They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. There must have been some magic in that 2018 World Championship burger. But the magic seems to have faded into the past. Sign of the times. I recently saw an article encouraging a cross-state trek to this Cheeseburger as a destination. The strawberry cinnamon roll was especially dry and lacked the soft, fresh texture we expected. The mac and cheese was very oily or overly buttery and tasted bland, as if it needed more seasoning. The staff and service were excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would absolutely give the customer service five stars.
