Difficult to find an adult/novelty shop in Alpharetta/Duluth...where I come from, they are plentiful, so it was surprising the see how far we had to go to find one. This location is right next door to a gas station and a few other shops (tattoo and other services)... the store was smallish but plenty of room to carry all kinds of lingerie, videos, massage oils, mens and women's sexy funderwear, toys, other devices that need batteries, games, magazines... it also carried smoke shop propaganda for the smokers in the back of the store... I didn't even get to look at everything! I must have missed so much. We stuck with the fun and picked out several different funderwear, oils, sexy game dice, pasties and Prosecco penis gummies (these were great tasting too!!!) to throw in the Prosecco flutes at the end of our "Nearly-Wed Game" we threw for my cousin and her fiancé - what a fun time and so glad this place was open for all the fun prizes we needed! I "checked in" after we left and a surprise offer popped up.....15% off - so we missed out, but although not the friendliest staff, I would shop here again and use that 15% off! read more

So I just literally experienced the worst customer service that I've ever had from this particular establishment and it was very surprising considering how often I frequent this business. I have come to know many of the employees there by face, if not by name. Today when I walked in, I wasn't aware that the store was in the middle of a shift change. As I walked in prepared to purchase what I needed and leave, I had to be spoken to in a very Stern manner by the non-binary employee behind the counter. She looks up at me with a very disgusted look on her face to tell me that they were in the middle of a shift change. I was not appreciative of her tone. Moments later, two young women enter the establishment and proceeded to bombard the two employees behind the counter. The other employee that was not the non-binary employee, was all too eager to answer their questions and assist them, while I stood there appalled at the treatment I was receiving. I was not spoken to in a nice tone. No one was eager to assist me until the young black associate was ready to take her shift. She has always been kind to me whenever I have entered the store and unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but she was the only one who exhibited any form of customer service. they sell defective glass bowls. do not buy any glass from them. if you see any good reviews it is because they give 15% off next visit for the review. they sold me a glycerin filled pipe & the plug fell off, glycerin got all over my friends skin, & burned! the chameleon pipe i got myself- broke in my soft bed not being touched. per manufactuer- it is defective. dude is either saying i'm lying when i swear on my soul & broke it or it did break in my bed & owner not care bc he has his $. do not buy anything from this store! go online! they have better policies. if something is defective they do not steal $40 from a single mom. read more
