The cashier, a gentleman with sandy red hair, gave the customer ahead of me excellent service. He was friendly, talkative, asked if the customer had a Rewards membership, took the time to explain the program, handed him his bag, and waited until he walked away before calling me to the register. When it was my turn, there was no greeting or conversation. I placed my book on the counter, and he simply rang it up and said my total. Only as I was paying did he quickly ask if I had a Rewards card, almost as an afterthought. Before he had even put my receipt in the bag, he was already calling the next customer over. I had a question, but he rushed through his response so quickly that it felt like he couldn't wait to move on. The difference in how I was treated compared to the customer before me was very noticeable. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I've always enjoyed shopping at this location, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management reminds staff that every customer deserves the same level of courtesy and attention.

It's always worth the trip, even in the rare instances that I don't end up buying or selling anything. I just enjoy being there. I'm mainly looking for ps1-2 games, so that's all I'll really speak on here. They have a solid selection and variety of games for what I'm in the market for. Usually most places only have 5000 copies of old sports games. I can typically walk out of VGT with something nice or rare that I wanted as a kid. Highly recommend supporting this business. If you see something a bit cheaper on eBay or Amazon, just buy it here. Small businesses like this are hard to come by and need the support to stay alive.

Almost everything is labeled rock/pop but also an excellent selection of soundtrack, jazz, R&B, hip-hop. Metal and electronic available but selections are definitely less for this. They also have a section for "audiophile" records at the back as well. Multiple bargain bin sections, both for used and new vinyl, some great finds in those boxes and selection is always changing. I do believe they are not taking used vinyl at time of this review. The store is not huge, but probably the best organised store around, and much less overwhelming than some of the other stores (this of course is plus/minus, especially if you want to get lost in boxes upon boxes for hours). Online selection is excellent and seems like a very popular store to order from online, I have only ever bought in store. You can set notifications for items online as well. Customer service is excellent, they will help get you set up on their listening station (believe they are using an AT LP-120X) if you want to give a used vinyl a spin. Return policy is extraordinarily generous and can return any vinyl within 100 days even if listened (with receipt). They also cleaned a vinyl for me that was having skipping issues at home! Parking on the street in front of the store, if the spots are ever open (more likely during the week). Best place to park is in the building by the animal hospital, then about a five minute walk from there. Definitely worth a come back oh ha ha ha ha never mind

Because the demand is lower now and Pop Mart has greatly increased the manufacturing supply. It's no longer hard to find Labubu at all. There was a plentiful selection here of Macaron, Big Into Energy, and Pin for Love labubus. When people would buy some, the staff would quickly refill the display with new stock. There's also bigger labubu stored in the back and staff can help you with getting them. If you are in search of any labubus, come take a look here and ask the staff for any help with specific ones. There are other popular IPs here as well, such as Crybaby, Skullpanda, Hirono, Dimoo, and more. Most of the selection are collectible figures (for display) or plush keychains (for hanging on bags etc.). There is a clear display for most items so you are able to see what all the options look like before buying. Many items are blind boxes (you don't know which one you will get until you open the box! The surprise is part of the fun!) But there are several options that are exactly what the package is advertised as well. Most of the collectible figures here start around $20. Larger and limited edition ones will be more. And regular size plush keychains are usually around $30, depending on the series and limited status. These items are great for gifts if you have somebody in your life that loves collectible figures or cute plush goods. When I went, there was a line. But it didn't take too long. And it helped with crowd control so the store wasn't too crowded when we were able to enter. I definitely had a lot of fun looking around the store. I'm a fan of several Pop Mart IPs. My underrated new favorite being Duckoo, a cute duck figurine.
