News flash, if you're delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins. I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention. The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny's of Mediterranean if you will. The Gyro meat texturewise, doesn't seem that it was shaved off of one of those rotisserie cookers like I'm used to. They didn't even send me any Tzatziki sauce for my pita bread. Can't say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I'll never find out firsthand now. I'm so sick of these restaurants ignoring simple requests from paying customers. I spent over 30 bucks on this crap and not even so much as get a napkin. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. Maybe it was the hour (5:30 or so), but the counter clerk informed me they had one baker potato left and were out of pulled pork, which was what I wanted. Apparently, ice cream is the attraction besides the baked potatoes but we probably won't go back.

One thing I really appreciate is how clean and well maintained the food bar is it makes a big difference. The customer service here is just as impressive. The young man Matthew is always so patient, kind, and welcoming, and he truly goes above and beyond with a smile every time. There's also a young lady who often works alongside him (I wish I knew her name!) who is just as helpful and friendly. It's rare to find a place that gets both the food and the service right every single time, but this spot definitely does. Highly recommend !

I have been to this location a handful of times and am met with the same attitude. Why be in a customer interfacing job if you do not like people. Next complaint centers around portion size. It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. I didn't realize how badly my order had been messed up until I actually got it and saw what I was given. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong? And that's what really irritated me -- because if you're going to make a mistake, at least own it and fix it. Instead, I'm left finding out afterward that apparently nobody was paying attention when my order was being made. The food honestly wasn't worth the money or the frustration. Definitely won't be returning. There are too many other places that can make a bowl correctly without turning the experience into a scavenger hunt to figure out what happened to your order. They also put this parmesan mix on the dough which makes it even better!! They have good tea, and have a great atmosphere! You feel like you are in an old brick-walled pizza establishment. The staff are attentive, also! (Pro tip: Get a seat towards the front to watch the trains go by). If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stopping by. Great food!

Well the last few times we have been the game has been fun but the food has left a lot to be desired. Tonight we all ordered slices of pizza (5 of us in the group) and of course a couple of pitchers of beer. All of our pizzas were dried out, not a lot of toppings and large areas with no toppings at all (bubbles in the dough). This was our first time back in a couple of months because the food quality had already been going down on our last couple of visits. Tonight was just awful. Bad thing too cause we brought my sister for her first time and she was not at all impressed. I hate this because they used to be SO good. Service is about the same as it's always been (so-so) and we love the restaurant itself but I'm not sure if we will be coming back. It's just not worth $50+ for 2 people when the food quality is so disappointing. We noticed too that a lot of other Tuesday night regulars weren't there tonight. Wonder if they have been experiencing the same sad food. We will wait another month or so and maybe try again. It's really sad though when our other trivia spot is a bar and they have better food........
