Very disappointed in the after care of new dentures. Received them December 23 and cannot get in for a first adjustment until January 29! My gums have a number of sores, taking out the dentures is not an option I left a email on the website listed and did not receive a response. I had an awful time with this office. The dr was nice , but the staff will treat you with disrespect. Especially the office mngr. she was rude from day 1 to me. Then they lied to me and said they rook my insurance but they didn't. They were trying to make me pay out of pocket. When I had full coverage insurance. I would consider a different option in my case and I did. The ppl would not even let me have what I already paid for. This office is not a good choice. I feel sorry for whoever goes there already. To bad i cant talk to the dentist again and let him know what kind of ppl he has working with patients. And I only chose a one star cause it made me. I would give them 0 stars. read more

My husband and I have been using Dr. Her for quite some time. They have amazing people skill, are able to work ya in whenever needed, are super flexible and help me through my fears. The office does have issues with Billing. No cost is ever quite what I'm led to believe and we have usually ended up getting a bill for something very unexpected so ask a ton of questions and ask for it all in writing. Dr Her has been my dentist for several years. He is very personable, kind, and caring. His staff are very helpful and put you at ease during stressful procedures. More than one option presented for your problem. Office has some issues with billing and insurance so it's important to ask questions and request statements. Incredibly disappointed by this office. I made an appointment weeks in advance. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 8am appointment. After others who arrived after me were called back, my name was finally called. At that point they informed me that they cancelled my appointment because I did not reply to a text they sent a week before the appointment to confirm the appointment. No notification or attempt to reach out and notify me of the cancellation was made before the morning of the appointment. I was told the hygienist would, "try to work [me] in." After waiting for over a half an hour I checked with the front desk to see if they had any estimate on the wait. They didn't and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I wasted an hour of my time, missed an hour of work, and never received dental care. This is a terrible system and an inconsiderate office. I will never be going back. read more

I cannot express enough how relieved I was upon leaving Lifetime dental on my first visit. I previously attempted to go closer to home in Habersham (Elite Dentistry) but that experience was horrible because the front desk was not processing my information correctly, I waited an hour for my first exam then they said I'd have to wait another hour because they forgot I was there. After all that they attempted to reschedule me two months out! I was a new patient! So of course I was nervous how things would be handled at Lifetime Dental. Everyone there was not only patient, kind, friendly, and professional, but the office is so incredibly well ran. They all work together immaculately. The dental hygienist was highly thorough, smart, and eased all my anxieties about my upcoming procedures. Dr. Her exudes positivity and caring energy. Very disappointed. My husband and I have gone to Lifetime Dental for a few years. About a year and a half ago, the dental hygienist told my husband he could come for 3 Dental cleanings a year and it would be 100% covered by insurance. After his appointment, we got a bill in the mail for this 3rd appointment and charged extra for the "special" cleaning. We called and voiced our concerns about how the hygienist mislead us on the price. They apologized and said they would take care of it. About 6 months ago, it happened again. They told him he could come again in 4 months instead of 6, he told them he only wanted what our insurance covered. They again assured him it was covered. On Tuesday of this week, we were informed we have a bill of over $100. When he spoke with the office manager, she said she had heard of this occurring with other patients but that Dr. Her insisted that we pay the bill because he received services even though we were told it was covered by insurance. Very disappointed. We will not be back. I cannot have a dentist that continually lies just to make money. read more

Dr. Herr is by far the best dentist I have ever seen, (and I have seen several!) He takes the time to explain procedures well, is very personable and his technique is impeccable. he has done, fillings, crowns and a bridge for me and they all fit perfectly the first time. Also his office staff and hygenists are top notch as well. I can not say enough good things about this practice. My entire family feels the same way.
