I just saw this place today while I was visiting one of my other spots. What caught my attention…read morewas DISCOUNT on tobacco. Now as I do smoke, which I really need to quit, I had to see how much of a discount were these guys offering on a pack of cigarettes that I smoke. Low and behold it was a $2.00 discount. A normal place will charge you $80 per carton on Newports. This place was $60 and some change. They already had my attention. Items: They sell everything from hookahs, CBD, pipes, but I'm not sure if they do the prescription marijuana. They probably do. I didn't ask. I was just excited to get my cigarettes cheaper than I usually get them. So I definitely will start going to this place for my smokes. No Publix, no Kroger, just them. If any of you are in the Dacula area and smoke, I would highly advise that you go buy your smokes from them. It's like $2.00 cheaper than any other store around. June 18th, I ingested the tainted chocolates bought at Smoke Side the day before. As soon as I was physically able, I called to notify them what had happened to prevent further harm to anyone else. That was my only agenda. An hour later, I'm assuming after they researched my claims themselves, *they* called back very concerned and offered to rectify a situation I hadn't even thought of and suggested to refund/exchange my purchase price. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING because I wasn't blaming them!!! They offered. Which was cool. I accepted and came in the next day only to be treated with suspicion until I could be helped by the person who was familiar with the situation. Fine. Whatever. I received my refund and was also offered an in-store credit. I was a bit disappointed by the previous employee's attitude so I accepted and opted to come back at a later date to use it. August, today, came back to use my in-store credit and was told by the original employee from day 1 and 2 that I was mistaken and I was only offered one credit or the other. Remember, I never asked for or expected anything and in their attempts to make a bad situation better they just made the victim feel like a piece of by not remembering their own promises. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time as I will not spend my money in an establishment that has made a habit of being reckless in their dealings with their customers. Well, at least this one, anyway.

When I explained to her that I have been trouble shooting this for about 30 minutes to no avail, she says well you should have tried it out in store. No refunds or exchanges. I will be filling a chargeback with my bank. All that to say shop somewhere else, they will sell you defective product and then try to blame you for not checking the quality of THEIR product.

An employee offered to help me, so I asked him for a recommendation for a reputable and affordable delta 8 disposable. He specifically recommended and heavily endorsed the Canabzy Trees Amnesia Blend disposable two-pack. It cost me $42.39 and I was excited to try it since I am a frequent user of delta products. Something about these disposables felt wrong. It made me sick which has never happened before PLUS I didn't feel any effect whatsoever. It gave me the most intense headache and heart palpitations and burned my throat more so than any other cart or disposable I've ever used. ALSO it tasted like burnt metal coil on the first (and subsequent) hit for both disposables in the pack. So I went to look up the brand online only to find out that the brand does not exist. The QR code on the back of the packaging meant for product info leads to a dead "domain available" page. There are almost no mentions of the brand anywhere online, even online forums, TikToks, YouTube, etc. IT IS A FAKE BRAND. NO CONCRETE COMPLETE PRODUCT TESTING. NO INFO. I feel scammed by Xhale City and I believe they should rectify this situation at their earliest convenience. But it was made clear by the signs everywhere that all sales are final. HOWEVER I feel like store credit should be issued (or an actual reputable disposable as a replacement) since they literally sold me a scam product from a nonexistent brand after I *specifically* asked for a reputable one that works well. This is unacceptable. $42 down the drain bc I was lied to about the quality of this product and deceived. P.S. I reached out to their support email explaining this situation and asking for rectification and have been ignored.
