It's Father's day so. I'm out riding and I see this small shop. So I walked in and people sitting in chatting and talking and smoking cigars. They don't sell food but it's a nice chill spot. The owner was impressively attentive. It was a Saturday evening, and the place had that easygoing, unhurried vibe of a neighborhood joint where everyone seems to know each other's backstory. I LOVE this cigar shop! In fact, I drive from Southwest Atlanta to this spot because I love it so much. It has an impressive, diverse collection of sticks. It is a female owned establishment, that has been in Decatur for almost twenty years. The owner Rukia staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and so are the patrons. No riffraff, just chill and laid back. I live within walking distance and just recently started rolling my own, so i figured i would give it a chance since i usually have to drive over to puff n' stuff over on lawrenceville highway. needless to say from my rating, i continue to go to puff n' stuff. won't shop here. VERY overpriced. filters were twice the price as at puff n' stuff and the lady seemed more interested in maintaining her comfortable spot on the couch than helping me. she actually sort of gave me the once over when i came in and was not quick to smile. maybe i remind her of someone? anyway, won't go back. read more

Not only is it a woman owned cigar establishment, it's a shop where the owner knows a lot about her stock and can talk enthusiastically about what she sells, because she too smokes cigars. read more

Went in to buy pipe tobacco. They had several types; not a great selection, but enough to get by. Got my selection weighed and headed to the counter. TEN DOLLAR MINIMUM to use a debit/credit card. She tried to tell me it would cost her a dollar to run the card -- fees for running cards are from 1-3.5%, though (which would amount to about 10 cents for my purchase). By her calculation she would be paying a fee of 33%. Uh, no. Also, imposing a fee or minimum purchase amount for using a DEBIT card is ILLEGAL. In the age of Square card readers and other free services, this is unacceptable and just down right stupid from a business perspective. I am a cigar smoker, passing by I stopped in looking for a lighter. Looked at several nice lighters but the shop lady pointed to the cheap plastic ones that were marked 89 cents. 'One dollar ' she says. 'Nice humidor ' I say. 'One dollar lighter ' said she. I would have looked in the humidor, I have a father, friends and even my husband and I that I may have shopped for. 'Lighter one dollar ' 'But it says.89 cents' 'One dollar ' I bought it because I needed a lighter. I hope you enjoyed your few cents, I might have shopped. Luckily, I live in a country where it is legal to buy and sell real Cuban Cigars. Good luck. And one last piece of advice, the phone call you were on gained you pennies, but lost you dollars. Prices are high. They tend to close early, which leaves me cold when I need an emergency cigar. Plus they dont have the exact churchill or robusto I smoke. The lounge is a nice touch and they are nice folks. But I have to give them two stars. To me, it's a store for people who buy cigars for others as gifts. Order from CI. Not sure why the negative reviews. And these mention hookahs and pipe tobacco! I live in Grant Park and there are only a few cigar stores around. The one by the Aquarium is small and parking is a costly pain. Then there are the cigar lounges, which are overpriced and full of people smoking and drinking scotch at 3 in the afternoon. Overpriced. I also went in recently to get a new humidor. After debating over them for several minutes, I was informed by the shop owner that she would give me 15% off any humidor "larger than the travel sizes." Once I made a selection and attempted to check out, she informed me that the 50 cigar holder I just picked out was "fixed priced." She said it was travel sized. I asked her if she would ever travel with a 50 cigar holder humidor or even knows anyone who would, and she said, "well, it's an office humidor." I go there to support local business, but ended up just ordering one online that's better and, obviously, much cheaper. read more
