We chatted a lot about our interests, and she made the whole appointment comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

We typically go with America's Best for glasses but since hubby and I are new to the area and have…read morevision insurance now, which we did not have before, we decided to try something different when we went for our eye exams this year. Originally we were going to go with Pearl Vision, which is just down the street from here, but the reviews scared us off and I settled on Eye Optique instead. My son had gone here for contacts a few months ago and seemed pleased with his experience and they have generally good reviews too. Scheduling our appointment online was easy and we received both confirmation and reminders about it after making it. There was plenty of availability to choose from. We scheduled our appointments back to back so that we could knock it all out at once. The doctor was great! She was professional and thorough. Both hubby and I felt comfortable with the exam and her competence. The guy working the front was also very professional and friendly. Once the glasses came in, he took his time to ensure that the fit was perfect for each of us before we left. While we spent more than we normally do at America's Best even with insurance covering a portion of it, we feel like the service and quality live up to the cost. The issue is that they don't have any cheap frames. Most options are designer names. Since we typically only get reading glasses, I will most likely just do the exam here and order frames online going forward because I'm cheap and not interested in spending big bucks on reading glasses that I hate wearing anyway, but this is no reflection on the quality of Eye Optique, which I think is top notch, and I am glad we ended up here.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear that $110 without insurance would get me both exams. The Dr is not in on Wednesdays so I chose a Saturday morning appointment. This location is next door to UPS store and Baskin Robbins. You can see it off the street clearly. It's in the same shopping plaza as Chipotle and Sprouts. The parking is free and plentiful. I always dread going to any doctor but I knew that I needed a new prescription. My last eye exam was at America's Best during the pandemic so I was a year or 2 behind. This experience was one of the best Dr visits I have encountered. Dr. Boyd was extremely knowledgeable and polite. My wait time was minimal. And I received 3 different contact samples with pretty clear instructions. They do sell eyeglasses and if you don't have insurance.. it's 30% off the frames. I definitely recommend this place. The level of care is superb!

I can't say enough great things about Complete Family Eyecare & Optique. From start to finish, my…read morevisit was seamless and professional. The office is spotless, well organized, and there were no long wait times which is so rare these days. Dr. Krishan Bhima is phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and got to the root of the issue with a solution that was tailored to me. His bedside manner is kind, calm, and never rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long term eye health. With his extensive background and years of experience in the Atlanta area, I felt completely confident in his care. Chris Jones, the office manager, is also a true standout. Her years of optical experience show in the way she communicates and supports both the team and the patients. She is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and goes above and beyond to help you navigate your options. You feel like more than just a number here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cumming or North Atlanta area. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism, warmth, and real expertise but this office does exactly that. I will definitely be returning and referring others.

The woman working the desk when I came in was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions to determine the best options for me and what that cost would look like before we made anything official with the purchase. Once I decided to purchase, the process was quick and painless and I was told 7-10 business days until they would be in. I was surprised then to get a text less than a week later (including a weekend) that my glasses were already in for pickup! Swung by on my way home from work and sure enough they were there and fit perfectly - didn't even require adjusting somehow. The only thing keeping my experience from being a five star is that the selection of glasses is a bit small, so you could have some issues finding a pair you like here; however, I was fortunate to not have any issues there this visit.

After discussing with my insurance provider, they confirmed that I was indeed eligible and even called North Point Eye Care to clarify. When I called back, the assistant said she would return my call, but instead, she just texted me. Without scheduling an appointment, she started telling me that they would not offer any refunds if something went wrong with my order. I explained that the office should stand behind their services and provide a refund if there are any issues, but she refused to provide service and insisted on their no-refund policy. This lack of accountability and refusal to guarantee their work is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid North Point Eye Care, as they do not guarantee their services and do not prioritize customer satisfaction.
