*** BE WARNED *** It's not a matter of IF, it's a matter of WHEN you have issues with this controller and if by chance out of warranty you will find out the true nature of this company. I I purchased TWO SCUF REFLEX Pro's for my PS5. I was out of WARRANTY the first time and paid $80 to have the first controller repaired. I purchased the second controller to fill in the gap while the first was being repaired. Long Story...but inevitably both controllers started to experience stick drift within a short period of time. I sent BOTH controllers back to the DULUTH, GA location for repair. I was sent back ONE refurbished controller. I contacted SCUF GAMING to inquire as to the status of my second controller only to be informed that their receiving team only received ONE controller. After numerous back and fourth on e-mail...an "INVESTIGATION" was completed only for them to indicated they found NO ONE on their side that could confirm they received BOTH of my controllers and stated they were SORRY. Looking back, I should have DONE a lot of things DIFFERENT given what has transpired. BOTTOM LINE....SCUF GAMING STOLE a faulty controller that I paid for and they have PROOF I've purchased TWO from them. In addition, my initial communication to them when I opened the RMA ticket STATED clearly I had TWO FAULTY controllers I needed repaired. The reason I had TWO is because the first started to experience the STICK DRIFT that is very common for this (what is referred to as HIGH END controller). The only thing HIGH END on this controller is the PRICE. QUALITY is LESS than ideal, CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT. You never really understand the full depth of a company until you have issues with a product. You will find there is NO WAY to speak to someone on the phone. They have phone numbers, but NO ONE EVER PICKS up and when you leave a message, no return call. CUSTOMER SERVICE had a smart azz response indicating they saw where I was trying to call and even perform online chat. NEVER to get a LIVE person to discuss my issues. BE WARNED is all I want to communicate to potential buyers or those who may need to perform service/warranty work. THERE IS A STRONG CHANCE this could happen to you with NO RECOURSE. The worst experience EVER! I bought a custom controller for my husband expecting it'll take kinda long. after the payment processing went through I waited 2 days to see the expected delivery date. It was a full month away; I expected long but wow. I wouldn't have even taken stars if it wasn't for the following. Trash customer service, inaccurate tracking, financial service issues, and delays. I submitted a total of 6 tickets and 4 were answered. At the start of my order I had no idea what the ship date was going to be until after I ordered it. My orders tracking was going backwards according to their % meter. It took two weeks and me submitting a ticket just to get my order out of the processing stage. The same day they responded to my request they pushed the order through to building. Which makes me think they either forgot about my order or their automation tracking system isn't working properly. One week later I got an email saying they forgot to add tax to my order and that I had 48 hours to pay it. Aldo said that because of this my order will be further delayed and they won't expedite shipping even though they were the ones that messed up. 2 weeks later and my order was still in the same position. I submitted two tickets that went unanswered and the third was answered and yet again that same day of my ticket being answered they pushed my tracking up to the testing phase. At every point in this process if I didn't submit a ticket to ask about my order I would have recieved zero communication. Needless to say my order arrive two weeks past the original date. Awful experience. I Bought their modern warfare vantage 2 remote two years ago. Now I'm experiencing drift from my right thumb stick. I was told to send the remote back to get fixed. After I sent the remote back, the rep said they can't fixed my remote because I have an old remote. Which I believe it's BS, if you're selling something you should be able to fix it. I was whiling to pay to have this repaired. These remotes are not $60, you're paying $200+ for these remotes. Then their team has the courtesy of telling me "sorry we can't fix a Remote but here's a 15% discount so you can buy a brand new one. Not acceptable! never buying anything from this company again. SCUF not only ignored any response that I had to get the mailing address fixed before the product shipped, they also continued to take 15% of my payment just to reply that they cannot change an incorrect mailing address. I fail to see why I company cannot ship their product to a customer with a correction to the mailing address. In addition, SCUF waited until my order already shipped (2 minutes after I got an email that it shipped) to let me know that since it has already shipped they cannot do anything about it? They will only reply to support emails once it is already too late to resolve the problem and if you send a response to the support line, they will not reply. They have no phone line or any way to contact a representative in real time and continue to find ways to dissatisfy their consumers. I ordered on the 14th of November the Reflex FPS which is their newest and most expensive Reflex model they they have which cost me $289.94. At this price they ship it UPS ground which took 4 days to get to me. When I received the package on the 18th, I couldn't wait to open and use it. While opening the package I noticed the box was slightly bent and figured oh well Ill be using this controller so much I don't need the box. While inspecting my controller I felt that it wasn't what I ordered so I emailed scuf and asked how to I know that I received the right item which will take 24-48 hrs for them to reply. I did my own research via youtube and figured out that the controller I purchased would not have the addaptive triggers but will click like a mouse instead of going all the way down like all other triggers. So I created a new email to scuf explaining what I had found out. again 24-48 hrs for a reply. Also tried to call their 800 number which was bogus cuz it rang and hung up on me. The next day I got a reply from my first email and they explained they don't put the model numbers on the boxes and they listed what I was suppose to get so I waited for their reply on the second email which was same day on the 22nd and asked me to fill out a repair request. I sent an additional email stating I don't want it repaired but wanted a new one asap due to their error. On the 23rd they emailed me back stating that I have to pick REPAIRED to get the right item. Thinking this would expedite my controller I went ahead and did what they asked me to do and shipped it on that same day. They sent me an email stating they would handle this as urgent as possible yet they send me a return label using UPS ground..... It took 5 days due to thanksgiving and the weekend I have no choice but to wait. They got it to their facility on the 28th and I emailed them just to let them know that I know they have the returned package and its now the 29th and they replied with "We'll reach out to the RMA team to try and locate your parcel and check your controller in as an urgent case and will be resolved much faster than the average turnaround of 11-18 business days." TRY TO LOCATE YOUR PARCEL" To me that means Im not getting my controller anytime soon. This has been the worst experience I had with any order ever. I guess we'll see If I keep this order or if I order a totally different brand.... read more

For $150+ it's no better than a regular controller as far as quality. I put a lot of pressure on my analog sticks when I play FPS games & after about a year of playing the new COD my ps4 analogs started pushing in without much pressure. I decided to get a scuf & after only a month of using it my right analog started doing the same thing. They will take your $220 for a controller, and when it breaks in a month, they'll tell you it's your fault, charge you to fix it, then send you the wrong parts. When you complain, they'll re-send the new parts but it will take months. If you send in your controller, they will quarantine it for a month, before charging you an exorbitant amount of money to fix something that should be under warranty. I received my brand new xbox prestige controller last night. Plugged it and and unable to navigate. The left toggle or d-pad is pushing permanently down. Tried rotating and controlling it but still doesnt move. If you want a $200 paper weight look no farther. Their customer service line is down and so I have to hope someone emails me back. Over price controller that broke almost instantly with stick drift. Having issues with driving cars in Forntie, only with my Scuf controller. Even worst costumer service. Three weeks of back and forth before being able to send my controller in and think it is like this intentionally. Not worth the money. I have owned mine since December 2020 and using regular controller until Microsoft releases the Elite again. Way better controller. It comes with three different size thumb sticks (Scuf comes with one and you have to pay for others), comes with a hard cover zipper case (Scuf's case is an extra cost), if you have issues within a year Microsoft replaces on the spot (Scuf you have to communicate with their support through email for weeks before "convincing" them that this is a controller issue. When writing on Forums they remove it from the forum page. Horrible experience and horrible controllers. Their sponsors should be ashamed to be luring kids to buy this over prices piece of plastic with horrible costumer support. read more

My controller first arrived with a piece missing. They took 2 weeks to mail it. After about a month of using it, it started malfunctioning. I sent it in and it took them 3 months to repair it and send it back. It has now started malfunctioning again (same issue) and I have been trying to contact them for 4 weeks with no luck at all. I had my controller for about a month before it started glitching and turning randomly (in full circles) mid-game. Apparently this is a common issue: just google "My experience with Scuf and why I should have checked Reddit before buying." When I reached out to support, I got a canned response about hair triggers... which I don't have. After a nudge, Scuf offered to repair the controller. I sent it in, they received it, and then I promptly received the controller back with no apparent work done. The controller is still broken. I've emailed 4 more times over the past month but I haven't received a response. Now I have a very expensive paper weight :| I've just charged back the purchase with my credit card company. I would absolutely not recommend Scuf. Update: This was already a one-star review, but to make matters worse - Scuf disputed the chargeback and fraudulently claimed my warranty had expired. It was under warranty when I first sent the controller in for repairs, and it was only 7 days into the new 90-day repair warranty when I raised the issue again. Scuf had the tenacity to send a 'fake' warranty description to Amex to win the dispute, which was totally at odds with the warranty published on their website.
