I have called you on six separate occasions trying to get a repair status and a "loaner" machine. Zero success in all calls. On 1/14/23 I spent 20 minutes speaking with Mr. Walker at Medicare CMS. He was shocked by your neglect because this machine is a medical necessity for anyone with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. After looking it up on his database, he found that it was past the 13 month period and that any local DME provider could provide a loaner and get the ResMed CPAP machine repaired. Please send the ResMed machine back to me and I'll find someone with a loaner and have them send it off for repair. Today is 3/1/23 and I still have not been able to get a repair date completion or a loaner CPAP Machine.

Even after giving them the part number for replacement nonmagnetic clips they can't tell me if they have them or can get them. And they are the ones that furnished me the device. I refer to them as Don't Care Medical.

The last name they're sending it by is a married name from 45 years ago every time I try to call them..there's no answer. I spoke to them one time and told them there's no such person at this address... and they keep sending me bills. They may want to go after whoever they gave the oxygen to cause I guarantee me and I have insurance.

Pay is extremely low with no benefits compared to other local organizations. Scheduling is ridiculous! If you're scheduled to work 7am-7pm with a client they will call you to cover for someone else even after you worked that long shift & if you turn it down that goes as a strike against you. I would not let majority of the caregivers care for me or my family members. While the manager Matthew is friendly & hospitable the other office assistants lack training or know how in management.

I used specialists from Christopher's Bridge (CB) to provide home hospice care for my spouse for…read moreabout 2 months before she passed. CB provided care 18-21 hours/day. The daytime caregivers provided outstanding care and seemlessly blended into home life, providing me and other family members with needed breaks. We also had the same caregivers during the day and evening. They communicated with me and my spouse clearly, professionally and compassionately and attended to her needs with sensitivity and dignity. The night care was good but more inconsistent especially during weekends and inclement winter weather. I did not realize that the care CB provided was not covered by our insurance and it is expensive but well worth the cost. My spouse was able to stay at home throughout.
