June 18th, I ingested the tainted chocolates bought at Smoke Side the day before. As soon as I was physically able, I called to notify them what had happened to prevent further harm to anyone else. That was my only agenda. An hour later, I'm assuming after they researched my claims themselves, *they* called back very concerned and offered to rectify a situation I hadn't even thought of and suggested to refund/exchange my purchase price. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING because I wasn't blaming them!!! They offered. Which was cool. I accepted and came in the next day only to be treated with suspicion until I could be helped by the person who was familiar with the situation. Fine. Whatever. I received my refund and was also offered an in-store credit. I was a bit disappointed by the previous employee's attitude so I accepted and opted to come back at a later date to use it. August, today, came back to use my in-store credit and was told by the original employee from day 1 and 2 that I was mistaken and I was only offered one credit or the other. Remember, I never asked for or expected anything and in their attempts to make a bad situation better they just made the victim feel like a piece of by not remembering their own promises. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time as I will not spend my money in an establishment that has made a habit of being reckless in their dealings with their customers. Well, at least this one, anyway.

The store is always CLEAN, staff is VERY friendly, and always knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. I really like that... Now, I gave 4 stars but honestly wish I could do 3.5!! I just feel this shop is always tryna to tax the hell outta you due to the owners. This issue I really think Is not the staff, but the owners for sure... On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. It's nestled in a little corner shopping center, where GoodWill and Ole Town are located on Cobb Parkway. I'm not an easy customer. I've accepted that long ago. And I cry when I get frustrated. Just keep that in mind. My neighbor told me about Dixie's Vapor Shop when she quit smoking. She had a long, thick pen looking thing in her hand. It had what looked like a small cylinder container on top with a rounded, clear tip. She told me it was called an e-cig. I've heard of those. I've even bought several of them from a few gas stations and other places. They never looked anything like hers. What she had looked cool. She pushed a button in the middle of the e-cig while inhaling from the tip. She blew a cloudy, misty substance out. It looked like smoke, but smelled amazing. So off I went to Dixie's, where I met the aforementioned Dave and Belinda, a husband and wife team with super amazing customer services skills. Come to think of it, all the employees there are completely awesome. So, one fine day, I gather up everything I bought and took it back to them. I came in crying, so frustrated because I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. And I knew it was me. (I'd already been in their store several times and it was something I was doing wrong, lol). They knew it too, but never pointed that out. Dave told me there was no crying in vaping, and told me what to do to make it work for me. "Everyone is different" Dave told me, "You just gotta find the way that works for you. And we'll help you find that way." And he did. I haven't smoked since September 9th. I'll never smoke again. I vape like crazy, and I feel better than ever. I'm also confident that every time I mess something up, Dixie's Vapor Shop will help me fix it. If you don't want to go down there, just call them. They will answer all your questions. If you decide to visit the shop, you'll be able to sample all the flavors they have. And they have several. My personal favorite are Very berry Xplosion and Blue Raspberry, mixed with a drop of Menthol. They have different nicotine levels in the liquid, too, so you can choose how much you get. I get 0 and 8 and mix them to get a lower level. You get to choose your own tank, battery and so much more. I love Dixie's Vapor Shop. Thank you, Dave, Belinda and Co.

This place has been open for a while now, and I was pretty excited because it's so near my house…read more Unfortunately it seems like they have stopped ordering a lot of their inventory. The last two times I went, they didn't have anything I needed. They still carry Vape juice, but I needed a smaller drip tip, some coils, and a couple of those rubber Vape rings to protect the glass tank. They had none of those things. I will check back with them in the future, but I'm going to take a break to see if they restock, or if they are going out of business.
