Bought an 8-pack of JUUL pods and every pod was dark right out of the package. I even brought another JUUL pack from a different store to show the difference and explained that the product did not look normal and may be fake. Instead of helping, the owner said, "Why don't you buy them one by one instead of buying a multi-pack?" He refused to exchange the product or offer any solution. read more

Sterling gave us excellent customer service explaining the products available. I Tried a pre-roll ($12) from here and it did it's thing lol. They have a customer loyalty program that you can sign up for free! There is also a liquor store next door so you can get all your needs in one stop. My new shop! read more

Just checked this store out for the first time earlier and was impressed. They have a wide variety of quality products. The guy behind the counter was really helpful in explaining the differences between the products which to me is super bonus because I'm a curious person. He even offered to special order exactly what I had come in looking for. Which was a slightly older model vape that fit my needs perfectly. So yeah great store with amazing customer service. The first time I came I randomly looked this place up on my GPS on my way home from work. Charles was amazing help and even recommended a Vape brand I never tried. I have returned twice since the first visit. The second time I was helped by Jimm who even let me sample one of the flavors before I bought it. No other place will allow you to do that with a nice clean tip for usage and disposal. The third time I was helped by Abbey who recommended two amazing flavors and I had her decide for me. Overall the experience is amazing I will definitely stop her each time before I head home after running out. read more

There was a man there who must have delivered the order, I was in the drive thru, and he told the clerk as I sat there, "Tell her I will go to the warehouse and bring some back" ( I thought, wow, awesome right?) NOPE.... I was told they would call, nobody called. I called up there the next moring STILL NO SAPPHYRE in the store, I was pretty upset. What happened to going to the warehouse and bringing some back? Why offer if you don't follow through? Had me pretty upset and felt ignored. I called again that night and spoke to Jeremy who said he was going to have Dionne bring me what they had in the Stockbridge location over to this store. I had my doubts. BUT.....I couldnt' believe it I went in there the next day thinking the worst, and Dionne had my 2 packs of Sapphyre nicotine additives !!!! ;-} HUGE THUMBS UP FOR JEREMY AND DIONNE on really caring about the customer. Whoever the man was that was going to bring me some back from the warehouse, well he never did. I am finally enjoying my vape again. THANK YOU DIONNE AND JEREMY FOR TRULY CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!! Shout-out to super-friendly Sahil for proactively asking me about my keys as soon as I pulled them out of my pocket. She let me know what my options were and I chose to have three standard keys cut at $2.98 each. Three total rang up to $9.74 after tax. Sahil told me this is the "fun" Ace Hardware and I could see why. The staff trended younger and more "hip." I'm a fan of Ace Hardware in general because each store feels like a small, local, and unique business. This one especially so. It's popular among locals with a strong sense of neighborhood and community. And, like other city Ace Hardware stores, it was densely-packed with all sorts of useful hardware and garden items. If you've never visited this location before, be sure to check out the beautiful plant room. They have a good selection of plants and a big wall of seeds. They even sell King of Pops here. Limited free parking is available on-site. I visited during a peak time and was able to snag a spot. If no spots are available, just park on Drewry St NE (also free). While on vacation, Me and my boyfriend needed to get some collectibles and new gear for vapes and have been all around the city stopping by at smoke shops just to look around. When i tell yall this was the BEST PLACE we stopped by, yal gots to belive me! They carry some incredible water pipe peices and the employees are well knowledgeable with the pieces. Which made the experience even better cause usually you'd go to a smoke shop and they'll just cash you out for what you pick out but the worker there knew everything from durable glasses, to the makers of the pieces and even shared her favorites with us which made the sales a no brainer! The owner was present as well and he was a very nice guy very much knowledgeable about the items too and was sweet enough to throw some goodies for us being that we were out of town and it was black friday! It was such an amazing experience for us both and i know when we come back to GA we will be stopping by here for sure to shop with them again!
