Trashcustomer service also trash prices . Terribly disappointing because they have a huge selection and are 24 hour but not worth it

Who knew my new favorite vape shop would be in a Chevron station!! The owner and employees were SO helpful and well educated about all the different pens. They took their time, helped me pick out the perfect vape pen, took me thru the huge selection of flavored oils, and even threw in some free accessories!! I'll be back for the hookah tasting party :-) read more

Suwanee Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

The customer service was absolutely atrocious. His name started with a B. I bought a vape there he asked me to try it before to make sure it was worked. I did and realized it was broken although a small puff of smoke did come out. I explained to the guy that it was broken and he told me he couldn't do anything about it. His reply was "I've never tried it so I can't help you". I tried to explain that this was going to stop working after I use it five times. Couple hours later, low and behold, it stopped working. I went back and said I should have a refund but he continued to argue with me rudely. I did say the customer service was absolutely atrocious and asked for his name he refused to tell me his name. What sort of behavior is this? He told me to get out and asked me why I came back. I left leaving the broken vape, he then walked around the counter as I was leaving and threw it on the street. Unsure if he was aiming for me or throwing a tantrum. Seriously absolutely horrible. read more

Stay away Wide variety, but poor customer service and premium prices. Just wait a few days or plan ahead and order on line for reasonably priced supplies. They're so money hungry that they won't take back an item that broke upon first use. When I gave up and offered to repurchase a new one, they wouldn't knock a few dollars off even though I showed them the original defective item I had purchased 2 nights earlier. Really? Is a few dollars worth losing a repeat customer? I'm gone and will tell friends to avoid them because if this. read more

This place is literally horrible. Drove 30 minutes out of my way for this place because I wanted a puff bar. They sold it to me overpriced AND the item didn't work. It was so late at night I just went home but I'm still very disappointed. Also the owner was just overlooking my friend and I like we would steal. Sir, how can we steal when everything is behind locked glass. Also why would we be stealing ? We are just waiting for some help on unlocking to get a product to buy from you. Maybe stop worrying about if people are going to steal or not and start worrying about not selling defective stuff to honest customers who are just trying to purchase something. read more

Good selection and location. Unfortunately won't be back. Poor customer service/rude feeling and classic overpriced products. The glass chillum I got broke when I tried to clean it like 2 weeks later. Found a new shop 3x the distance that satisfied my needs #Smoke&Toke read more

I spent several hundred dollars at this place, over a period of three months or so. Was super excited, and referred a few friends, as well. However, I purchased a Vape and once I got it home it never worked. I noticed that it already been used, and was damaged. I took it in to exchange it, and was told no refund no exchange. The gentleman Accused me of breaking it! Pretty sure that they just re-box returns! DON'T spend your money here unless you can afford losing the money! read more

Horrible customer service. I proved the item they sold me was fake and they couldn't care less. Do not go here, fake devices, expensive prices, and horrible people. read more

Extremely rude, unhelpful and seemed a bit discriminatory compared to all of the reviews I read. This is 5 minutes from my house so a major disappointment! I will go where my money will be appreciated. read more

Nasty bathroom. Poor service. Stay away from this nasty place. They provide a discount for good reviews so don't believe what you read.

Lots of product, but have a no refund or exchange policy. Hookah coals are stale they do not stay burning. I called to see if I could swap GOT an immediate no refund no exchange....well damn...your coals are bad...I need you to care. read more

Great customer service when you are buying. Terrible customer service when the product does not work! I bought a vape pen, had it charge, and the light works but no smoke is coming out! So i went back up there to get another one that was cheaper and She said " WELL THE LIGHT WORKS." Like i told her the light works but no smoke is coming out. So i left the pen and walked out not happy! She came out and threw the pen at the car. All this was all over a pen that was $20 and i want to just trade for one that was $12. Customer service is beyond wack at this place! read more

***********THEY SELL DAMAGED VAPES********************* If you bought a broken vape from this store, there will be No REFUND, No RETURN. I bought a damaged vape from this store like few hours ago and I went back to store with my receipt to return this damaged vape. I explained to the guy about the damaged vape. AS SOON AS I finished talking, he said "NO". I argued with this guy few minutes and this other old Indian guy came up to my face with his finger saying "BE NICE." AT THAT MOMENT, I lost my fkin temper but I didn't want to cause any troubles so I just pushed the entranced door to gtfout of there before switch my mind. One of the old Indian guy followed after me with cussing, act like he's trying to call the cops. I gave them my two pretty middle fingers on the way out. I will never ever going back this smoke shop ever again. SO don't go to this vape store. you might have a chance to waste 57$ just like me. read more

Best opportunity to enjoy vaping in Suwanee or possibly Gwinnett County. Variety is fantastic for the beginner or serious vaping. Highly recommend anyone interested or needing supplies to check them out. Lots of inventory and options to choose from from hardware to juices (fantastic flavor options). read more

Wouldn't let us look at the product before we bought it....not great customer service. The guy was a jerk.

Sells junk. Knock-offs that break almost instantly. Hassan will NEVER give you a refund or replacement. Stay away from Suwanee smoke shop. read more

This was the worst service I have ever had before. First off my friend and I were trying to buy a vape from there store. One gentlemen wouldn't let me buy a vape because I didn't not have my ID but I had a picture of my license due to having my wallet stolen 2 days ago. This gentlemen was very rude and was practically yelling at me. Mind you I am 23 6'3 with a beard. My friend typically buys his stuff from there by another gentleman that I believe owns the place. He arrived and proceeded to let us buy it but then when my friend asked to use credit he unwilling wouldn't let us purchase it using credit. This whole time they were being very rude and raising there voice as if we were in the wrong. I advise you to find another shop to go to. We drove 40 minutes just to buy that vape from there and have waisted time and money on this venture as well as being disrespected. read more

Awesome find! They have everything a social smoker needs....and they have exclusive pieces you probably won't find anywhere else. A little pricey, but they did have a couple sales going on. read more

My all time favorite shop. Owners are so friendly- always recognize me, always happy to see me, always willing to take care of their customers. Selection is huge; if they dont have it, you can't find it. Convenient location off of 85, open 24 hours. it doesn't get much better than the suwanee smoke shop. read more

RUDE. I went this shop to buy vape juice. asked few questions about the price and flavor. The owner acted so RUDE, he threw my change on the counter after I paid. I can't believe this shop has 3.5 stars read more

The worst customer service ever! I have lived in this area for 20 years and have never experienced such rudeness. The people behind the counter are very RUDE. I walked in, asked a question and they answered me and the person after me as if she didn't want us in her shop. I will not ever step foot on this property again, not even to buy gas and I will tell all my friends and family to stay clear. Please don't waste your time here, they don't appreciate your business! read more
