Good service. Nice stock. Friendly staff. Great selection of smoke products. I like the vape prices here

Rude staff. If you don't know what a real ID looks like then why would part of your job be to check them? One employee always comments about how "fakes keep getting better" when me or my roommates is our legitimate IDs. I always offer to wait for police because of the accusation and they always brush it off with another snarky comment. Long story short: the staff is rude and will accuse your real ID of being fake read more

The staff here are all very friendly plus sometimes there's a cute dog (the owner's I think). They have vapes, hookah materials, CBD, incense, you name it! Pretty reasonably priced I think. I recommend it! read more

Bought a $500 vape machine , which was broken when I opened it. Which they tell me it's nothing they can do. I had to go through warranty for a replacement device. Which I let go and I buy a 2nd device from terrapin and that one is broken as well. Which I get the same responder as the first time. "Sorry it's nothing we can do"greedy money hungry shop that's ok with selling costumers old and broken product read more

I spent a nice amount for a item that broke in 3 days. Owner made sure item was replaced and I was well satisfied before I left. I will continue to shop with here. read more

There is a tall guy that works here that is so rude its insane. He couldnt tell me about any of the products they carry.. he was extremely short with me and told me i should know what im about to buy.. wtf???? Arent YOU supposed to help the customer understand what they are buying? Terrible store read more

We visited to look into a small hookah for our picnic dates. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll be back.

It's truly a shame - they have such a great selection at this store - but as is the case with many places the employees can ruin it. I've been to the store many times over the years but my trip there earlier this week was my last. The customer service is AWFUL! The people working behind the counter are completely miserable and treat you as if you're bothering them. Don't go in if you don't know exactly what you want. If you're there to browse around or have any questions, don't even bother going in. The management here should be ashamed that the people they hired are nothing more than a-holes. You lost a customer this week. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They sale products at full retail price from companies that are out of business and if the product fails there is no way to have the warranty honored. A GHOST MV1 was purchased and rarely used. The door enclosure failed, will not stay closed. I called the shop 3 times and have not beed able to speak with the owner to see what they could do to help out an unhappy consumer. The owner is never there. Messages go unanswered and emails to them are ignored. Buy from them and take your chances of getting SCREWED with no lube. read more

This is the sickest fucking place ive ever been in my entire fucking life!! 10 stars hands down

Joe and Kelsey are fantastic. Their customer service was amazing. The product lineup was extensive and they were instrumental in helping with my recurrent back pain. I didn't know if the products would work as advertised, but wow. I am super happy. I will be back for sure just because of their kindness and excellent customer service. read more

Great place and workers are very knowledgeable about products. Thanks again see you soon.

I was really excited to see the sign outside that said "e-cigs" & "e-juices," so my boyfriend and I took a trip inside to see what they had to offer. When you first walk in, there are a ton of hippie clothes and hats. I was helped by two cute girls. They greeted us and immediately asked if we were looking for anything in particular, which I said as a matter of fact, yes. One of the girls brought us towards the back to their "ejuice bar" which is AWESOME. They have reasonable prices and you're able to TEST out all of the flavors before buying which is a HUGE deal! There were some very tempting flavors and then when I tried some of them I was disappointed, but the girl was very patient with me trying them out. I ended up getting Pink Champagne and Peach Rings which I recommend. They also have a special where you can get a e-starter kit with charger and case, AND two smiley juices for $45. They have a ton of hookahs, and shisha. This shop is amazing, I wish we had something like this in Boston! The girls were very chill, cool, and sweet They didn't mention anything about nicotine content or vg/pg ratio of the juices which would have been helpful. read more

Went today in the morning to buy a last minute Christmas gift. Staff member Joe showed me around and helped me choose the perfect gift for my needs, and price range. Joe was very friendly and helpful, giving me advice on what he believed was best. I just recently moved to the area and will continue taking my business to Terrapin Station. Thank you Joe! read more

The staff, particularly one Joseph, was remarkably well informed and helpful. He was able to answer many of my questions regarding my inquiries and helped me to zero in on exactly what would best suit my needs. Best tobacco store in Atlanta, no question. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The customer service is always awesome! And ive found some really nice art work there too. Wish they had more hookah options. But other than that...its a great place!!! read more

Love this place! Always loved pre-covid but seeing how seriously they understand the pandemic and appreciate the safety of their customers and staff has got me listed as a forever customer. Thanks TS for giving us all a safe space for grade A customer service and the utilities all us smokers need. read more

The customer service here is about as bad as it gets. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The girl who works there sold me the wrong size banger as it was labeled wrong and refused to switch it out even though it was her fault. This place truly is a shame because the staff there is so bad but the product is pretty good. read more

My go to spot when I run out of my Nag Champra incense. Always have so much variety there and music is always popping on the store where I feel like I stepped into a club! read more

Love Terrapin! They have the best selection of glass, the most friendly and knowledgeable employees and very good prices. It's the only glass store we frequent for any needs! read more

This place HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady who claims she is the the owners sister is terrible. She clearly should not be working if her attitude is goin to be that damn bad. I literally had to walk out and leave my items at the counter because her attitude was that ridiculous. FYI this was all because when I walked in the store I was attempting to put my mask on. She advised I should have my mask on before I came in the store ok I get it. However I was coving my face with my mask yet because I didn't want to put the mask strings behind my ear she still had a problem. I said ma'am what is the issue My face is covered. She gave me so much attitude I said who is your manager she said I am the manager I said who is the owner she said my brother. I then had to leave the store because that kind of customer service is not acceptable especially me giving my money to them. There are so many other hookah stores. read more

Cool staff, quality glass pieces, decently priced. They've always been helpful when I come in for little things and the occasional bigger thing! read more

I had an extremely friendly and positive experience at this shop. Their glass selection is to die for...

I was referred here by my girlfriend yesterday. Terrific service with great people. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Shelves were full and clean. Nice selection of shirts and stickers. Many varieties of what I was looking for with a knowledgable man guiding me but not pushing me to buy anything. With my purchase, I received %20 off, a scratch off that won me a free shirt, a raffle ticket and ice cream. Well played, they won a new customer! read more

Walked out with the biggest smile on my face, the dopest shirts, bracelet, pipe, some fun items they gave us, and the free vape won with the scratch off! Will be returning and telling everyone I know! read more

Their prices for vape gear are way higher than you can find on the internet. And when I bought a defective product, they didn't have any interest in helping me get it fixed. Much better to stick to the internet and buy from the manufacturer's web sites. read more
