I approached this business Wednesday 3/19 around 4:15 pm, looking to make a purchase. As I was walking up I noticed the security guard standing at the door, I walked up and pushed the door it didn't open (bc I didn't see the Knob meaning I was supposed to pull the door open using the knob) due to me pushing the door instead of pulling it the goofy and unprofessional security burst out laughing uncontrollably for 10 minutes straight trying to embarrass me. This place is amazing! They have a large variety of shisha , hookahs, tobacco products, vape pens and much more. This store is located off of greenbriar pkwy in the plaza with American deli and across from Burger King. The customer service was good and the prices are reasonable. I visited this store recently to get some vapes and Hookah products for a party weekend and I must say that the gentleman there was so polite and patient with me. Y'all I walked in . Already I can tell the lady had an attitude. I inquired about 50oz shisha that read on the door BOGO. I asked which ones were 50oz. She pointed in the direction and said "that sale ended today". I said well the sign is still on the door. She goes yeah they were supposed to take it down. I said well can you still honor the price since it's on the door. She asked the cashier who was sitting at the register if it's okay to honor the price. The cashier says "that sale is still going on" she said well it's "Buy one get one half off" I said that is not what the door sign says and then i proceeded to exit. I claled and spoke to Don the owner and within a min of talking with him he knew exactly whay i was asking for and 15 min my transaction was complete (13 min drive). His daughter the cashier was polite. I disnt gwt a chance to browse as it was so quick, but they have so many vape, smoke and accessories that i could have spent easily 30 min just looking. Bought a vape pen. It didn't work. Came by on Sunday afterwards, Place is closed. No business hours posted. Employees don't know anything about the products. Manager (the father of the kids) was not there on the third day I brought the vape pen back. He was called on the phone. Didn't trust his daughter to make the exchange. Poor business.
