After traveling all day we wanted a quick dinner and this chicken fil a was located 1/2 block from our hotel. Staff was pleasant, service good and the fries and chicken sandwich were really good. I had a grilled chicken wrap. It was just OK. There was more lettuce than anything in my wrap and even with ranch dressing it was bland. We split a strawberry milkshake for dessert that was excellent, creamy and rich. Plenty of parking but you have to walk through the drive thru to get inside so be cautious. I always go to Chick-fil-A for macaroni and cheese and the waffle fries. They are always delicious. Lots of cheese in the macaroni and the food was still hot when I reached my destination. I don't eat chicken, but I love their chick fil a sauce with my fries. This restaurant was clean and the drive thru was busy, but fast paced. Lots of people were inside as well. Myself and my wife was staying at 1 of the near by hotels so this was 1 of the very few options to choose from as far as food goes so we walked over to this Chick-fil-A and got here at 9:24pm and then had to wait until 9:31pm for my patio order to be taken which I know it's not to far away from when they close but that doesn't mean that they should have put forth less than half the effort. We got back to our room and the fries were stale and cold and my chicken sandwich was very chewy like it wasn't well cooked at all and the soda carbonation was off the Dr Pepper tasted diet that's how bad the carbonation was so I ate what I could because I didn't want this food run to be a total waste thank god my wife's salad was fine though So I call back the next day and the supervisor treats me like I'm lying she was saying oh our fries are always fresh and the chicken sandwiches are always perfect temperature and I can only remake the sandwich why would you not refund or remake the whole spicy chicken sandwich combo considering how they didn't cook my food right well the day time supervisor I spoken to wasn't there last night so how would she know if their food was good or not I won't be back to this Chick-fil-A. Best Chick-full-A ever! And that's really saying some thing! I placed my order for curbside pickup at 3:49 PM, and an employee came running to my car with my order at 3:52 PM saying "sorry for the wait." Not going to lie, I saw the long lines at the drive through and it was a turnoff. Hubby was craving some CFA since we were going to go hiking and he was up since 3 am since he usually wakes up around that time to go to work. We decided to go wait and line and man, their customer service is outstanding. There were 4 people outside taking orders. The lines were so long out to the street but the staff were fast and amazing. I stopped by for breakfast this morning right before 10:30. Less than 10 minutes before. I saw that the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I took my chances and parked my car and ran inside. There was no wait and Pam the cashier was very friendly and professional. My food came out in less than three minutes, and everything was accurate . I am definitely a fan of this Chick fil A and even though the lines can be long they do it they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If I was not afraid to miss the cut off time for breakfast, I would've waited in the drive thru because they had the cashiers outside taking orders also. This Chick-filai is a hit or miss. There are times where I am so happy with my order and everything goes smoothly. There's other times like yesterday where they will forget to give me condiments with my meal and will have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just to inform them and get condiments again. My family and I were on our way back from seeing the 'mouse' in Orlando and the kids were requesting dinner. I began to look for an exit with food options and I saw an exit sign with that magical" Chic-Fil-A" logo. This would be our third stop at a Chic-Fil-A on our 7 day voyage. This is a review of this location and several reasons why we keep coming back to this franchise: I know Atlanta traffic is brutal...but sheesh. It was nearly 8:00 on a Monday night and the Chic-Fil-A parking lot looked like rush hour. The drive thru line was not only the longest I've ever seen, it was wrapped around. I didn't want my food to go, so I was on the hunt for a parking spot. It took me three circles to finally find a spot. Crazy! I guess this goes to show what good food and great customer service will do. The accommodations and food were just as expected. This is the reason we keep coming back. This location's staff were friendly and the meal came out promptly. Maybe if the staff starts cussing people, they can get the crowds down. If they don't want to do that, then be prepared for bumper to bumper traffic. Why we love Chic-Fil-A 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we chose to dine here so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. If you are a family, you can't go wrong with Chic-Fil-A. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. It's chicken...and fries, but they do it as good as anyone else. After working for a Chick-Fil-A, I have a small idea of what it takes to make a restaurant like this run well. This location has it. There are several staff that have been working in this location much longer than you'd see at another fast food restaurant. The drive thru line is usually very long, but the lengths at which this staff is willing to serve you quickly is pretty impressive. They take your order, in person by iPad, as many as ten cars away from the window. The food is consistently delicious and at the right temperature and the staff is always courteous. This Chic-fil-A is consistently good. Always a quick and friendly drive thru experience. The food at this location usually seems to be a bit better than others in the area. The down side is that the parking lot is laid out in a crazy way and you do have to kind of know the drill or it can be confusing. Just follow the signs and you'll get it figured out or park and go in and you'll probably encounter a shorter line inside. read more

As time goes by-that is the make of a true rating. So, the lines are stil long at this location which I expected. I wasn't expecting to hear they were "out"of cookies at 3pm on a Saturday after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru line. Where's the staff who waits to take ur order on the so called Ipad? It's not like they're on sale or had any bogos. The management is the same however the items weigh small in comparison to Truett's, which is the next exit down. I had to take my brother in law down to McDonough and we stopped and got 2 chicken biscuits. Normally, you can see the chicken and it's normally hanging over the biscuit Our biscuits had the smalled piece of crap pieces of chicken ever, It was almost like they mushed 2 chicken mini patties together and put it on a biscuit. It was SMALL. You couldn't even see the chicken if you looked at it because it was dwarfed by the biscuit. Terribly ran drive-thru. Everything was a mess. The person taking orders read my order back and charged me for it. Great. Pull forward and the person handing out food doesn't give me my full order. Turns out something happened between me paying and them getting the order, because half my order wasn't showing up even though I paid. After an argument with the girl (my bank app was down, of course), I repaid for the rest of the food. They park us. TWENTY MINUTES later, I get out and ask what's going on with the order. It had been sitting in the rain for 15 minutes. No one thought to hand it to us. And it's wrong, again. I demand new food and tea, which got me attitude. They hand me the same bag, then ignored me. Called the manager in the car. He doesn't seem to care. He just kept repeating, "but you got the food." He then says, after some time, that he'll refund me through the app. Guess what he didn't do. Went through the drive thru & got 2 separate orders. I was very specific & read back my order twice on both. They still forgot my large fry in my large combo. & forgot to offer sauce... I Called up there to ask if i can come back tomorrow so I don't have to waste gas to go back up there since THEY messed up my order and the person who answered the phone said they changed their policy and i can't pick up my fries tomorrow. I was so disappointed in their service on Tuesday night 9/6 for the first time ever!!! I went to get dinner for my family and my husband who wasn't feeling well requested chicken soup. I placed my order with a young lady in the drive thru who was nice but an absolute KNOW IT ALL which appeared rude after our initial transaction!!! She took my order and we eat here often so I know we always spend around $40 for the same thing!! When she told me my total I asked her if she was sure she'd gotten everything and she said yes, she then proceeds to take my payment and says yeah "the salads are expensive ", so I laughed it off and stated "no that's not why I asked, I'm asking b/c my family's order is usually around $40 or more but if you say you got it then ok". I can tell she's completely ignoring me b/c she THINKS she's right . Long story short I receive my order and there is no soup, the young lady explains the person in front of me ordered 4 and there was none left, therefore I ordered a salad for my husband instead. The hound lady's tells me there is a $3 difference in my order which I thought was HORRIBLE customer service to charge me for that b/c you all didn't communicate to the drive thru workers "please don't sell more" but I paid!!
