I am disappointed in their recycling program. I was told that if I would receive rewards for recycling the gummy bottles. Today I brought in 4 empty bottles and only received one credit. When I realized the mistake, I called the store and explained that I was missing credits for the other three bottles. The person that answered the phone explained that they only credit recycling per visit per bottle. I would receive one credit for one bottle or 20 bottles. She said if I wanted to come back and stagger out how many bottles I was returning at a time, for example, bring in the four bottles at four different times then I would receive the four individual credits. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's disappointing that to participate in a recycling program, I would have to waste gas (further harming the environment) to receive proper credit. I usually buy 4 bottles at a time to stock up since my mom lives out of state, it doesn't make sense for me to come in for one bottle at a time.

For several years I have ordered both gummies for myself and dog treats for my pups. Awhile back the 30 count treats disappeared from your web site. I emailed several times and received one reply that gave no more information than you were out of stock. That was it, no expected date or anything else. Over the last several months I have called 3-4 times, the person who answered was always polite but could not answer the question of stocking for the dog treats. On all of those occasions your rep asked of they could check on the stock and call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED. The last three times I called I explained that I was told previously I would receive a call but NO ONE had ever called. Your inability to operate your company effectively has wasted time for me in trying, begging to buy from you. I operate a retail showroom in LaGrange GA, if I treated my customers and clients this way I would not have a business. Perhaps you are so successful that you just do not care. Run your business like a business, treat your customers like you would like to be treated yourself and you will remain successful. Ignore your customers needs and face the consequences at some point.

I'm very wary of buying "trendy" health fad products from social media, especially when it's being pushed with a promo code, so I love that I can come here and buy the same items without questioning the quality. They have plenty of herbs, vitamins, and supplements (including sea moss in nearly all forms) as well as some cool metaphysical items like crystals, tarot and oracle cards, and candles galore. The parking lot is small but I've always been able to find a spot (including Saturday and Sunday afternoons). I would 10000% recommend this store to anyone looking for natural remedies.

When I was scanning in an app called Shopkick, which is designed to bring business into the store as well as reward customers who are buying certain supplements in the store, the female manager in a disagreeable manner told me that no scanning was allowed in the store per corporate policy. I knew this was not true as I had been in touch with Shopkick previously and they said that both the stores and the supplement companies participate. At this time the supplement pure encapsulations was on Shopkick so I was scanning that item. The manager, then removed all of the product from the shelves with a small sign saying to come to the front to get the product but left the barcodes. When I continued to scan the barcodes, she marked them out with magic marker so that they could not be scanned. The next time I came in the store there was no evidence that they were ever there and when I inquired if the store carried pure encapsulations, I was told that they had sold out by the employees that worked for the manager, but I told them that that was impossible because I saw how much stock they had before the manager removed them from the shelves. I have notified corporate Vitamin Shoppe, Pure Encapsulations, and shopkick of this strange behavior by the manager who has no problem telling her employees to lie to customers. I am an integrative holistic MD who used to refer people to this vitamin Shoppe for supplements. This vindictive behavior by the manager is something I honestly have never seen by any other employee or manager of any retail outlet that participates with Shopkick. Since many different brands participate with Shopkick at the Vitamin Shoppe, I am curious to see if she will remove all of the other brands when they have scans available in the app.

Upon walking in I fell in love with the floor plan. The main area is open allowing for easy movement throughout the store. The supplements are all lined along the wall and paired by the overall purpose. This is a great setup for a person like myself who is new to the supplements world. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. After her super pleasant welcome and warm smile she asked me if I needed any help. Boy did I ever!!! LoL. I was looking for a natural appetite suppressant and metabolism booster. I was specifically looking for "Pure Saffron Extract - Appetite Suppressant for Weight Loss Women & Men - Natural Hunger & Craving Control Supplement - Saffron Supplements for Energy & Mood Lift and an Apple Cider Vinegar Pill. Upon speaking with the young lady (unfortunately I didn't catch her name), she understood my need and walked me over to the applicable section and we started to discuss the pills that were before me... After comparing a few of the selections, based on her recommendation, I ended up with a bottle of "NaturesPlus - Ultra Sugar Control, Ultimate Dieter's Companion." In comparison to the pills I had in mind, these were spot on. Product Overview * Sugar Craver's Formula * Standardized Herb and Amino Acid Supplement * Ultimate Dieter's Companion * Citrimax® * ChromeMate® * Hypo-Allergenic * Vegetarian * Gluten Free * Delivers Garcinia Cambogia More Effective Than "Will Power" Alone! Nutritional Support for Healthy Sugar Balance and Overall Well-Being. Ultra Sugar Control supplies 500 mg of pure Citrimax, a breakthrough in the field of natural weight loss. Ultra Sugar Control supplies 500 mcg of Chromemate-brand of GTF Chromium Polynicotinate, which independent studies indicate provides superior biological activity over other forms of chromium. See! I told you, spot on. After I decided on my first selection, we headed to the Apple Cider pills and I got the "Fermented Apple Cider Vinegar, 500 mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules" Product Overview * Dietary Supplement * 500 mg With 250 mcg Chromium * Digestion & Weight Support * Fermented With the "Mother" * Zero Calorie * Suitable for Vegetarians/Vegans Fermented with the "Mother," Natural Factors Fermented Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) blends the benefits of ACV with glucose-supporting chromium in a sugar-free, zero-calorie, vegetarian capsule, making it a healthier choice than many gummies. The synergistic effects help lower the body's storage of fat while cleansing toxins naturally produced by the body. It also promotes digestion, healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range, and cardiovascular function. All in all, my stop at Discount Nutrition was amazing. If you're in the area and looking to focus on your health, stop in. I'll be back soon for my re-up!
