Always love going to Starbucks. This location is nice and have not had any issues with my order. The drive thru goes pretty quick during rush hour. However the parking isn't convenient especially if you're trying to go in. Usually it's hard to get out the parking lot when it's busy so you have to park at Walgreens and walk over. This is one of the closer Starbucks to me. It's come a long way as far as wait time and also inventory. Though the parking and drive thru can be challenging to get through line moves fast. Staff is very friendly when it comes to service and snacks and baked goods are always fresh. I got kids hot chocolate for my kiddos and a Shaken Iced Horchata with 2%. Def recommend ordering ahead to get drinks but the line moves pretty fast as well. read more

This location is VERY busy, but the baristas are always friendly! They were very nice and working very hard, even with other customers giving them a hard time. Many of the customers kept changing their order as they got it, like deciding they wanted their drink iced instead of hot, wanted caramel syrup added, etc. so that made the drinks a little slower when coming out. A solid location with friendly staff and a clean open atmosphere. We popped in here on a stop during our trip in TN. The cashier was very friendly and quick to take orders. The place was stocked well with the various cold case items and pastries, if you wanted a treat or a snack. The location itself was kept clean and nice inside and out. The bathrooms were also clean. I recently visited this location while on a trip to Georgia from out of state and I can confidently say it was the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. We were helped out by Karla, who was such a pleasure and refreshing to deal with. Immediately upon entering, Karla greeted us in such a welcoming way that it made me and my family want to stay and sit instead of taking our orders to go. As I ordered for my family since I am the only English speaker amongst us, Karla turned towards them and took their orders in Spanish which made things so much easier not to mention made them feel even more welcome. Also why it's so essential to have more Spanish speakers or people fluent in other languages over all working here. First while ordering, it took roughly 10 minutes before I was greeted. secondly, I noticed flies on their drinks and food by the mobile order station. This Starbucks location makes me never want to support this company again . I live very far from it and I've driven to it THREE times just for them to randomly be closed. Today was the last straw I drove for 15 miles again just to be in line for 15 minutes have a girl walk up to my car to tell me if I don't get to the window by 3 I'm shit out of luck . This Starbucks is located on Eagle's Landing near Henry Piedmont Hospital and dozens of medical buildings. The location is generally busy because of the proximity to the hospital, but when I come here, the employees are always friendly and helpful is you aren't sure what you want to order. I usually order specialty drinks and either bread or a protein box. My order is always correct even though they seem to have a lot going on. The overall store is very small, as is the drive thru and patio area, so during busy times there may not be anywhere for you to sit. read more

I arrived at this location at 550 am and waited outside in the cold for 10 minutes. The baristas refused to open the door after initially being told to wait a second because it will be opened. I was waved at after ten minutes motioning me to go through the drive through although there was no drive through only sign on the door! Always such a wholesome and genuine feeling I get when I enter this place. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Yes, it can be crowded most of the time, but if you go inside or order from online you'll get your food faster. Place is spacious and clean. The parking lot needs to be expanded and it's too congested at times. That's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. I think management should try to expand their parking lot. Honestly, I don't review chains that much because there is no point at times. However, I am kind of mixed about this particular Starbucks. I like the food because they cook all the food right. I haven't had everything on the menu, but out of the bagels and tea I've had it's pretty good. The service is friendly and quick. You will order your food and it will be out within the next five minutes. That right there is some next level stuff, compared to the slow service you see normally in this area (*cough* Chick-fil-A...not the dwarf house...the other one). But it doesn't come without the bad things... Last time I went at the time of this writing I was irritated. I came into the drive-thru, and tried to get the black tea lemonade. "Oh yeah, we're out of black tea." No black tea? What?! Me: "Oh ok, well can I get a cheese danish please?" "We are out of those too." Really man. What are y'all doing then?
