Nobody has money to waste, especially on overpriced foolishness. I contacted the shop, provided my receipt (linked to my phone number), and explained that I've used Mellow Fellow products before without issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff refused to exchange the defective vape for a THCA product, despite my reasonable request. He did offer a insulting up-sale of a $60 product THCa product! When I finally spoke to the owner, rather than addressing my issue, he shifted the conversation to a previous complaint I had made. No apology, no accountability--just deflection. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Lion Smoke Shop has proven to be consistently unreliable, from predatory pricing practices to low-quality products. After this experience, it's clear they don't stand by what they sell, and they don't value their customers. If this is how they handle a $30 product, I shudder to think how they handle bigger purchases.
