You know what, I just love the staff at this location! We moved away from Duluth years ago and I still drive down here to pick up my prescriptions. I just want to give a shout out to B and her awesome team who literally came to my rescue today. I am always coming here for my family members meds, but today it was for me. I tested positive for Covid and my doctor called in my script that needed to be started right away. Without hesitation, team member B got my medicine ready by the time I drove to the store. I want to thank B, V, the awesome pharmacists ( S and T) , and the others team members who always greet me with a smile . Thank you guys so much for keeping my family healthy all of these years ! Ah. This location... One particular associate here needs to learn how to smile and be more approachable. I know this could be due to his personal demeanor/persona, but it would definitely make the shopping experience more pleasant. I just think his dry personality gives off a "I don't care" attitude, but then again I've seen him smile and interact with me once before. Other than this, the experience here was pleasant overall. As a former employee and operations manager for CVS, (which I have not been working for, for about a year now)... I will not be coming to this location again. Management has no good customer service or problem solving skills. I went to self checkout, typed in my phone number, paid for my HSA items, and got a $1 and $3 off my next purchase which I then tried to use on my next purchase WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER and it rejected it. Management shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do, and there was no way for her to override it. I had to laugh because there absolutely is a way to fix the problem, and if you read this ma'am, all you had to do was press "coupon issue" and scan the coupon. Pro tip . I was expecting a store manager to know how to fix coupon issues, but this wasn't the first time I've had an issue with this particular store manager and even had to educate her on the things you can do on the register. So I'm going to go to my regular CVS to use my coupons where they actually know how to fix a simple problem like that or even give you a solution or an alternative, and not just shrug their shoulders. Just know, if you're like me and have "multiple" CVS cards under your ONE phone number and you get coupons, you won't be able to use them at this store! read more

This is the CVS closest to me so I frequent here often. I get that the pharmacy gets busy but they've only had me wait a while maybe one time. They have always been honest with me about the wait times. I do find that the friendlier you are with them, The nicer they are to you. :). Rhonda who works here is so sweet and the younger lady and gentleman that work here have always been nice as well. Unlike many other stores, the staff stays pretty constant here so get acquainted. Besides that everything else is what you expect from your local CVS. This has always been my quick stop when I don't want to go to a big grocery store and they have what I need! read more

I'm extremely disappointed. My mother had surgery and was recently released from the hospital. I came to this location to fill the pain medicine prescription. I dropped off the prescription at 1:20 pm. Tandid and Sue are the two who assisted me with this process and initially seemed helpful. I was told by both employees it would take 1 and a half - 2 hours for the medicine to be ready for pick up. I left a phone number and expressed my mother is going to need the medicine as soon as it's available and to contact us once it's ready. I never received a call or text and when I called no one answered the phone. I decided to make the 15 minute drive and just go there in person to check. I'm not being told it will be another 30 minutes before it's ready. I will never again return to this pharmacy. read more

Awful. I'm using this location out of necessity but won't for any other reasons. My wife had just gotten out of surgery and needed a prescription filled the same day. My normal CVS, which I love (corner of Medlocke Bridge and Peachtree Pkwy), was out of the medicine. They transferred the script to this store, which was hesitant to fill it because they did not have the full prescription. I had to explain to them that they could partially fill it given that my wife had just gotten out of surgery and needs it ASAP. I could pick up the rest tomorrow. The response I got was "yes, everyone is emergent. We'll call you when it's ready." When I explained that I was already in the car headed that way, I was told don't because they're backed up and won't get to it for a while. Then they hung up. This is the worst customer service and the rudest pharmaceutical associate I've ever encountered. CVS is a great store, but this location is quickly making me question how well they maintain quality control from store to store. read more

Worst Pharmacy Ever!!!! They don't answer their phones and they don't call you to inform you when there is an issue with your prescriptions. However, their automated system will text you that you prescriptions are ready for pick-up when they are not. After running not one....but many "fools errands" in trying to get my prescriptions, I gave up and moved over to Publix (despite having CVS Caremark as my prescription insurance). The pharmacy workers are SLOW and forget getting any service at the drive thru in under 10 minutes. I should have known that they would suck after asking them to transfer my first prescription from another CVS location and they asked me to call the other CVS and have them close my prescription out of their system. Ummmm...that is your damn job. Bye CVS! Publix is much better and you are dealing with more professionalism. read more

This location is a joke... Dropped in to get a flu shot and the "tech" tells me it will be 30 mins to get a flu shot. I look around and note, not a soul around!? I ask the onry attendant why the long wait and she replies, we are behind. Okay, word of advice, service the customers in front of you and don't offer flu shots if you can't offer them in the speedy manner they should be given. Poor excuse for employees if you ask me. I purchased some Oreos from here. Got home and they were stale. The expiration date on the box said May 2017!!! WTH! Today is 10/30/2017!!!!! Are they not checking their inventory on a regular? I took the cookies back and the cadhier said sorry do you want to exchange? Really? I should get my money back and they should've comped me on the cookies for my inconvenience. As a customer for so many years, recently the pharmacy dept. is not the same as before anymore, clarks are rude, phone often put on hold, personal worst case was on hold for 40 min., no one acknowledges the driving thru even bell was pushed, the excuse is running behind and it seems always the case, long wait inside the store too. I go here because it is close to my house. After three years, I have YET to go there and have my perscriptions be correct. I have encountered everything from 1. Being given a WHOLE SUPPLY of a medication off their shelf (instead of them opening their bottle and just taking out the 30 pills prescribed) - and was told to "just keep the extra" when I called them, 2. Having instructions put on my medication that read "insert drops in EYE" .. when the drops were to be put in my ears. (This one I called corporate on since it was a pretty big deal (btw on my refills I get, they still have not corrected the directions), 3. I have notes clearly stating not to fill one brand be of allergic reaction however they just filled the wrong one again as of this week, which put me without medication for 2 days since my correct one was of course not in Stock. Did I mention they also said they would keep that medicine in stock so that this does not happen again? :/ Unfortunately my insurance has us go through cvs for perscriptions through Caremark because they are affiliated. It is always a horrible experience. My husband refuses to even go in because the thought gives him anxiety. There is ONE PERSON who WILL get your medicine correct and her name is SUE, but I have not seen her in a long time. OH AND DONT EVEN THINK FOR ONE min that they will apologize or even act as though they care. We just suck it up and I know to plan on being there a little longer for them to fix what they got wrong. read more
