I had pretty much decided on the sea bass, but she ordered it before me! No need to have 2 of the same on the table imo. With Fusion's extensive menu, I was all over the place. After finally making up my mind, I ordered the ribeye, medium rare. It came out between medium and medium well. Hence, that's why I couldn't give them the whole 5 stars. I probably could have sent it back, but I was hungry and really didn't want to figure out what else I wanted. My Server let me sample a few of their red wines before I committed to a very nice Malbec. Really appreciated that! I did get to taste Friend's sea bass! Well seasoned, fresh, and not overcooked. This place was an utter disappointment. Granted, we arrived around 10pm. We were rudely informed the kitchen closed at 11pm, but they close at 12. Then the service was frosty till our departure. Several servers seemed irritated at our presence, acting completely ungracious. At one point while I was overlooking desserts in their display case, a server conveniently walked towards me as if I was in her way, yet she had ample room to go around me. Then I saw her pull the same maneuver on another patron. I hate to feel rushed when I'm spending my hard earned money at any establishment. So I didn't even order dessert. Well prepared and well seasoned I have no complaints about any of the food. I had the grouper dinner with fried potatoes and mixed vegetables. Fusion is always a good option. There aren't many Mediterranean options in Henry County so the menu always offers something unique. It has great ambiance, fast service, and plenty of options. The place has way more swag than you'd expect from something attached to a gas station. Honestly it'd be perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends. Tonight the itty bitties ate chicken nuggets and steak fries. The chicken was made sort of like catfish nuggets and they didn't eat much of them. Spoiler alert: they both devoured their fries! I had the salmon gyro. It was made well but, as with most gyros, the flavors were mixed in enough. I had a cup of the Greek chicken-lemon soup as a side...I won't order it again.
