I called and left a message for a call back right at nine in the morning and it is now 5:30 and no call back. And this in now Thursday! I went online to the Caremark sight and the prescription was never transferred. Just a complete disregard for their customers.

CVS has stopped taking my insurance, which is fine. It's of course not their fault that my insurance sucks. This wouldn't be that big of a problem if that was it. CVS has an aggressive filtering system, that needs to exist because too many chuds will call for a lot of dumb things that can be easily answered through an online search or automation. That said, what happens when the pharmacy calls me regarding a prescription and requests that I call them back? You guessed it, I have to deal with their aggressive filtering that makes it really difficult to just get somebody on the phone. This CVS is actually awful. I know reviews probably don't matter, but hopefully this'll save time and frustration for at least one person. If you really need your medication in a timely fashion, you can't rely on this terrible store to do the right thing.

The bag of medicine I was picking up was too big to fit through the service window. They refused to take it out of the paper bag and just hand me two smaller packages through the window. Told me I had to come inside and wait in line... again. After I already waited in line to get to the window. I'm sure there's some asinine bureaucratic rule about un-stapling a package of medicine, but at some point common sense has to prevail. And even if there is a rule, maybe just avoid shoving so much stuff into a single bag that it won't fit through the service window? I'm pretty sure the people working in there are highly educated and able to figure out this puzzle. So, I'm giving the crew a big fat D- in customer service and puzzle solving.

The electronic signature app DOES NOT WORK properly even when you have signed it!!!!! Because the medication has to be kept refrigerated, I don't trust them keeping it at the correct temperature until it finally gets delivered..which in our case has taken 2 days and we still don't have it!!!! According to the app, RX Zippy picked up my husband's medication on Tuesday to deliver Wednesday morning and here it is Thursday, and we still don't have it and we can't track it. I've had to contact Anchor Pharmacy to track the medication. Hopefully they can find it !!! I hope Anchor will hire a more dependable delivery service!!!!

I tested positive for Covid and my doctor called in my script that needed to be started right away. Without hesitation, team member B got my medicine ready by the time I drove to the store.
