The service from the staff was incredible. They were all so kind. My food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean too. This is my favorite Chick fil A in McDonough! read more

It's Friday at lunch of a holiday weekend and we came right in and ordered. Our food came quick and everyone was pleasant as usual. All our food was hot when it arrived. My only complaint is it feels like the AC is struggling but it is 100 degrees out. Overall a great experience. read more

Did a mobile order it wasn't ready when I arrived so I was asked to pull forward and waited 15 minutes for my food. While waiting I observed one of the employees who was handing food out that she had been grabbed my order and took it to another person. Then brought the food to me I asked for the food to be remade because I watched the employee hand my food to somebody else she takes my food back just for them to rebag it when I asked for it to be remade and they insisted on telling me that they don't remake food just re bag it. Worst experience ever at a chick fil a read more

After traveling all day we wanted a quick dinner and this chicken fil a was located 1/2 block from our hotel. Staff was pleasant, service good and the fries and chicken sandwich were really good. I had a grilled chicken wrap. It was just OK. There was more lettuce than anything in my wrap and even with ranch dressing it was bland. We split a strawberry milkshake for dessert that was excellent, creamy and rich. Plenty of parking but you have to walk through the drive thru to get inside so be cautious. Manager was walking around the restaurant asking patrons if their food was good andif we needed anything. That was nice. read more

Today was a slow day at Hwy 138 location. The drive thru lines were very long. I had to pull forward and wait for my order. As always it was brought out hot and the iced beverages were cold. Food was good so I guess the wait was worth it. read more

I always go to Chick-fil-A for macaroni and cheese and the waffle fries. They are always delicious. Lots of cheese in the macaroni and the food was still hot when I reached my destination. I don't eat chicken, but I love their chick fil a sauce with my fries. This restaurant was clean and the drive thru was busy, but fast paced. Lots of people were inside as well. I will definitely be back to this location if I am in the area. read more

Myself and my wife was staying at 1 of the near by hotels so this was 1 of the very few options to choose from as far as food goes so we walked over to this Chick-fil-A and got here at 9:24pm and then had to wait until 9:31pm for my patio order to be taken which I know it's not to far away from when they close but that doesn't mean that they should have put forth less than half the effort. We got back to our room and the fries were stale and cold and my chicken sandwich was very chewy like it wasn't well cooked at all and the soda carbonation was off the Dr Pepper tasted diet that's how bad the carbonation was so I ate what I could because I didn't want this food run to be a total waste thank god my wife's salad was fine though So I call back the next day and the supervisor treats me like I'm lying she was saying oh our fries are always fresh and the chicken sandwiches are always perfect temperature and I can only remake the sandwich why would you not refund or remake the whole spicy chicken sandwich combo considering how they didn't cook my food right well the day time supervisor I spoken to wasn't there last night so how would she know if their food was good or not I won't be back to this Chick-fil-A. Here I was thinking that Chick-fil-A would always be good with no screw ups I guess not this location is trash read more

Love this location. So fast and accurate. The new mobile thru is a gift to such a popular location. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Best Chick-full-A ever! And that's really saying some thing! I placed my order for curbside pickup at 3:49 PM, and an employee came running to my car with my order at 3:52 PM saying "sorry for the wait." I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that this is the most prompt Chick-fil -A I've ever been to! The chocolate chunk cookie was amazing, and so was the diet frosted lemonade. I look forward to coming here many times in the future. read more

McDonough, you guys did not disappoint Friendly staff to our party of 30! Food was quick, hot, good! I've been to several Chick-fil-A's and again, it does everything the same and the food is soooo good! They even had people outside taking orders so the drive thru wouldn't get backed up, they opened doors for people, they greeted and I even seen one walk the ladies bag to her car for her because she had too many drinks in her hand! More restaurants could learn from here! Smiling is contagious, and of course I smiled back because I was satisfied! read more

Wow! This location is a well-oiled machine. I was thoroughly impressed how quickly and efficiently everyone worked. We were in the drive through for less than 5 minutes and we had our food. I am huge fan of Chick-fil-A Heading to Florida on Vacation from Indiana and booked a room at the Holiday inn express right next door to Chick-fil-A so we did a curbside pick up the workers were fast and courteous but our food wasn't the greatest I paid extra for large fries and for cheese on the sandwiches but what we got wasn't what we order we got small fries no cheese on sandwiches the fries were cold n soggy the sandwiches weren't anything to talk about either read more

This Chick-filai is a hit or miss. There are times where I am so happy with my order and everything goes smoothly. There's other times like yesterday where they will forget to give me condiments with my meal and will have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just to inform them and get condiments again. I love chickfilai, but certainly situations like these are disappointing. read more

By far the worst chick fil a in Georgia... customer service horrible.. getting the order right the first time .. never .. someone from corporate really needs to come and see what's going on because it's a mess read more

Not going to lie, I saw the long lines at the drive through and it was a turnoff. Hubby was craving some CFA since we were going to go hiking and he was up since 3 am since he usually wakes up around that time to go to work. We decided to go wait and line and man, their customer service is outstanding. There were 4 people outside taking orders. The lines were so long out to the street but the staff were fast and amazing. We got ours much quicker than I would thought. Hubby just wanted two chicken biscuits and a sweet tea. Chick-Fil-A is our fave fast food restaurants! Quality food and best customer service! 38/2019 read more

I stopped by for breakfast this morning right before 10:30. Less than 10 minutes before. I saw that the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I took my chances and parked my car and ran inside. There was no wait and Pam the cashier was very friendly and professional. My food came out in less than three minutes, and everything was accurate . I am definitely a fan of this Chick fil A and even though the lines can be long they do it they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If I was not afraid to miss the cut off time for breakfast, I would've waited in the drive thru because they had the cashiers outside taking orders also. Don't be so hard on them, they go above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you Chick-fil-a, great customer service goes a long way. read more

My family and I were on our way back from seeing the 'mouse' in Orlando and the kids were requesting dinner. I began to look for an exit with food options and I saw an exit sign with that magical" Chic-Fil-A" logo. This would be our third stop at a Chic-Fil-A on our 7 day voyage. This is a review of this location and several reasons why we keep coming back to this franchise: I know Atlanta traffic is brutal...but sheesh. It was nearly 8:00 on a Monday night and the Chic-Fil-A parking lot looked like rush hour. The drive thru line was not only the longest I've ever seen, it was wrapped around. I didn't want my food to go, so I was on the hunt for a parking spot. It took me three circles to finally find a spot. Crazy! I guess this goes to show what good food and great customer service will do. The accommodations and food were just as expected. This is the reason we keep coming back. This location's staff were friendly and the meal came out promptly. Maybe if the staff starts cussing people, they can get the crowds down. If they don't want to do that, then be prepared for bumper to bumper traffic. Why we love Chic-Fil-A 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we chose to dine here so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. If you are a family, you can't go wrong with Chic-Fil-A. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. It's chicken...and fries, but they do it as good as anyone else. Happy dining. read more

Super fast service in the drive thru. Their method should be used at every Chick-fil-A!

The last 2 times I've been to this chic fil a the service has been horrible. I ordered a grilled chicken coolwrap and got a side salad? Never the right sauces, drinks always wrong. Poor customer service lately. read more

Good, quick customer service and their prices are cheaper than a few other locations.

After working for a Chick-Fil-A, I have a small idea of what it takes to make a restaurant like this run well. This location has it. There are several staff that have been working in this location much longer than you'd see at another fast food restaurant. The drive thru line is usually very long, but the lengths at which this staff is willing to serve you quickly is pretty impressive. They take your order, in person by iPad, as many as ten cars away from the window. The food is consistently delicious and at the right temperature and the staff is always courteous. You should make this your CFA home! read more

I hate this location!!! They will definitely ruin it if u never ate Chick-Fil-A B4. I rather drive out my way or to the Stockbridge location... This location have to be the nastiest eeewh! it makes me wonder if they are franchised owned... I gave this location 4 chances because I know this is not of Chick-Fil-A's standard. I hope the health department come and shut them down because the chicken is not thoroughly cooked, it is always still semi pink or over cooked liked its been reused even fused together, the milkshakes are not up to part almost like they been watered down... And the chicken salad has never tasted fresh. I been eat n at chick-fil-a since I was a teenager and this is the only location that I've experienced so far that does this BS. My last visit to them I just wasted my money as soon as I bit into my nuggets they tasted raw and half cooked eewh I was so mad I just threw the whole 12 piece in the garbage.... read more

I have been eating here when I pass through for years. It is consistently excellent and one the better CFAs I have eaten at.

As time goes by-that is the make of a true rating. So, the lines are stil long at this location which I expected. I wasn't expecting to hear they were "out"of cookies at 3pm on a Saturday after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru line. Where's the staff who waits to take ur order on the so called Ipad? It's not like they're on sale or had any bogos. The management is the same however the items weigh small in comparison to Truett's, which is the next exit down. They communicate with the team inside so you won't waste ur gas or time waiting on 1 cookie. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had to take my brother in law down to McDonough and we stopped and got 2 chicken biscuits. Normally, you can see the chicken and it's normally hanging over the biscuit Our biscuits had the smalled piece of crap pieces of chicken ever, It was almost like they mushed 2 chicken mini patties together and put it on a biscuit. It was SMALL. You couldn't even see the chicken if you looked at it because it was dwarfed by the biscuit. So, if you ever find yourself wanting some chickfila and are in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations because this one is just not good. read more

This Chic-fil-A is consistently good. Always a quick and friendly drive thru experience. The food at this location usually seems to be a bit better than others in the area. The down side is that the parking lot is laid out in a crazy way and you do have to kind of know the drill or it can be confusing. Just follow the signs and you'll get it figured out or park and go in and you'll probably encounter a shorter line inside. read more

Terribly ran drive-thru. Everything was a mess. The person taking orders read my order back and charged me for it. Great. Pull forward and the person handing out food doesn't give me my full order. Turns out something happened between me paying and them getting the order, because half my order wasn't showing up even though I paid. After an argument with the girl (my bank app was down, of course), I repaid for the rest of the food. They park us. TWENTY MINUTES later, I get out and ask what's going on with the order. It had been sitting in the rain for 15 minutes. No one thought to hand it to us. And it's wrong, again. I demand new food and tea, which got me attitude. They hand me the same bag, then ignored me. Called the manager in the car. He doesn't seem to care. He just kept repeating, "but you got the food." He then says, after some time, that he'll refund me through the app. Guess what he didn't do. Terrible service all around. This is not Chick-fil-A quality at all. read more

I go to Chick-fil-A every other day and they give out those receipts for a free sandwich but if you go to the website on that day or the next day the website doesn't take the serial number so it's a waste of your time And I called home office to let them know their website was not working that other people were saying the same thing on the reviews and they go oh sorry you have to do it within two days which I told them I did customer no service . read more

Went through the drive thru & got 2 separate orders. I was very specific & read back my order twice on both. They still forgot my large fry in my large combo. & forgot to offer sauce... I Called up there to ask if i can come back tomorrow so I don't have to waste gas to go back up there since THEY messed up my order and the person who answered the phone said they changed their policy and i can't pick up my fries tomorrow. They are just fries! He gave me the operators # & i called and left a v-mail. I expect a good attitude and a peppy vibe at chikfila not a non-chalant mood. The only reason I am giving them a 2 & not a 1 is the operators sweet tone & the prompt call back. I travel everywhere in GA and go to chikfila at least once a week. This is by far one of the worst chikfila's i have been to. They have screwed up numerous orders. I'll be back, but expect for me to wait at the window while i check my order THOROUGHLY! read more
