Amazing service, friendly employees, Rosa helped us with every question we had! The store is very clean and organized and well kept

The Store Manager named Nicholas had a nasty attitude when I asked him a Question & told me to just Buy something or leave, I will not be coming back here. read more

If you ever decide to work here, stay to yourself! If your manager or co-workers not talking to you about work, just stay to yourself & keep it professional. I made mistake by trusting the wrong people here, now if HR or whoever decide to go ask the manager about this, y'all won't be getting the Truth. Y'all have somebody working for y'all who knows how to run game on people. I didn't say nothing when I was there because I was being too nice and I end up getting played. All my manager did was lie to me, pretend to care for me but I learned my lesson. read more

Great selection and value. Employee's are wry knowledgeable and happy to help. Just a short drive

This locations is always fully stocked and the staff is always friendly. Definitely prefer this location over the others.

Great customer service every time I come to this location! This is my preferred location.

On Saturday, August 9th at around 5:30am I bought a big whip tank as I always do. However, this time the top wouldn't go on it seemed like it was warped. When I got home I tried a different top. I got it on. I hit the tank twice and then it just stopped working. I compared it to an empty tank. I even weighed them. Sure enough it was empty. I paid $52.99 for this and most likely some employee did it all. They sold me an empty tank!!! When I called them the guy said it was most likely shipped to them that way. I don't really believe that. He also said he didn't know the exchange policy for tanks and wouldn't let me return it! I got ripped off by Starships, Suwanee! read more

Very helpful, especially finding everything. Very nice people walked around browsed to me to each section figured out exactly what I wanted. read more

Prices are higher than Amazon, but what do you expect for a small local business. Great service, variety of items. It's definitely worth checking out! read more

Went to visit recently and digged the selection of stuff but after browsing problems came at checkout. Their shift change seems complicated cause we waited around for like 30 minutes even though they said 5 min, while this stressed out lady was openly sh*t talking customers and just complaining a bunch and being a buzz kill. That job shouldn't be stressful but it seems to be upsetting her and maybe the owners should change things up if they've got her that pressed. read more

Great help with product details! Will definitely return! Willing to explain anything needed! read more

I like all their freaky sex shit and it's my go to place for drug paraphernalia. Staff is helpful though some are a little weird

I can't say enough about Cody! He is my absolute favorite clerk. He makes me and anyone I bring with me feel so comfortable. Seems this location has a high turnover, but we can always count on the FABULOUS Cody being there! read more

Love shopping inside this store for online sex toys, vibrators & lifestyle costume accessories! I no longer purchase my adult videos here because I now use a boutique video store that customizes my fantasy films at JJ Custom Moments, LLC. Hope my reviews helps some readers or couples searching for a good time in Atlanta Georgia! read more

They really know they're stuff, very helpful and nice. Always positive, they open products to you can get a feel for it!

They had exactly what the wife and I needed and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed that night and many others due to the quality of the product. The sales people had to put on a demonstration for us (after hours of course) but by the time we were through we had mastered the merchandise and the very ample and curvy sales girl. read more

Listen, okay. I stopped in around 2:30-3am. What I purchased aside, I had the greatest customer service experience in my life here. Insane, because I absolutely would've never guessed I'd receive such amazing service at an adult store lol. The gentleman that assisted me (unfortunately I didn't get his name, he was working the front with glasses) has amazing customer service. I honestly wanted to buy more based off how he spoke to me. He walked me through a variety of products related to what I was looking for and explained more in detail about each one. I'm talking deep knowledge not just what's written on the back of the box. Absolutely amazing, this man makes chick fil a's customer service look like Walmarts! read more

Their location on White Bluff Road is huge with everything having it's own space in the store with plenty of "elbow room" so that you can browse and not have other people right on top of you. They have a AWESOME INVENTORY and if you don't see what you're looking for (which I highly doubt) they will look to see if it can be ordered for you. If you stop by this location you are missing out on shopping for whatever Adult Items your mind came imagine in a extremely spacious store!!!! read more

NOTE: You MUST be at least 18 to get in. The staff will check your ID upon entering. I came here with a friend based on curiosity, and my what a store it was. Upon entering, we were pretty much shocked by the amount of sex toys this store had and the cleanliness (we thought stores like these were going to be unsanitary)!! The store is divided up into three sections. To the left of entrance, there is an enormous collection of porn collection. To the front, there is a plethora of sex toys. Lastly, the back is where they keep all their tobacco related tools - pipes, bongs, and hookahs. Staff is pretty friendly, knowledgeable, and pretty passionate about their stuff. One of them gave us a run down on every pipe pieces and gave recommendations based on our needs. In Suwanee, there isn't a shop like Starship carries a huge load of adult items. read more

Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and like your at home. Everytime my wife and I have visited we've never felt pressured to purchase anything, which never is the reality. Highly recommend visiting for all your adult fun. read more

Definitly a fun place to check out! I use to take all my friends here once they turned 18 as a "welcome to the adult world" birthday outing. :) they have a wide variety of things here, but I must say: if u are going here for tobacco products, almost any head shop in the area will be cheaper! The prices on pipes, bongs, etc are pretty high regardless of quality. The staff is very knowledgeable on all their products and always willing to help in any way. All in all, it's a fun place to visit and worth the trip out there. Even though the prices aren't the greatest- I still love this store and try to make it out there at least once every 6months! read more

Michael at starship was an absolute pleasure. I was able to gather everything I needed and more. He took the time out to tell me about the things that made the products better than what's on the market. He also took the time to tell me about other things I should be connecting to my purchase. I have to say this was one of my best experiences ever at a store. I definitely will be back to learn more as time allows. If you are ever looking for a store to come to, this is the store that you want. Take the time to visit, it is worth the drive. read more

I had a horrible experience in this store. I am a black man who visited the store on Friday December 30th at around 12 noon. I had been browsing for about 10 minutes, when I heard the store manager(who knew that a black person was in the store) say to his employee that some people don't want black people in their stores. The manager then approached me with a friendly greeting, but proceeded to hover over me while I shopped. This guy was either overtly sending me a message that he did not want me in his store; or he was ignorant to the fact that he was being extremely rude to a customer. In any event, I just walked out of the store. I came away with the feeling that this guy was a bigot, and I would not recommend anyone of good conscious to patronize this location. read more

This was my wife and I first time at starship. This also was our first adult store adventure. The store was very clean and we were greeted when we walked in by Haley the associate. We were uncertain what we were looking for in the store. She asked multiple times if we needed assistance. Haley came to us to teach another associate how to pitch an item. She did so good and was so knowledgable that we decided to buy it!! She was great help and if anyone goes in they should ask for her assistance!! read more

Let me begin by describing the premises and the storefront. Starship is located right off of I-85, but a little tricky to get to because of how the road is divided. Inside, it is very clean and organized, and the selection of dildos, pipes and adult films is great. Really a cool shop, and especially refreshing considering the location is in such a religiously conservative place. As a commenter posted before me, the personnel at Starship really know their stuff. Whether through personal experience or through studious research, they know the products, and they know what items bring them repeat business. Now, I am going to share the story of my last visit to justify the low review. I went with my girlfriend to buy a detox kit for her. As she was a bit unhappy at having to get herself one, I did the talking, as well as the purchasing. The store manager was there, as well as what can only be described as a "big dude". Well, the manager was kind of snotty, but not unprofessionally so. Just made it obvious that if I were in the market to make new friendships, it might be good to skip past him. Big Dude helped me (again, on my girlfriend's behalf) in narrowing down which detox kits were popular and most trusted by their regular patrons. My girlfriend got uncomfortable when Big Dude made a comment about how he would prefer Taylor Swift to be muffled from speaking by his anatomy, so she went out to the car while I paid for her detox stuff. Once we had gotten down the road a bit, I was informed that, while I was having a conversational exchange with the manager (I really try to be social), Big Dude said, "I bet you're glad you don't have to deal with this." Presumptuous, but not altogether offensive. However, his follow-up comment, "I bet you get to pay for it, though," really got all over me, and I am still shocked at how unprofessional and ignorant what he said was. It was a smart move for her to wait until we were down the road to mention this. Starship in Suwanee gets an extra star from me for being a sex shop and having "tobacco accessories", especially in the Bible Belt, but the shop won't receive my business again. I will gladly shop online instead, since the internet isn't going to run its mouth. read more
