It didn't seem to be able to charge anymore as the light would go on for about 15 seconds and then shut off. It would not fire and it just seemed to be a lost cause. Unfortunately I had just bought 3 new coils for it so I was pretty upset. I know that the usb charging method isn't always the best way to charge as opposed to 18650 batteries, but it has an internal battery and there is no other way to charge it. I was looking at buying a whole new SMOK Stick, which I didn't really want to spend the money on as my current one was only about a year old. Ye, who I later found out was the owner of the shop, did not take the opportunity to just get a sale and have me on my way. Instead, he decided to take his own tank and put it on my Stick. Just like that it fired perfectly like nothing was wrong! Instantly elated, confused but still relieved I explained more of the scenario of what happened. I explained to him I tried to fire it a few days ago and there was a large flame that burst from the coil. I didn't think it was anything with the coil but rather my batter short circuited and made it do that. I later tried to charge it up many times with no success. Defeated, I scoured the internet for possible solutions. One site said to take the tank and coil off and put it back on. I took it off and INSTANTLY noticed I had apparently blown the hell out of my coil. So much so that it was all twisted and bent sideways! I was still unsure what to do so I took to the streets of Atlanta for help at 3 different shops. Finally, I landed on Vape Pkwy and the rest is history. I am new to Atlanta and had just drove across the country from Arizona in October. I now definitely have a new vape shop I will be using for all my needs. I am a 5+ yr long customer who uses the Sapphyre nicotine additive to my vape juice, without it I am miserable and do not enjoy my vape. Orders come in on Wednesday's. I was there Wednesday when they were unpacking the order, the item was not there, and so I was pretty upset, I had already waited over a week they are constantly running out of these additives. There was a man there who must have delivered the order, I was in the drive thru, and he told the clerk as I sat there, "Tell her I will go to the warehouse and bring some back" ( I thought, wow, awesome right?) NOPE.... I was told they would call, nobody called. I called up there the next moring STILL NO SAPPHYRE in the store, I was pretty upset. What happened to going to the warehouse and bringing some back? Why offer if you don't follow through? Had me pretty upset and felt ignored. I called again that night and spoke to Jeremy who said he was going to have Dionne bring me what they had in the Stockbridge location over to this store. I had my doubts.
