CD Warehouse in Duluth, GA, is a fantastic find for music enthusiasts. They offer a diverse selection, including CDs, cassettes, vinyl records, and even DVD collections. I stumbled upon this gem after googling "vinyl records near me" while in the Duluth area. The service was fair, but what really impressed me was the extensive collection of up-to-date vinyl records. Unlike other stores that primarily stock older records, CD Warehouse has a great selection of contemporary vinyl. It's the best store I've visited so far for vinyl shopping. Great place for Vinyl, CD, and DVD collectors. You can find some pretty neat old vinyls for like $2. I will say, their selection seems kinda limited. They have a ton of Rock vinyls, but not much of what I was looking for. Definitely stop in though, you don't know what you'll find. CDs are well priced and there is a great selection to choose from. Besides CDs they have a lot of DVDs and some vinyl, although there is not much vinyl as this place specializes in CDs and DVDs. I will definitely be coming back here :) read more

I shop for DVDs and Blu Rays here. Extremely fair prices, great selection overall. I never spend less than like 30 bucks and always find at least a few movies that I actually want, occasionally find some rare-ish gems. These people leaving one star reviews because the manager doesn't want to buy all their garbage need to learn how commerce works. How is this guy gonna make money if he buys every single thing you idiots bring in there? I appreciate that the selection is curated and not overflowing everywhere. read more

I've been coming here for many years to flip through the racks of used CD's. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the prices have always been very fair (unlike The Book Nook). I rarely walk out empty handed. I recommend checking the other two locations as well if you enjoy hunting for used CD's. I've never sold anything here, but I am quite amused by the negative reviews by people upset that the store was not interested in buying every single item these people want to unload. Logic tells me they know what will sell and only purchase profitable items. Additionally I have seen many people enter the store with a large amount of media and expect an offer immediately and grow impatient when paying customers are given precedence. read more

You can tell when someone is having a bad day or when they're just an a$$hole. This guy is an a$$hole. He's rude and seems like he hates his job! If you want customer service, go somewhere else. He only took 10 of my over 150 DVDs. They weren't in poor condition, some collector's editions, unopened. I gave them all away to the next person and told she can sell them or do with them what she will. He didn't take not one of her DVDs. Find a different place to sell, if you have to. I'd rather donate them than to put up with him again. Why do I HAVE to put a star? It was a waste of time. P.S.This place moved across the street, next to Starbucks. Likely the only place to buy New & Used Vinyl in all of Gwinnett county! Been shopping here for years and always an interesting and great selection of vinyl, blu-rays, and CDs. They are big participants in Record Store Day and also have lowest prices on the merch they sell. Unlike Movie Stop or other competitors, all their stuff is SCRATCH FREE and never had to return anything there. Staff is friendly and helpful in case I come in looking for something specific and even special order new vinyl or CD's for me. I like to purchase Blu-rays used since stores still sell them new for close to $20 or more. Definitely a gem of the area and I stop by to browse whenever I am around there. Even though they moved across the street, they have been in this area for over 20 years and I enjoy supporting local businesses. read more

I've been here a few times now and I've always seem to find old and new favorite music. The staff is nice and they leave you alone to roam the store till you're ready to interact. They also sell new and old DVDs, Blu-ray, video games and box sets of TV shows and famous music artists. The prices are very reasonable and you can find flyers and posters of events going on in Metro Atlanta for the month. It's a keeper. read more

Very Poor & rude customer service: If you did not know that CD warehouse does not buy "sealed DVD's" here is your heads up. I happen to be in the area & brought some unopened DVD'S into the store to sell as well as check out their Blu Ray and CD selections for sale. Instead I was greeted with a very rude Manager who quickly and rudely informed me that they do not trade or buy sealed DVD'S! his tone and attitude made you feel like a 2nd class citizen trying to pawn off DVD'S. . Especially after I asked if I would have opened them would you have looked at them? The answer...Yes??? But rudely went on to say he is not interested? Go figure since "we buy DVD'S, CD's and Blu Ray" are on their pylon signage and plastered all over the store front. Unfortunately this manager was not up for building customer rapport and having a customer friendly attitude. I wish he would have simply taken some time to explain the policy. This would have at least help me understand not to mention spend my money in his store! I ended up spending my money and trading my DVD'S down the road at Movie Stop. read more
