The pumps, by design, are always well-spaced apart to accommodate vehicles of different sizes and well-lit no matter the time of evening or night. I popped into the store - such a rare thing to do these days - after filling up the tank. Since It's not tried any of the freshly prepared items yet, I went simple. One can never be too careful with offerings from had station. But I was pleasantly surprised with the grilled cheese. It was a good cheese pull on thick, buttered bread. And while the staff at this particular counter were not very communicative, the staff at the front we're just as pleasant as I remember since the last time I had visited a QT. Overall, the store is very clean and fully stocked, as one would expect a QT to be. I just might make this location a more frequent pit stop.

Nothing says digestive strategy like grocery shopping while overly full. First of all, this location? Chef's kiss. The store was spotless, beautifully stocked, and organized in that magical Trader Joe's way where you somehow find everything you need while also discovering six things you didn't. It felt like walking into a tiny, efficient wonderland of snacks and frozen food optimism. Now here's my grievance. I live in Buford. North of the perimeter. Apparently that is too far for the Trader Joe's gods to bless us with a location. I grew up in the Bay Area, where you could trip over a sourdough boule and land inside a TJ's. I was accustomed to having one within walking distance. Now? I must cross suburban boundaries like a pioneer woman seeking frozen orange chicken. But this Alpharetta location healed something in me. They had all my old staples. Movie theater popcorn. The frozen beef and broccoli that has carried me through multiple phases of life. And most importantly, the Italian meatballs. If you know, you know. I grabbed them like someone might take the last lifeboat on the Titanic. The layout was easy to navigate, both inside and out. Parking was simple. The aisles were wide enough for me to maneuver while still digesting half my body weight in tapas. The staff was friendly without the fake cheerfulness. Just solid, helpful, normal humans who know their snack inventory. I will absolutely be back. Not because it's convenient. But because apparently Trader Joe's has chosen to forsake the people of Buford and I must make pilgrimages to Alpharetta for my frozen section needs.

I have gone on both a Saturday and a weekday and found that the service is consistent in heavy crowds and quiet days. I was able to find my favorite TJ items and will make this my new location. One note about parking, it is sometimes challenging. The store isn't causing the issue. Instead it's at a weird corner with 2 entrances and people still aren't sure which way to go sometimes. So just look out and be careful.

1 star -- Avoid this pharmacy if you have any other option I was forced to switch to this CVS (11625 Jones Bridge Rd) after 25 years with the same Kroger pharmacy, because my insurance required it. It's been a downgrade in every way. The pharmacist, Dalton, has a consistently condescending attitude. As a new Dexcom G7 user, I expected at least a baseline of guidance -- instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. When my sensor failed (which happens, and which Dexcom itself replaced without issue), Dalton argued with me at the counter about having "just filled one," as if doing his job was some kind of favor to me. Order errors have happened multiple times, and each time the response has been "come back later, we need to redo it" -- never an apology, never any acknowledgment that this affects a patient's ability to manage their health. The drive-through policy seems to change depending on what's convenient for them: one visit they'll wave you through for a coupon, the next they'll tell you the system is down and redirect you back to the drive-through line. Getting a pharmacist on the phone is nearly impossible. You leave a message and simply never get a callback. This location doesn't function like a healthcare partner -- it functions like a place that sees patients as a burden. If your insurance allows any alternative, I'd strongly recommend using it. read more

The pharmacy at this CVS is outstanding. The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently provide excellent service -- truly a five-star pharmacy team. Unfortunately, the rest of the store is the opposite experience. The retail area feels very tired and poorly maintained. The carpeting looks like it should have been replaced a decade ago, and overall cleanliness throughout the store is lacking. The bathrooms are particularly disappointing -- worse than what you would expect at a gas station. Given that this is a healthcare and pharmacy establishment, cleanliness and upkeep should be a priority. It's unfortunate because the pharmacy staff clearly care about what they do, but the condition of the store does not reflect that level of professionalism. In short: a five-star pharmacy operating inside a one-star store. read more
