Nice people. I wish you could test flavors here, but no. It seems like a lot of places no longer do that. I picked up a VooPoo Rex here. Like all retail stores, prices were a little higher than stores online, but not overly so. They had a large selection of devices, and an even larger selection of juice. They also had lots of glass pipes, your fetish urine, and kratom (very reasonable pricing). They have a loyalty system in place that allows you to earn points toward discounts with your purchases. Overall, great experience. I especially loved that they carry such a wide variety of e juices with a lot of different price points. I managed to find a clone of my favorite juice Looper. Service was a bit overwhelming. I was just wanting to look around after picking out some vapes with a worker and he followed me and talked to me throughout the whole store. Friendly but the conversation was irrelevant and distracting -- then after getting home I realized I just paid for 3 vapes at full price when it was supposed to be 30% off. There was no sign posted with that deal; the worker just verbally stated that was the promotion they had when I was shopping. Overpriced and from my experience not much knowledge on product. Very rude. I was there around 1:45 PM on 4/9/24. I waited patiently while 2 people behind the counter carried on a conversation right in front of me. Hey, I wasn't in a big hurry so I didn't mind if they finished up their conversation, first, that's no problem, but they just kept talking as if I wasn't even there. Finally after a couple of minutes one looked over at me and I asked him if he was ready. And he said to me, "I've been ready, I was waiting on you." I couldn't believe his audacity to act as if he hadn't just been carrying on a conversation while I waited on him to finish. It was so unprofessional, there was no way I was going to give my money to the establishment after that so I thanked him and walked out without purchasing anything. And I definitely won't be back. I once came into the store to purchase filters for my EGoOne Vape. I wondered why I had leaking issues from the tank only to find out that the filter wasn't the official (recommended) filter that should be used with it. So I go back let these guys know about the situation and they kindly give me a different filter for my vape (that is also not the official filter AGAIN)!!! Needless to say, my vape is now broken. And since I didn't get my vape from them I'm SOL. It doesn't matter. They probably would have sold me a knockoff version of the vape I had anyway. read more

Love this shop! Called yesterday to get the price of one of the vapes I wanted and when I came in the store it was actually higher than the price over the phone. The gentleman at the counter honored the other employees pricing error and that showed GREAT customer service. I used to buy hookah tobacco and my usual pack of smokes here and Mike(the owner) used to give me deals on them back in the day. Then I was introduced to vaping by a colleague which led me back to Mike and he pretty much taught me everything I needed to know. It's one of the best vape shops in Atlanta, clean, friendly and you'll always get great service! I am fairly new to Vapeing & have been to many Vape stores in the Atlanta area trying to learn as much as I can about the different equipment options available to Vape & because the market is always upgrading and changing. That is until I walked into VAPE CENTRAL, I have to say that is by far & away the nicest, cleanest, classiest Vape store I've been to in the city! The owner, Mike is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful (also he's cute, I know that's not an important factor in a good Vape store but it sure doesn't hurt LOL) Whether you're a novice or long time devotee of Vapeing and/or any other type of Smoking, you will find everything you would ever need @ Vape Central. The shop is beautiful and fully stocked with one of the largest selections of vape & smoke-shop paraphernalia I seen in any Vape or Head shop in the Atlanta Metro area! One of the things that takes this store over the top, the Prices are Fantastic! The best have I've seen! (Often better than online) I'm a night owl so the store hours really work well for me too; 10a to10p Monday-Friday, Saturday 10a-11p & Sunday 11am-9p. The warm, friendly & inviting atmosphere along with the comfortable lounge area in the back allows for you sit and chat with others while Vapeing, sharing tips and making new friends. Everyone I have met here has been very friendly and generous. The owner, Mike also will do special orders if there is anything you need or heard about if he doesn't have it he will get it for you. He also offers free service on your equipment (not including parts) which is helpful for someone that's not very mechanical like myself. Vape Central has a very large selection of Vape juice flavors and they are consistently adding new flavors and brands. So I walk in there, and I immediately see a plethora of bongs for narcotics , hookahs that were straight beautiful, a bunch of bowls, and the most vaporizers I've ever seen to the right of the store of high quality, and a bunch of ejuices with so many delicious flavors of all kinds! I ask the Indian man who was running the shop if I could get some ejuices and he said "of course!" And he walks me over and sits me down in a lil seat and asks what flavors I prefer, and he lets me use a hookah pen with a santi-tip on it and let's me sample all of the flavors that I want! And then asks how I like certain flavors and I fell in love with all of the flavors that he gave me which made it hard for me to choose which one i like haha! Oh and unlike most vape shops where the prices for a 20ml bottle of juice are fairly high, at vape central it was only $5 a bottle and since I bought 2 he gave me another for free! They have a great juice selection and a lot of cool smoking accessories but that's about it. I was extremely unimpressed with the professionalism. The guy who helped us was cool and knowledgeable, but he was Facetiming his girlfriend on his personal phone almost the entire time I was there. Then two of his friends came in because it was almost closing time and they distracted him even further and I felt like I was in the way. Then I could hear his girlfriend on the phone complaining to him because he was answering calls on the store phone and ignoring her, and I felt bad asking questions because she would get irritated that he had to hang up to do things. This wouldn't bother me if he hadn't given in to her. The thing I dislike most about vape shops is how employees are almost too relaxed. It's one thing to hangout with friends who come in to visit, it's another thing to be Facetiming your girlfriend so everyone could hear your personal convos. It was just awkward. Not only that, but I tried a juice in one of the crappy Aspire testers (not sure why shops still use these as they heavily distort the taste of the juice - even smaller stores are using regular glass tanks) called Wild Berry or something like that, which I loved. Tasted just like a wild berry fruit roll up. So I asked to buy a bottle. But he couldn't find it on the shelf. So he called his manager to ask where it was, and his response was "that one is actually called strawberry watermelon." Like......... what....? I was extremely confused why a berry-tasting flavor would be called that. Especially when the tester SAID "berry" on it. I loved the juice in the tester so I bought it. Got home and it definitely wasn't the same but of course I can't return it. Overall, I just wasn't impressed with the employee and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll only stop by if someone else is working. If you don't care about customer service, this is a great place to get smoking accessories and juice. read more
