Anyone who regularly uses these knows a 20,000 puff disposable should last at least a week or two, not three days. I called the shop assuming it would be an easy exchange since the device was clearly defective. The owner's response was simply that he's "not Walmart" and there was nothing he could do. That pretty much tells you everything about how they handle customer issues. If you're going to sell $30 disposables that fail in 72 hours and refuse to stand behind them, people are going to take their business elsewhere. The selection is limited, the product quality clearly isn't reliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The last two times I went, they didn't have anything I needed. They still carry Vape juice, but I needed a smaller drip tip, some coils, and a couple of those rubber Vape rings to protect the glass tank. They had none of those things. I will check back with them in the future, but I'm going to take a break to see if they restock, or if they are going out of business.

They give me great recommendations on juice flavors, both salt nic and regular juices, and have hit it dead on 9/10 times. It's expected that the owner of the shop is knowledgeable, but having such a clutch staff like he does, makes this the best spot I've ever visited and the reason I stock up before leaving town.
