They have the Best dental hygienist Olivia. At my age I have been to a ton of dental hygienist and she does the most thorough job and a dentist that only does work that is needed. I have been a patient for 6 years. I have always been greeted with a smile and my first name. DR.CRUZ is awesome, I believe he actually cares for me and my teeth. He also asked me if I was ok with some other health issues. The hygienists are all smiles. They ask me if they should slow down or heat the water bottle. Fun and happy dentists-hygienist. This is a pretty good place. I was expecting to see the dentist posted on google and all over their walls. Instead I saw a younger Asian guy. Super kind btw. I don't recall his name but I definitely didn't see any of his credentials on the walls. (I forgot to ask his name again) they are pretty quick here. She talked me through each step, showed me what she was doing/ going to do, and most importantly kept my mind off the thoughts of pain. Doctor Gallo is an amazing dentist. Just by walking into this office you can tell the quality of work they do. It smells so good when you walk in. Doctor Gallo is incredible, she did all my fillings. Dr. Gallo is a great dentist. Her staff is so caring and supportive. I would recommend her to everyone.

I went to this dentist because I had a severe tooth ache and was told my emergency appointment would be $60. Upon arrival the dental tech told me they needed to do more x rays also my visit would actually be $120. It took over 45 minutes to do 6 x rays. The dentist came in and told me I had a root canal and a cracked crown, which is interesting knowledge since I have never had a crown. And quoted me $1200 for the root canal, or $700 to have to tooth pulled. The dentist also said "can't you see this hole in your tooth?" The answer was no, and neither could the dental tech that took 45 minutes to preform 16 x rays. I ended up going to my family dentist where I should have gone initially and was charged $800 for the root canal and was treated much better. read more

My insurance company lists them as a in network dentist. But it will be over 4 months to get an initial visit. What doc takes a new patient then makes them wait 4 plus months to be seen. read more

Finally, I found my dentist. When I was a kid I had a family dentist that really made us feel like family when we'd come in for checkups but it's been a longtime since I've been able to find someone who could do the same. Don't get me wrong there's definitely dentists that are nice and what have you but we all know the difference between people going through the motions and those who do it because they love it! Today I found that again!!! God sent me Dr. Gallo!! Not only was she welcoming and warm, she really took care of me. I ask lots of questions when it comes to my teeth because I'm slightly paranoid about crazy stuff happening to my teeth but she was patient with me and answered question after question and didn't make me feel crazy! So if you're reading this Dr. Gallo, thank you! The environment was great, the space was clean and the ladies at the front are super nice!! Obviously I highly recommend these guys and even happier to say I have finally found my dentist!! read more

Dr. Gallo is by far the WORST dentist that I have ever been to. Not only is she rude, but it seems like all she wants to do is steal your money. I went in for a cleaning and she tried to tell me that I had 9 cavities. She seemed very pushy and started telling me that I needed other unnecessary dental work done. She quoted me a ridiculous amount so I went to get a second opinion from another dentist and absolutely no cavities were found. Several other people that I have talked to have had similar experiences with her. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. read more

The WORST dentist I've EVER been to. First she is RUDE. For some reason that I cannot think of, she is degrading. Most of her staff is polite, but they NEVER return a phone call. Also her prices are ridiculous, and if they ever have some problem with your insurance, instead of dealing with them, they immediately just go ahead and bill you personally for it. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here! read more

Over the last year I have been under the care of Dr. Gallo and the rest of her very courteous staff. In that time, the office has expanded and transformed into an inviting and comfortable environment if you have to wait on a loved one. The office staff recognize and greet you by name upon entering. I can't say enough about the experiences I have had in her office. Dr. Gallo has a very direct bedside manner, and is informative about the treatment options and the reasoning behind her recommendations. Olivia, her hygienist, has a warm, positive and welcoming attitude. Both of these women have such wonderful personalities, it's a shame you have their hands in your mouth and can't just talk to them throughout your visit. Unfortunately I am moving and unable to convince them to move with me. They have set the bar very high for the next dental group I use. I'll will miss them read more

This is the best and most professional place ever! I've had nightmare experiences with my past dental care office. But ever since my brother recomended me to try them it's been unbelievably enjoyable. The office is really clean and nice. The staff is outstanding!! And Dr. Gallo is the best dentist I've ever had. I literally don't dread going to the dentist anymore. I look forward to my dentist appointments. She is great with prevention as well as taking care of your immediate needs. When I leave, my teeth feel ridiculously clean and I actually feel like I don't want to ruin them by eating right away. I recomend you to try this place out. You won't regret it.
