We received that quote both verbally and in writing, and the amount was paid through financing. After the process began, the office attempted to add additional charges of approximately $2,000 more. This was extremely confusing because we already had a written quote for the full treatment plan. When we asked for clarification, we did not receive a clear explanation. While there are some staff members in the office who were kind and professional, our interactions with management were very disappointing. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I am sharing this experience so others--especially families helping elderly parents--pay very close attention to written treatment plans, quotes, and financing agreements before proceeding. My parents worked hard their entire lives and now live on a fixed income. As their child, I will always advocate for them and make sure they are treated fairly.
