One employee tells me to come back to talk to the manager and they'll take care of me came back the next day. The manager says it's within 24 hours. This is kind of BS. They do buyers beware.

Anyone who regularly uses these knows a 20,000 puff disposable should last at least a week or two, not three days. I called the shop assuming it would be an easy exchange since the device was clearly defective. The owner's response was simply that he's "not Walmart" and there was nothing he could do. That pretty much tells you everything about how they handle customer issues. If you're going to sell $30 disposables that fail in 72 hours and refuse to stand behind them, people are going to take their business elsewhere. The selection is limited, the product quality clearly isn't reliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Was told over the phone that my number was given to the owner and "she would call at her leisure"..In other words don't expect a call. Still no call back! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! Very poor customer service AND INCOMPLETE PIECES TO ITEMS SOLD!!

Employee gave her another one (upon request - felt like this should be the automatic response) worked once, and then ended up being another dud. At that point, the employee refused to offer her another one AND also refused to offer a refund. Not sure what type of business model is being followed here, but if you spend $15 on a product that is defective, you either refund the customer OR you find a non-defective device. Or maybe this business prefers taking their customers money and selling defective products....the latter of which is not the recipe for running a successful business. Favorite quote from the worker: "We sell the product, we don't guarantee that they work." Hahaha, seriously?
