closing." All the years I worked in fast food services and that was never acceptable. ACCESS 1 out of 10 This business is located off of a very busy highway (especially busy in the AM when people are commuting and coffee and donuts are in high demand), and is very difficult to access and as difficult to maneuver around and leave. BARGAIN 1 out of 10 A large cup of coffee and two of the new Smoked Sausage breakfast sandwiches ran almost $9.00. AND, they tried to charge me $.96 for a refill on my coffee. This was INSANE! CLEANLINESS 9 out of 10 This business has a current Health Score Rating in the 90's (http://www.district4health.org/henry.html), and had no outstanding dirty areas. DELIVERY OF SERVICES 4 out of 10 At the drive-thru window, there is a manager personality who is very bad for this business. Not only have I had a very poor experience when in the drive-thru as a customer before, but today he was ranting and raving about how "stupid" customers were as they placed orders. Aside from this gentleman, there are no exceptionally bad CSR's, but none are very good either. Overall customer service here is poor. So far this is the closest Dunkin Donuts to my house! It's a 4 mile drive. Which coming from Chicago where there is a Dunkin Donuts almost on every block - it's been an adjustment. What can I say? The food and drinks are just what to expect from DD so you like it or don't. I love the coffee and have a favorite breakfast sandwich. The problem is that each time the help seems to understand less and less English. I am a native speaker. I am clear, concise, and articulate. I am needing to repeat things multiple times like no cheese on a sandwich. I have had it. I drove off today and I could hear them laughing when I went past the window. This was my Dunkin Donuts... I stopped by every day for the past 6 years to get my morning coffee -- even on weekends. I chose to come to this DD everyday; there is DD close to work and within the last year, there is now another one in Stockbridge. However, I kept coming to this one, I guess out of loyalty (?). However, something happened this year (2016) and the staff almost completely turned over.. Out went many of the friendly staff that greeted customers and made sure to get orders right, and in came a new staff that are not as customer-oriented, that frankly, at times seem to not give a crap. Dozens of times this year I have come through the drive thru, ordered the same cup of coffee I have ordered at this Dunkin Donuts for the past 6 years only to receive it prepared wrong. The quality of food also has declined. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when I got an apple fritter the size of a cookie with no apple filling in it, and when I questioned the associate that saw it looked wrong and put it in the bag and handed it to me, she said I needed to talk to the baker. Huh? Nope not doing that... as of July, I now go to another DD everyday where I'm treated like well by very friendly staff who pay attention to getting my order right. There are still good people at this Dunkin Donuts but mostly I have noticed they do not work during the early morning... only exception in the morning is the 20-something African American guy -- he always tried to make sure my order was right and I appreciate that. read more
