My husband and I have been receiving the very best of service and from a staff that is full of care and knows what they are doing. We have always been highly appreciative of the treatment they give to us, and they have always gone out of their way to be sure our needs are taken care of in a timely fashion. Without people like these, we would be up that proverbial river. One other thing I would love to mention, a group of Christians working for you, now who could ask for more? Barbara Robinson

We are 41 miles away. Their website states that delivery within 50 miles is $50 each way. I was informed at the time of our rental that the website is incorrect and delivery was $1.25 per mile each way. However, the actual charge was $3.00 per mile each way which amounted to $246 instead of the $102 I expected. Had I been quoted this amount at the time of rental, I would have made different arrangements to pick up the van. In a phone call made when reviewing the bill, I was told that there was no adjustment that could be made. Life for those who need this type of vehicle is difficult enough without having to do business with those who take advantage of the disabled community. Shame on you Custom Mobility.

Got diabetic shoes and a leg brace for my fallen and a leg brace. Professional and knowledgeable.read more

ive been going to aopi for a long time, in 2013, i almost died and was hospitalized for a long…read moretime, my hospital bills were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. well, i had to file ch. 13 due to the huge debt my hospital stay was. after being out of hospital, my orthotics had worn down and needed repairing. aopi made the braces i have, so of course, im gonna get them to repair them. well, when i called, i told them my orthotics were in the danger zone of making me fall and needed repairs. they refused to see me. keep in mind, that aopi made these orthotics and of course im going to them to fix them. well, after refusing, i had to contact my attorney and tell her that i was refused service, and they made the orthotics so it was gonna be hard to get anyone else to fix them. well, there excuse was, the wrong name was on my ch 13, but their address and phone number matched perfectly, but i was told they still would not see me. my attorney called them, told them, i severely needed repairs on my leg braces and needed repairs. so, after someone else repairs them, aopi calls me today, their exact words were, take photos of what needs repairing, then we can see from the photos what needs to be done. then she said, anything ur insurance doesnt pay, we need upfront. well im on medicare/medicaid, anything i cant pay is turned into medicaid and they pay. so they got me again. after saying that, i told them, quote:: let me stop you, after the way i was treated, and talked to, i have another orthotics and my braces have been repaired and no longer want or need ur services!! i hung up the phone. my braces were in the danger zone of causing major injuries if i were to fall. i only needed them repaired by aopi since they made them. but was initially refused. i had to get my attorney to call them, because my braces needed to be fixed and had become an emergency. aopi did not care, and did not repair my braces. someone else did. so after months of trying to get aopi to repair them, and after i hired soneone else, aopi calls this morning, 07/20/2021, she tells me that their billing department said quote:: we need for you to send photos of what needs repairing, anything ur insurance pays, u will pay whatever else upfront. well my insurance is medicare and medicaid, so anything medicare doesnt pay, medicaid does, but it takes at least 10 days to approve. so they got out of it again. luckily, i found another orthotics facility and they have already repaired my braces. thank god!!! i would never ever recommend aopi to anyone, they were my orthotics place for years, but i realized, their main focus wasnt the patient but, was the money. one prosthetic sock was 80.00. i found another place i buy from thats literally 8.50 a pair, and do the same job as the 80 buck sock. and now that they turned me away, and then treated me so bad, i learned my lesson the hard way. my attorney even said, they made ur braces, at least they could have repaired them for u, because we thought, noone else would touch them due to aopi making them. my attorney and i were very happy when another place agreed to see me permanently, and therefore i wont have to return back to aopi. when they called today, it felt good to tell them off. i will no longer need their services!!!! beware!!!!!!!!
