The salmon was okay. It was cooked well but I ended up not really liking all of the components inside so I took them out. I enjoyed the sauce it came in tho. Next time I would choose the risotto instead of the angel hair because I sampled it and it was sooooo good. As for the space itself, it's very small and there were several large parties so it was a bit cramped. The server was busy but she did a great job.

I could have eaten that for lunch by itself--just wow. I got a Greek salad and baked ziti, and oh my gosh, it was so delicious. Exposed brick gives it immediate rustic charm, while black floors, raw wood art, and leather stools wrap the package nicely. I definitely like their lighting! Oversized bulbs hung around the pizza oven bar (which you can sit at if there's space) and giant hoop rings finish the rest of the space. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.

Even if they are not affiliated with DoorDash anymore for example, they should make sure it is completely removed and have an updated menu created if needed. If their prices have went up, it is at a restaurant rate when they are not a restaurant. When called out on this, the pricing was matched closer to what I manually tallied. I heard ownership has changed, making me question if that's why this experience took place vs very different experiences in the past. At that point, I used to constantly order lunch from here and do large catering orders for house parties of 50-80+ people. This created such a terrible taste, it will be the last time I order with them. I hope to see they do better and don't permanently ruin what was once so great.
