I was looking for some new flavors to add to my collection and she was patient and helpful until I found the right ones. Even though she had other customers and quickly almost became overwhelmed, another guy who worked there quickly jumped in and helped and it was smooth sailing again. They have the largest selection of juices I've seen in a vape shop so far and I was only at 1 bar in the store. It was large a roomy but comfy at the same time . I plan on going back there soon, though they are a bit of a drive from where I live, I think visits here would be worth it.

Bought a replacement for what I assumed to be a 14 mm nail here after breaking mine and…read morespecifically asked the employee to identify the size. He took a look broken nail and confidently told me it was 10mm, so I purchased the replacement he recommended. Turns out my setup was actually 14mm like I thought. When I called back, I was then told the shop doesn't even carry 14mm nails. So I was sold a part that was never capable of fitting my rig in the first place. So naturally I call in to see what can be done. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the first thing the manager did was argue and try to shift blame onto me. He asked whether I had opened the product, then immediately hid behind an "all sales are final" policy. If that's truly the policy, why would whether it was opened even matter? Any decent shop would have either verified the size properly or admitted they didn't have the correct replacement in stock. Poor customer service, poor product knowledge, and zero accountability. I won't be coming back.
