A pretty good selection. Walk in humidor is big, yet cramped...definitely too warm. I'm not picky at all, but many many of the sticks on the bottom half of the wall are moldy...not just on the cigar, but on the cellophane also...unmistakable and nasty. Prices are also high, even for the area. Hard to understand how a reputable tobaccinist would keep so many moldy cigars on the shelf. The service was good though, the man running the place was eager to help in any way. Because of the mold, I can't recommend and won't be going back. Holts is the way to go. read more

My wife bought me a dozen cigars at this cigar bar on Valentine's Day, but when I happily opened the bag and took out the cigars, I lost my smile. Two cigars inside had been drilled by cigar bugs. Back to Cigars Plus, I've been shopping here for almost 2 years now, and let me tell you, the collection and variety is getting larger almost every week, every time i visit them, there is something new. The cigars are always fresh, perfect humidity, and ready to light up and enjoy, the best taste out there, I bought some from others, but i guess they slack on the humidor maintenance, and the others with lounge, even though they have a ventilation systems, but still I get that hint of stale smoke, and the taste of previously smoke Cigar. Prices are very reasonable, Mike knows his stuff, and will guide you if have a question, very friendly atmosphere, you're always welcomed like a friend not a customer. Mike was typically good to me until my wife came in to buy cigars for Fathers Day in which he shared with her that he knew what I liked. Wrong! He has never advised me on my taste as I have been a cigar guy for 20 years. I come get what I like and leave, of course not without having a 20-40 min convo with Mike... lol. Anyhow, he convinces her that 25 open-faced Cuban Seed with the mixed wrappers were the way to go. I never buy those as I am 100% a dark Madura wrapper type of guy. I figure that those are the ones on top, pulled from the bottom that are a low seller. Being one week out from Fathers Day why would he send her out of the store without a box and humidity pack or two? She stated that he told her to just put them in any box. Not true! By that Sunday approx 18 of 25 were dry and in-smokeable. How? It's only been 1 week. She called and he said he was sorry and would replace "2". That's not even 10% based on his lack of professional courtesy to a customer who truly relied on his advice. I am 100% disappointed in someone who speaks so much about his integrity in the business. Well, it has been several years since I first walked into Cigars Plus, and met Mike, (the owner). All the cigars were fresh, and Mike was exceptional with his customer service. The next time I returned, Mike remembered my name, and which cigars I preferred. Now these several years later, Mike still remembers me, the names of my friends and family, and everyone's cigar preferences. His humidor is as well-stocked as ever -- maybe even more so, and I have never bought a cigar that wasn't fresh. I just cannot say enough good things about this store and its owner. WOW! I travel a lot and have never seen a humidor this massive. The great thing is you should be able to walk in and grab a hand full of your favorite sticks because they stock it. Mike, the owner, sells counterfeit merchandise. I bought a counterfeit product here several months ago thinking it was legitimate and Mike refused to issue me a refund after I told him the company that manufactures the genuine product notified me it was fake. Since he was so rude and accusatory after I brought the counterfeit issue to his attention, I had to pursue a refund through my credit card company, which was relatively painless. Selling counterfeit merchandise is 100% illegal in the United States. I have notified to appropriate authorities. read more

Cigars Plus sold us a counterfeit Pax 3 as confirmed by the manufacturer. We kindly contacted Mike to amicably resolve the discrepancy, giving him the benefit of the doubt that he did not know of his mistake. He requested 1 day to contact the company who sold it to him. When we heard back from him, he maintained that it was a quality product and not counterfeit, disregarding the proof we had provided him. He offered a refund, less a restocking fee, meaning that he is intending to continue selling a counterfeit product. We will pursue our refund using other methods and intend to report him for knowingly selling counterfeit goods, but beware of the integrity of the products you purchase from this store. read more
