We found this facility and were hopeful since it was closer to home and was also a pediatric dentistry. However, after our visit today, we will not be returning to this facility again. The service at the front desk was laughable at best (if not otherwise noted as terrible.) After going back and forth for over an hour because they "could not find dental coverage for my son" due to a blatant error on their part that I corrected over and over, my children and I left. When I got there, the woman who brought me in tried to act as if it was my fault that the filling had come out, despite the fact that it hadn't even been in my mouth for three months. They told me it would be 287 dollars for a new filling, then came back minutes later saying it would actually cost 330 dollars. During the filling, the dentist was drilling so hard into the nerve I was screaming for him to stop and he still did not. Tonight, Thursday November 10th, two days after I got the new filling, it came out again. I was not eating or drinking anything, it just fell off of my tooth. There is no reason a that place this incompetent and terrible at their job should still be open.
