This shop has a selection like no other. I've been to multiple shops, but none of them carry Tangiers sisha!! Inhale does they carry all the best brands like trifecta, fumari, Starbuzz, and Al fakher. The hookah and vape selection also was jammin!! If you haven't been here you're missing out. THIS SHOP SUCKS DONT WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY. A SHOP THAT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IS LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW. I went to this store on other time and everyone was really nice. BUT, this time was different, I just had minor surgery and was unable to go, so my brother whom is deaf went for me. I gave him the empty bottle and he gave it to the young lady Kylee. She then in return gave him the same him the bottle after he paid for it. Once he arrived to the house I noticed she gave him iced which I do not smoke. So he went back to the store but they did not have the favor without ice. So he called me and I choose a different favor after talking with kylee. She said that normally we don't do exchanges. I said to her but it was your error. After going back and forth very kindly. I hung up. When he returned he stated he had to pay for the oil. I could not believe that the store clerk made the mistake and she would not exchange it. All she had to say was as a one time courtesy I will exchange it due the fact it was my error, but we do not do exchanges. When I called the store to speak with a manager/ owner. She would not tell me when they would be in store . I just feel that if you know you made a mistake and you admit that it was your fault you should have just exchanges it at no cost to appease the customer and to keep the customer coming back. Bad experience Bad service No responsibility Here's my story. I've spent a few hundred dollars at this shop and from my last purchase, I had a defected vape. When I returned to the store to see what could be done there was no one in charge who could resolve this issue. I decided to leave my name and number along with the the defected vape. Result: I received a call back and thought that I may be able to come in for another vape. I was wrong. They told me to call the manufacturer. From there I thought ok sounds reasonable. However The vape I left at the store was thrown out by one of the managers. They Informed me saying that they have no responsible with left items at the shop. Does this make any sense? If I could give 0 star, I would. My husband purchased a torch lighter last night. This morning, i forgot my normal lighter and grabbed the brand new torch to light a cigarette. Was here a few nights ago with date and we had a great time. The young lady working was super attentive despite having to work both front counter and three or four other booths with guests. First, I did like the set up, looks very chic and nice. The guy Michael was nice and gave us coals without us having to ask, However, what completely threw me off was the fact there was no mask regulation. Now, when I asked the gentleman who worked there, his response was no one there cares, it's Georgia so no regulation. We made sure we stayed away from him, and since no one was there we were like okay we'll stay. But the shisha was completely packed to the top, so the first round we had to keep moving the coals as the tobacco was burning quick. I also, saw someone leave, and the tables weren't sanitized as the customer left. I brought santizing spray so we sprayed everything down before sitting. My opinion is that covid transmission does not depend on state, if you have a company that is running during the pandemic, there should be a standard for the customers just to ensure their safety and give them peace of mind. I hope they do start making better decisions during this time, Bc it's something that shows the place you're spending your money at values you as a customer. read more
